Bang! Bang! Bang!
Sarutobi Hiruzen swung the Adamantine Staff in his hand, and the stick instantly became thicker and longer, directly facing only a dozen balls.
But after the balls were blown up, the explosion he expected did not happen, but the white mist exploded.
A clear hissing sound rang out in the whole sky, and a large amount of white mist exploded and filled the sky above them.
It covered the sun and turned it pale and dim.
Then it gradually sank from mid-air to Konoha below.
This unexpected sudden situation made everyone in Konoha stunned for a moment.
But it was only for a moment then Sarutobi Hiruzen reacted.
"Poison gas bomb?" He frowned and reminded everyone, "Hold your breath, be careful of poison!"
After that, he raised the Adamantine Staff in his hand and set off a noisy hurricane, trying to disperse the white mist completely.
Although Sarutobi Hiruzen's reminder was timely, it was inevitable that some people did not react and inhaled a very small amount of white gas.
The pale white mist was not particularly thick. It was floating in the area where they were, and they could not even feel its presence.
Mito, who was condensing the Tailed Beast Bomb, did not care about the so-called poisonous mist. She just stared at the golden light in the sky, and the breath of the Tailed Beast Bomb became more and more terrifying.
Toxic gas was meaningless to her in this state...
"Ahem!!"
Just as Sarutobi Hiruzen was puzzled, the Aburame ninja beside him suddenly fell down, holding her chest tightly and staring with horror, almost making her eyes pop out of her sockets.
"Aburame..." Sarutobi Hiruzen's face changed instantly.
But before he could react, it was like a chain reaction.
Another Konoha ninja suddenly coughed, then staggered and fell to the ground, holding his throat and making a strange hoarse sound.
The Konoha ninja next to him wanted to go over to help, but his steps forward also stopped for a moment, and his pupils almost shrank into a line in an instant.
"Ah!!" Several people suddenly let out a shrill scream, their mouths opened to the limit, and their jaws made a crackling sound.
Seeing this extremely strange scene, Sarutobi Hiruzen held his breath and wanted to help the Aburame Clan ninja.
But the Aburame Clan Ninja was just shaking wildly, screaming in fear, tears, snot and saliva flowing down her face.
"What's going on? Is it poisoned? But I have already dispelled the poison!"
Thinking about it, Sarutobi Hiruzen suddenly froze for a moment and found that she didn't seem to be suffocating, but more like she lost her voice due to excessive fear.
It was like...
seeing something extremely terrifying?
"Illusion?"
Sarutobi Hiruzen grabbed her shoulders and tried to interrupt her chakra flow, trying to get her out of the illusion.
But the next moment, he was shocked to find that Aburame clan ninja's body had no signs of poisoning, but her chakra flow was completely messed up, and the bugs in her body were running wildly.
Genjutsu is different from Ninjutsu and Taijutsu. It targets the enemy's five senses and manipulates the target's chakra flow to make it fall into an illusion.
Generally speaking, if you want to break the illusion, you just need to disrupt the flow of chakra.
But in the case of the Aburame Clan Ninja, it was impossible for her to be hit by an illusion!
"What's going on? What's going on? What did you see?!"
Sarutobi Hiruzen gritted his teeth, shook her body vigorously, and growled, "Tell me, what did you see?!"
But the next words of the Aburame Clan Ninja made Sarutobi Hiruzen stunned.
"Bugs! It's a bug! Don't come over!!"
The Aburame Clan Ninja screamed in fear, and the posture of her whole body was abnormally twisted. The center of gravity shifted from the left to the right, and she used her abdominal muscles to exert force on her back muscles. She squirmed and twisted wildly on the ground, as if avoiding something terrible.
In the eyes of the Aburame Clan Ninja at this moment, her whole body was surging with dense insect eggs. As she squirmed, more and more eggs fell down, flowing down her forehead and high nose bridge to her chin.
At this time, the dense insect eggs wrapped in mucus began to hatch.
Countless black insects with shells and three pairs of hooked feet crawled out of the translucent embryos and began to gnaw the body of the Aburame Clan Ninja.
"Ah!!"
The Aburame Clan female Ninja who loved bugs let out a broken scream of fear, scratched her face frantically with her hands, and tried her best to get rid of the bugs.
But the densely packed bugs still entangled her, even if she crushed their shells and broke their hooks, or even crushed them into fine corpse foam.
In the end, the strength she used was so great that she directly tore her face.
Sarutobi Hiruzen was pulled and staggered. He looked at her with extremely terrified eyes, and then looked at the people of Konoha around him.
