When Uchiha Shitai walked into the shelter, he only had one impression of the scene in front of him.
Tragic! Weird!
"Ah! Ahhh!"
"No! Don't come over!!"
Uchiha Shitai walked down the aisle with a stiff face, and screams filled with pain came from people in shelter.
No, perhaps, a wail filled with fear.
Countless beds were lined up on both sides of the aisle, one on the left and the other on the right. On each bed, there was a person tightly bound by straps, struggling crazily with his face twisted and ferocious because of fear.
It gave Uchiha Shitai the feeling that the demon crawling out of the abyss was struggling, wailing, and screaming, trying to grab his body.
The screams filled with fear and despair can only make people feel cold and frightened.
"This, what's going on..."
Looking at the dozen or so Uchiha clansmen who were tied to the bed with twisted and ferocious faces, the Uchiha Shitai could not help grinding his teeth and said: "Now I finally understand how that old hag Mito lost control."
As far as he knew, these people present were all people who had inhaled the poisonous gas to some extent, but they didn't yet know how the poison worked.
In order to prevent the people who have been poisoned from harming themselves out of fear, they can only temporarily restrain them in the hospital bed.
"Clan leader!"
An Uchiha ninja ran over in panic, with a look of disbelief on his face, and said horrifyingly in the ears of the Uchiha Shitai: "Some clan members who have absorbed a very small amount of poison have come back to their senses! But..."
"One of them with poor qualifications actually opened his eyes inexplicably, and one of them opened two tomoe sharingan, and his eye power became stronger!"
"What?"
Hearing this, Uchiha Shitai's eyes widened suddenly, and messy thoughts were flowing in his mind instantly.
And he quickly thought of the reason why Uchiha opened his eyes.
Everyone in Konoha knows that the difficulty of opening the Sharingan is far greater than that of the Byakugan.
If Byakugan is more focused on assistance and strategy, Sharingan represents strength and power.
The ninja world's evaluation of the Sharingan is very clear. If you encounter a ninja from the uchiha clan with sharingan and it's one on one, you must run away.
This sentence means that there is no chance of winning in a one-on-one battle with the ninjas of the Uchiha clan who have awakened the sharingan.
Because the opening of the Sharingan not only means a substantial enhancement of dynamic vision, but also allows the use of more powerful visual illusions.
The prerequisite for the Uchiha clan to open their eyes, in addition to the necessary talent requirements, also requires strong emotional stimulation.
When an Uchiha loses an important love, or feels pain due to their disappointment, special chakra will surge out of the brain, acting on the veins to cause changes in the eyes.
The more intense the mood swings, the more obvious the increase in pupil power.
That’s why the Sharingan is called, “the eye that reflects the soul.”
"What on earth did they see? Did they open their eyes and become stronger because of fear?"
Uchiha Shitai murmured to himself, and a hint of joy instantly rose on his face, but then suddenly froze on his face, and his expression gradually turned gloomy.
"Quick! This matter must be kept strictly confidential!"
He turned to look at the Uchiha ninja beside him, with an unusually serious expression and lowered his voice: "Go and record the changes of those clan members after they wake up!"
———
At the same time, in the innermost position of the shelter.
A black-haired boy was lying on the bed. He didn't make any noise like the others, he just lay there quietly.
Soon, his eyelids moved slightly, and he woke up from his long dream. He opened his eyes and looked at the ceiling quietly, and two tears slowly streaked down the side of his face.
But there was no joy or sadness on that face, only a thoughtful look.
"Am I actually in a shelter? I thought I was going to die." He murmured to himself.
His body and legs were covered with bandages, and the dark red blood spilling from under the bandages showed the amount of bleeding.
But the most dangerous wound should be on the left side of the neck, but that wound has been perfectly sutured, and medicine and gauze have also been applied for protection. It can be seen from this that very high-level medical methods are used.
"..."
He looked sideways at the side of his bed. A chair was placed there, with some wrinkles on it and a faint fragrance.
At this moment, a figure walked straight over.
"Are you awake? Or..."
The woman sat on the chair next to the boy's bed, her legs tilted slightly, and she placed the thick book on her legs. She looked at the boy with a smile: "Are you awakened by a nightmare?"
The black-haired boy glanced at her and said casually: "Why do you ask?"
"If you have a nightmare, the human brain will secrete hormones." The woman's smile did not change, she pointed at him and said with a smile, "It will make people excessively awake, and then they will look like this."
The black-haired boy withdrew his gaze very smoothly, lying quietly on the bed with no wave on his face, and asked: "What time is it now?"
"You seem to care about time?"
The woman didn't pay attention to his indifferent attitude, she just smiled, opened the book on her lap, and answered truthfully: "About four o'clock in the afternoon, how are you feeling?"
"..." The black-haired boy was silent for a moment, looked at the ceiling and said calmly, "It's just a minor injury."
However, a sharp pain suddenly spread from his chest, and his cold little face wrinkled up.
"Small injury? In addition to your face, your tough mouth also makes you look a bit like the Uchiha clan."
It turned out that the woman stretched out her finger and poked his injured chest.
Under the dissatisfied gaze of the young man, she said with a half-smile: "The liver, lungs, ribs, and legs have all suffered varying degrees of damage."
"When it was delivered, there was internal bleeding, and even the wound was infected and suppurating. You must thank me for surviving."
The black-haired boy opened his mouth, and finally replied expressionlessly:"Thank you."
"Hey." The woman looked a little surprised and said with a smile, "You are calmer than I expected. Aren't you afraid of death?"
After that, she looked directly at the expression on the young man's face, but she only saw weariness and indifference.
Like dead leaves floating on the surface of a pool of stagnant water.
"Interesting." The woman's smile deepened, "You really don't look like an Uchiha."
Human beings are essentially afraid of death.
It may be because of attachment to the entire world, reluctance to part with something or someone, or reluctance to do something.
But the woman saw nothing on him, as if she saw a corpse floating on the water, neither sinking nor falling, quiet and dead.
"Let me introduce myself, my name is Yakushi Nono."
The woman put her hands in front of her and said with a gentle smile, "If you don't mind, you can call me Yakushi or doctor."
Yakushi? Doctor?
What a strange woman.
"..." The young man was silent for a moment, and then replied calmly, "Uchiha Shinji."
After saying that, he raised his eyes slightly and met a pair of eyes, as if he saw some interesting toy.
"I'm curious." The woman who called here "Yakushi Nono" blinked, "Can someone like you be afraid?"
Hearing this, Uchiha Shinji was startled for a moment, as if he suddenly noticed something, and raised his hand to touch his eyes.
He also wiped the drop of warm blood on his forehead into the corners of his eyes, making the scarlet eyes with two tomoe sharingan look even more sinister.
"Two Tomoe Sharingan?"
Yakushi Nono's interested eyes also reflected his four tomoe, and she said with a smile: "It seems that you have a good talent."
Uchiha Shinji did not feel excited, but a trace of helplessness flashed in his eyes, and he murmured: "It's really troublesome."
And at this moment, behind him.
After checking all the Uchiha clan members, a pair of white eyes poked out of the ceiling corner of the shelter and looked at Uchiha Shinji curiously.
