The moment the light and flames bloomed, only two people in the entire classroom noticed it.
Sarutobi Hiruzen reacted first with his absolute experience, while Minato sensed it with his naturally powerful neural reaction speed.
Just as he turned his head to say something to Kushina behind him, he saw the dazzling light and flames blooming outside the window out of the corner of his eye.
"Kushina!"
Minato's eyes suddenly widened, and almost subconsciously, he stretched out his arms to hug Kushina and shouted: "Be careful of explosions..."
Just when he was about to warn others, The raging flames and explosions were already coming, and Minato's light blue eyes turned red.
At the same time, a wisp of blood spattered on the podium.
"Summoning jutsu!"
The bitten left thumb scratched his right wrist. Sarutobi Hiruzen suddenly squatted down and slapped the ground. He roared in a voice that was no longer gentle but frightened and angry: "Monkey King, Enma!! "
Boom!!
Over the originally peaceful ninja school, there was a roar that shook Konoha.
The windows of the building, the shop windows along the street, and the windows of the houses cracked like rain under the sweeping shock wave!
"Ah!!"
Some passers-by were knocked to the ground, looking at the billowing black smoke in horror.
My ears were suddenly filled with the whistling of the wind and the sudden roar. Looking up, I saw several golden-winged birds flying across the sky at a rapid speed above my head.
The sky ninja who roared over the ninja school looked at the smoky building below and said solemnly: "The meeting gift has been delivered!"
It was exactly as Kumokawa said, the Third Hokage would not be solved so easily.
Just say hello and that’s it!
Everything is as planned.
At this moment, in the classroom, the air was still filled with heat, and the ground underfoot was still trembling.
Buzz! Buzz!
Minato, which was overturned by the explosion, hit the wall. The deafening explosion made his ears ring, leaving only a harsh and high-pitched scream.
"Minato..."
"Minato!"
"Hey! Minato!!"
It wasn't until the screaming that filled his ears gradually faded away that he heard the familiar voice of anxiety and panic.
"Ahem! Kushina..."
The moment Minato spoke, he coughed up a mouthful of blood. Confusion and pain filled his brain, and the whole world seemed to be spinning. He struggled to open his bloodshot eyes and looked down.
He only saw Kushina being held in his arms, her whole body looked miserable, she was calling his name with a look of fear on her face, her tattered clothes were stained with a lot of blood.
However, it seemed that there was only a very small amount of blood, which was caused by her scratches. As for the other blood...
Minato seemed to have thought of something, and looked up with a blank expression.
He saw cracks all over the classroom like spider webs, and the wall with the windows had been completely blown away.
The green plants placed by the window were all blown into pieces, and the broken green leaves were held up by the thick black smoke. It was not until the explosion that occurred in an instant came to an end that they fell on the ruins of the dead wall.
The gold and black rods intersected to form a square cage, supporting the entire classroom that was crumbling at the moment.
——Sarutobi Hiruzen's Summoning Beast "Enma" transformed into the “Adamantine Staff".
With its Adamantine-like hardness and ability to freely expand and contract, it transformed into dozens of Adamantine Staff, forming an Adamantine Prison Wall to protect them before the explosion.
But Sarutobi Hiruzen, who was standing in the middle of the classroom at this moment, couldn't be happy at all. After noticing Minato raising his head, he spat out blood and whispered: "Sorry, it was too sudden, it was too late to form the seal... "
No.
In fact, he just had time to use the teleportation technique and throw out the thing that was about to explode.
But, at that moment, he hesitated.
Because if he really does that, his arm will definitely be severely injured, but he still needs to deal with the intruder...
Therefore, the result of hesitation is naturally...
"Ah...ah..."
Minato stared at the classroom shrouded in black smoke, making an unconscious hoarse sound from his mouth, and the firelight reflected the bright and dark colors on his blood-stained face.
Immediately, he put his hands on the ground and struggled to stand up, walking into the classroom with staggering steps.