Except for the Konoha ninjas who reacted immediately and held their breath.
Those who inhaled the white mist lay on the ground and kept screaming.
"Hoho! Hoho!"
"Ahhhhhhh!"
Some people fell to the ground for no reason, and the nauseous vomiting sound was simply terrifying. A large amount of pale yellow water gushed out of their mouths, as if they were going to vomit out their internal organs!
Some people felt that they were falling endlessly in the abyss without weight, some felt that they were locked in a closed and narrow darkness, some saw countless hands densely climbing up their bodies, and some felt that countless sharp needles were pointed at their pupils...
Heartbeat accelerated, breathing was difficult, sweating and trembling, chest tightness and nausea, thinking disorder, confusion, withdrawal hallucinations...
And all this seemed to others like a non-material performance, constantly twisting and self-harming.
The extremely weird scene in front of him made Sarutobi Hiruzen feel terrified.
At this moment, he suddenly felt that the violent and evil breath stagnated, but soon a more powerful force broke out instantly!
"Oh no!!" Sarutobi Hiruzen's face changed instantly, and he turned his head suddenly to look in the direction of Uzumaki Mito.
Boom!!
He saw that the Nine-Tails Chakra that was originally controlled in her body burst out, and the air wave shook the air around Mito to form a cavity.
The four tails behind her were shaking wildly, and the fifth tail was gradually condensing.
And those blood-red vertical pupils seemed to be suppressing something, and the suppressed monster in the sea of blood poured out like a pillar with the swaying red shadow of the pupils, looking like it was about to break through the sealed cage and couldn't wait to kill them.
"Mito-sama! Stop! Stop! Damn it!!
Seeing Mito who didn't respond and whose scarlet aura was getting more and more frantic and whose Tailed Beast Bomb was getting more and more terrifying, Sarutobi Hiruzen looked extremely ugly. He looked up at the Sky Ninjas and shouted, "What do you want to do?"
The Sky Ninja captain just looked down at him and said calmly, "Of course, let your Mito-sama, who is obsessed with pleasure and has long forgotten her roots, feel the pain and resentment from her own people."
Hearing this, Sarutobi Hiruzen's heart trembled suddenly, and a chill surged from his heart.
Could it be that the real target of this group of guys was Mito from the beginning to the end?
Everything they did, everything they said, and everything they did was to lure Mito over, and then force her to use the tailed beast transformation, so that the power of the Nine-Tails would run rampant in Konoha?!
No, not only that!
Sarutobi Hiruzen turned his head palely and looked into the distance, looking at the white mist that had been blown away by him.
The white mist was constantly spreading to the entire Konoha, and all kinds of scenes in the distance were "submerged".
At this moment, whether it was the active Konoha ninjas or the Konoha ninjas who had already retired, as long as there was chakra in the body, they felt a chill after inhaling the white mist.
Immediately, from a psychological point of view, they could not help but feel fear.
They saw the most terrifying thing in their hearts.
——Fear brings violence, and violence brings fear.
Just as Sarutobi Hiruzen thought, Mito's consciousness has gradually become blurred, and the heaviness of the flesh has gradually eased, as if the consciousness and the body have begun to separate.
A strange hissing sound came in her ears, gradually becoming clearer from far to near.
No, it was not a hissing sound, it was someone whispering!
"Mito-sama, it hurts..."
"Mito-sama, I'm so hot..."
"Mito, why didn't you come back..."
Her ears were filled with illusory overlapping voices, someone was crying for his mother, someone was coughing violently, and someone was groaning in pain.
Mito's body began to secrete a large amount of fear pheromones, and her heart seemed to have missed a beat, and her eyes suddenly widened.
Huh!!
What was in front of her was no longer Konoha, but black ruins, countless ruins, the sky was dark yellow, the setting sun hung in the sky, and the wind was sobbing.
The ruins connected the sky and the earth, and the broken buildings stood in the distance, like a monument buried in the grave of a giant.
This was undoubtedly a city, or the city she was familiar with.
Her hometown, the Land of Whirlpools.
At the same time, in the sealed space inside Mito's body, the nine-tailed beast with its head down seemed to have sensed something, and suddenly looked up into the void.
"This is..." A look of astonishment suddenly flashed across its skinny fox face.
But soon, the corners of its mouth twitched slightly, and then gradually grinned, almost to the ears.
"Hahaha! Uzumaki Mito! You have come to this day too! I will make you destroy the Konoha that your husband loves with your own hands! Hahahaha!! “
