A few minutes ago, in the Konoha Tower.
Several Konoha ninjas were sitting cross-legged around the ground stove, chatting animatedly and eating barbecue.
"Don't just eat meat, come on, drink some wine!"
A ninja picked up the wine glass, his face already red and tipsy.
"Okay, drink less." Another ninja hurriedly advised, "The main thing is to eat barbecue, so don't get drunk, in case there are enemies..."
"Oh, it's okay, Captain."
The ninja holding the wine glass was obviously a drunkard. After drinking the wine in the glass, he shook his head and said, "We are going to the front line tomorrow. If we don't drink now, we won't be able to drink."
"Besides, even if there is an enemy invasion..." He pointed to the bottom of his buttocks and laughed nonchalantly, "The barrier team is down there. No one can bypass the village's perception barrier silently."
Compared with the other four villages in the five major ninja villages, the difficulty of infiltrating Konoha is undoubtedly the most difficult.
The first line of defense is guarded by the Anbu and the barrier team. Since the village was built, a perfect perception barrier has existed.
This barrier directly covers the entire village. It can not only sense the abnormal chakra reaction of illegal intrusion, but also record the frequency of everyone entering and leaving the barrier.
Once the barrier is sensed and any abnormal situation is found, it will be seen by the village's barrier team at the first time. After the alarm system is triggered, everyone will hear the news.
This is why he is so relieved. Besides, they will go to the border to fight tomorrow, and now they still need to release the suppressed emotions in their hearts.
Besides, they will not really drink to unconsciousness, and they will remain a little sober to deal with emergencies.
"Yes, Captain, I will drink less, nothing will happen."
Seeing that his words were unanimously agreed by others, the ninja smiled with satisfaction and picked up the bottle of shochu and said, "Come on, Captain, I'll pour you a drink!"
The man called the captain shook his head helplessly, but still picked up the wine glass at hand and moved over.
But at this moment, a subtle sound suddenly came from above.
Ding... Ding Ding...
"What's that sound?"
Hearing the strange sound of something falling and then rolling down, the man subconsciously looked up and looked out the window.
The moment before his life came to an end, he only saw a winged bird passing through the air.
Bang! Boom! !
With a deafening roar, the detonator bomb dropped from the air exploded.
In an instant, the dozens of meters high tower collapsed in the explosion, breaking into huge stones and pouring down, hitting the street and raising a large amount of dust again, drowning those who did not have time to evacuate.
"The barrier tower has been successfully destroyed."
The three sky ninjas who sneaked into Konoha at the first time, the unfamiliar runes on their bodies were glowing, shielding the perception barrier covering Konoha.
They did not stop after destroying the barrier tower, and completely followed the orders of Kumokawa, controlling the flying ninja tools to fly deep into Konoha.
"Ah!!"
The whistling wind they raised when they passed through the air lifted the clothes of those pedestrians on the street, and suddenly there was an endless cry of surprise.
"Look up in the sky!"
"What is that?!"
When everyone looked up subconsciously, they saw countless "winged birds" descending.
When the noisy strong wind pressed down from the sky, the whistling sound that tore through the air came from far to near, and they finally saw the face of the winged bird.
Almost everyone saw sky ninja wearing a mask under the wings, revealing only the cold pupils.
The huge wind and noise rushed down from the sky!
"Ah...ah!"
Everyone stared at sky ninjas in a daze, until a scream brought them back to their senses, and suddenly there was a noisy shouting and clamor.
"Run!"
"It's invaders!"
"Flying enemies!"
Almost everyone was frightened by the terrifying momentum, and some people subconsciously took a step back and fell to the ground.
Then they screamed and used all their limbs to roll and crawl to the house.
A flying sky ninja looked down at the noisy crowd below and subconsciously took out the detonator.
But just as he was about to throw it at the crowd.
"What are you doing? Have you forgotten the order from that person?!"
The sky ninja flying alongside him shouted, "Don't waste chakra and ammunition on civilians. Our goal is to kill those Konoha ninjas and destroy important Konoha buildings!"
"Also, our action this time is justified. We just need to lure out the Nine-Tails Jinchuriki, and then use the things that person gave us..."
"Ah? Ah! Sorry!"
Hearing this, the sky ninja who had already taken out the detonator came to his senses as if awakened from a dream, and looked at the Konoha ninjas who had rushed over.
"Enemy attack! Enemy attack!"
"Emergency alert! Phase 3! Emergency alert!"
All the Konoha ninjas who were still in the village were attracted by the explosion.
A large number of ninjas ran on the streets, leaped over the roofs of houses and buildings, and chased after the sky ninjas.