The originally neat tables, chairs, and benches were overturned and piled up in a mess all over the classroom.
Wails, groans, and cries were endless.
Although Sarutobi Hiruzen's Adamantine Prison Wall blocked the most lethal explosion and protected most people to the maximum extent.
However, it was unable to stop the fragments that exploded like the goddess scattering flowers.
Countless hard and sharp gravels directly opened the white wall under the impact of the explosion.
Facing such penetrating gravel, the flesh is as brittle as paper in front of them.
Sarutobi Hiruzen only hesitated for a moment, and several classmates by the window were penetrated by fragments.
"How could this happen..."
Minato looked pale as he looked at the students who were hit and the broken bodies of the students who were sitting by the window.
Three of them were the three who had bullied Kushina before and had just bowed and apologized to her.
So suddenly.
It all happened so suddenly.
All he could do at that time was to protect Kushina who was closest to him.
"Ahem!"
Teacher Fujiki struggled to climb out from the piled seats. Looking at the scene in front of him, he was first shocked and then angry and sad: "Damn it! What's going on?!"
"I'm afraid the village has been attacked. Invasion and attack by unknown enemies."
Hiruzen Sarutobi came over with a gloomy look and ordered Fujiki in a solemn tone: "Organize an emergency evacuation of the school personnel immediately and send these injured students to deal with their injuries!”
Then, he looked at Minato who was standing there with his head lowered, reached out and gently patted out the flames on his shoulder, and said in a deep voice: "If you can't accept it, it would be better to cry at this time."
But after Hiruzen Sarutobi finished speaking, Minato slowly raised his head.
"No." Minato shook his head with a pale face, then turned to look at Sarutobi Hiruzen and whispered, "I understand, crying is useless."
Hearing this, Sarutobi Hiruzen couldn't help but be startled, and the pair of pupils looked at each other.
Under the light of the fire, Minato's light blue eyes were no longer gentle and warm, but were igniting flames.
"...I'm sorry."
For some reason, Sarutobi Hiruzen subconsciously looked away, and then he couldn't help but apologize again.
Perhaps it was out of the inability to save everyone, or perhaps out of guilt for that moment of hesitation.
"Third Hokage-sama, you have tried your best."
Minato didn't know what Sarutobi Hiruzen was thinking, so he just took a deep breath and said in a painful tone: "As the future ninjas of the village, they have already made sacrifices. "
“We will help Mr. Fujiki treat the injured. Please don't stay here too long. Others need you more than us."
In fact, only a few people near the window were injured by the explosion. The other students successfully avoided the splash. The injuries caused by gravel are now at best concussion, skin trauma and tinnitus.
Having said that, one second he was still happy for his classmates' improvement, and the next second they were separated forever in just an instant. Minato could only try his best to maintain his sanity at this moment.
Because as he said, the invasion attack is not over yet, and it will take Third Hokage-sama to repel the enemy.
"Okay!" Sarutobi Hiruzen's eyes flickered slightly, he looked at Fujiki who had gone to take care of the injured, and whispered, "Then I'll leave this place to you!"
After that, the Adamantine Prison Wall returned to his hand, and his figure disappeared into the classroom.
After Sarutobi Hiruzen left in front of him, Minato fell back weakly. He was subconsciously supported by Kushina behind him, and he could barely stand with his face pale.
"Are you okay?" Kushina asked quickly with a worried tone.
Minato smiled bitterly and waved his hand, looking outside through the black smoke.
Not only the ninja school they were in, but Konoha at this moment was filled with fire and smoke.
There were flocks of "winged birds" flying in the sky, constantly throwing things downwards. Wherever they passed there were explosions and roars. The Konoha ninjas were jumping on the houses, trying to organize an effective counterattack.
"Being able to carry out such a large-scale and well-planned air strike." Minato clenched his fists and whispered to himself, "Who are those guys?"
