Two days later.
A piece of news suddenly began to spread to the world through the World Economic News Agency.
[Big News! The Marines will launch a global recruitment campaign]
The newspapers show that after a joint review by the World Government and the Marines, the Marines will launch a worldwide large-scale conscription.
No matter who you are, as long as you have no bad record in the past, you can participate in this conscription.
Through comprehensive performance centered on strength, maximum you will be able to obtain the position of Vice Admiral of the Marines Headquarters.
As the news began to spread.
The whole world began to shake.
People began to discuss.
Ordinary people must be quite excited about the Marines's world recruitment.
The strengthening of Marines' power can give them hope in an increasingly chaotic world.
It was a deterrent to the pirates. The pirates who had been in a turmoil due to various major events began to calm down.
They are prepared to wait and see the results of the Marines's large-scale recruitment before taking any action.
The attitudes of member countries around the world are more complicated.
On the one hand, the Marines's strength can indeed be restored and strengthened through the world conscription, and the security index of each of the allies can be improved.
But on the other hand, this model of large-scale conscription is bound to result in the new Marines being of uneven quality.
It's not the difference in strength, but in character.
There is no doubt that the Marines that can be recruited by such a large conscription will contain many people who value power.
They are attracted by this kind of power that can be obtained in one step.
Obviously, unlike the previous training of the Marines, it is hard to say how strong the sense of justice of such a person is!
The first half of the Grand Line is the area where the Marines Headquarters projects its power most strongly.
Different from the free-range model of four blues.
Since this place is directly controlled by the Marines Headquarters, corruption and cover-up are greatly reduced compared to the four blues.
But once this model of conscription is adopted, it will be hard to say what will happen in the future.
This impact will not be limited to the first half of the Grand Line, but will radiate to other sea areas through a chain reaction.
Therefore, the attitudes of member countries around the world seem somewhat complicated.
Finally, there is the attitude within the Marines itself.
Directly adopting this model will also bring about complex changes for the Marines within the Marines, especially some lower-level marines.
They fought desperately with pirates to gain merit and be promoted.
However, now others just come and show off and they run over their heads.
This contrast will lead to violent conflicts, and in serious cases, people will even begin to question the justice of the Marines.
Justice is the foundation of the Marines. If justice is questioned, the foundation will be shaken.
In addition, it will also have an impact on the long-established merit system. The Marines's desire to achieve merit and success may be suppressed, making it easy for spies to infiltrate.
It has such strong side effects.
The Marines would never have used such a method in the past.
It is precisely because of these and other constraints that traditions continue to exist.
This time Kong also understood the side effects.
But the current Marines have to take drastic measures. If it doesn’t make changes, it will die a slow death.
However, measures were taken to ease the conflict.
The first is to open channels within the Marines, the second is to set strict standards, the third is to limit the highest positions that can be obtained, and the fourth is the scale and timing of the large-scale conscription.
During the conscription period, if there are people in each Marines branch or the Marines headquarters who are aware of their outstanding talents, they can also take this assessment.
Moreover, compared with external examinees recruited from around the world, the Marines will make certain adjustments based on their original meritorious service and qualifications.
To put it bluntly, the internal personnel assessment standards are relatively loose.
This world conscription will have relatively strict assessment standards.
In other words, those who participate in the conscription need to have strength far exceeding the average level of this position in the Marines in order to get this position.
This means that people with the strength of vice admiral in the headquarters of the Marines have come to participate in this large-scale conscription.
There is a high probability that you will get the rank of Rear Admiral rather than directly getting the rank of Vice Admiral.
This method of obtaining a position based on one's ability can at least alleviate the doubts of the Marines.
As long as one can take up the position, he will be very strong among those in the same position.
In this world that values strength, some conflicts can be alleviated well.
In addition, the highest position that can be obtained is Vice Admiral.
It is mainly because there is not much lack of top-level combat power this time.
And the three monster vice admirals Kizaru, Akainu, and Aokiji will be appointed to the positions of admirals.
Just wait for them to continue to grow.
Although they are still vice admirals today, they are supported by various factions within the Marines.
If a person suddenly appears and runs directly above their heads to become Admiral.
This will also cause great conflicts.
In addition, this restriction can also give other marines some ideas.
Even if it is a conscription, at least the position with the strongest combat power, Admiral, is not given directly, which can be regarded as leaving the last face.
Therefore, Kong adopts this compromise approach.
If you can recruit some monsters and even Admiral-level combat power with the position of Vice Admiral.
Then it is more cost-effective.
This time the recruitment period will last for up to three months, and those who sign up after three months will not be approved.
Kong only intends to return a wave of blood, and then terminate this mode.
Then use time to eliminate hidden dangers.
Throughout the world, news of the Marines's recruitment spread through the World Economic News Agency to all parts of the world.
Many people around the world began to take action.
And some talented Marines within the Marines are also preparing.
The entire Marines also began to boil.
At the same time, some forces in the underground world, some pirate groups and even some kingdoms also began to plan to participate.
The first two are intending to plant spies.
The kingdom wants to have a high-ranking Marine in the Marines that can take orders from the kingdom.
This Marine can command more Marines forces to station around the kingdom.
The security of the kingdom can be greatly guaranteed.
No matter what happens, if the Marines near the kingdom are in trouble, they will still have their own people to contain it.
It’s not like we’re being slaughtered by others.
When the whole world is in turmoil.
New World, the territory of BIGMOM, one of the pirate overlords.
A certain man has broken through many obstacles.
Start stepping into Cake Island.