"Damn it!" Looking at sky ninjas flying in the air, a masked Anbu shouted, "The enemy is up there, shoot them down!"
After saying this, he took out kunai from the ninja tool bag on his waist, and threw the kunai into the air with a fierce flick.
The other ninjas did the same, choosing to throw kunai and shuriken, and the whizzing sound of breaking through the air was endless.
But when the kunai and shuriken reached the flying height of sky ninjas, the power on them had already dissipated, and the speed had slowed down visibly, so they were easily dodged.
At the same time, the Anbu ninjas saw those guys aiming something at them. It looked like a ninja tool made of metal and hardwood. The slightly bloated appearance made him suddenly feel a chill in his heart.
"What is that?" another Konoha ninja blurted out.
But in response, there was only the cold light from the gun.
"Fire!" the captain of the sky ninja said coldly.
Without the slightest hesitation, sky ninjas raised their kunai guns, aimed at the Konoha ninjas and pulled the trigger.
Bang, bang, bang!!
A large number of kunais were ejected from the muzzles, cutting through the air with a sharp whistle, and shot at the ninjas standing on the roof.
"Ah!!"
After being caught off guard by the terrifying penetrating power of the kunai, several Konoha ninjas were instantly pierced through their bodies, and blood splashed from their torn and cut bodies. After a scream, the whole person fell from the roof.
"Damn it! That's a ninja tool that can fire kunai continuously!"
The Anbu ninja reacted instantly, raised the dagger in his right hand without hesitation, and swung at the kunai that were shooting at him.
Bang, bang! Snap! !
The moment the dagger and kunai collided, a sharp and piercing sound rang out, and sparks splashed in front of him.
"What kind of power is this?!"
The Anbu ninja felt his palm go numb, and the dagger in his hand slipped out of his hand unexpectedly, and his body was instantly cut by the kunai.
The next moment, he looked up with a horrified expression, and saw several black dots falling from the sky.
The black dots reflected in his eyes became larger and larger in his field of vision.
Until the distance was visible to the naked eye, he finally saw what it was, and the face of the Anbu ninja changed drastically.
It was a few balls wrapped in explosive tags.
"Retreat quickly!"
The sky ninjas who were taught a lesson by Kumokawa did not hold back at all when facing the Konoha ninjas. The roar of the Anbu ninjas just sounded.
At that moment, the flames spread everywhere, and huge fireworks bloomed, illuminating the terrified and helpless faces.
Boom! !
All they saw was black smoke billowing, and the flames that soared into the sky kept swallowing and spitting out, and the heat wave swallowed the Konoha ninjas.
The sound of the explosion shook the ground buildings, and there were sharp whistles and the sound of burning fire. The white chips from the cracked walls fell, and the large amount of scattered building stones splashed and smashed around, cutting the trees on the roadside in half and blasting holes in the grass on the ground.
Snap! Snap!
It seemed as if red rain was falling from the sky, and charred and broken bodies scattered down, landing on the heads and shoulders of screaming pedestrians.
At the same time, in another gathering area.
"Flying?"
A Chunin looked up at the sky ninjas hovering overhead and said hatefully, "Are those bastards using wind release?"
"No, it should be just chakra." The Hyuga ninja next to him with black hair and white eyes said, "They inject chakra into the wings of that flying ninja tool, creating an airflow difference between the surface and the inside to fly."
Where did these guys come from, and what was their purpose in invading Konoha?
While the two were discussing and analyzing the principles of the ninja tools used by sky ninjas, countless kunai and several explosive bombs were thrown at them.
Seeing this, the Hyuga ninja's white eyes were surrounded by ferocious blue veins, and he stepped hard with his legs to meet the attacks.
"Revolving Heaven!"
Chakra was repelled from the acupuncture points of his body, and his body spun at high speed like a gyroscope.
Boom! !
The falling kunai and explosive bombs hit the huge chakra hemisphere, and the explosion and scream were instantly blocked or even blown back.
After the aftermath of the explosion dissipated, the Hyuga ninja's body stopped, raised his head and looked at sky ninjas, with a sneer on his lips, "They dared to directly break into our village and carry out an air raid. I'm afraid they are a group of ninjas from a small country who don't know the height of the world."
"Do you think that you can completely defeat us with just flying ninja tools?"
In the sky where flames spread and black smoke rolled, the sky ninjas just looked down at him coldly from a high place.
In the smoke-filled sky in the distance, a strange ninja tool with bat-like wings, escorted by several sky ninjas, gradually flew to the sky above where the Konoha ninjas gathered.
