The sky in the Kingdom of Wind is dark yellow.
Sunagakure Village is located next to the oasis. It is a large enclosed circular earth and stone building that can resist the invasion of sand and dust and serve as a wall to protect the capital of the Kingdom of Wind.
At this time, in the Sunagakure Kazekage Building, there was a round table conference room.
A man with long dark blue hair and wearing a blue Kazekage robe stood in front of the statues of three Kazekages, his face was similar to the third statue.
"Everyone, I have received new information recently."
Looking at the senior officials of Sunagakure, including Ebizo, the Third Kazekage's already indifferent face became solemn and said: "There are strange ninjas appearing at the border of Konoha. They will serve as border guards. Their commander, Tsunade, is seriously injured."
"Now, Tsunade has returned to Konoha for treatment under the protection of Jiraiya, and now konoha troops are under the command of Orochimaru."
At this point, the Third Kazekage paused and sighed and said: "So, I decided to take this opportunity to end the previous temptation, assemble the troops and use the Kingdom of Rain to launch a general attack on the Kingdom of Fire!"
When these words came out, everyone did not show any surprise, but just fell into deep thought.
The Second Kazekage Shamon is a researcher similar to Senju Tobirama.
A ninja school similar to Konoha was set up to train and promote civilian ninjas, and the special mineral resources of the Land of Wind were used to vigorously develop puppetry, thus cultivating a large number of outstanding puppet masters such as Chiyo.
At the same time, it was the first village among the five great ninja villages to obtain a tailed beast.
Long before Senju Hashirama convened the Five Kage Conference to distribute tailed beasts, Sunagakure had studied the special abilities of One-Tailed Shukaku, and Shamon developed the magnetic release and sand manipulation ninjutsu based on this.
After the Second Kazekage died unexpectedly, the Third Kazekage stood out from many competitors. He is a bloodline limit(Kekkei-genkai) ninja, with magnetic release. The powerful magnetic release characteristics are enough to suppress the puppet master.
The title of "The Strongest Kazekage" is already being spread widely, and he urgently needs a big victory to prove his ability.
The first country he targeted was naturally the neighbor of the Country of Wind, the resource-rich Country of Fire.
"The First Kazekage once expressed our demands to Senju Hashirama. The One Tail has been in the hands of our Sunagakure from beginning to end, so what we need has never been the power of tailed beasts!"
The third Kazekage turned his head and looked behind him and said in a cold tone: "What we need is land resources and mission shares, but Senju Hashirama arrogantly ignored our demands!"
"In this case, then we will take it ourselves. This is not a forced act. Seize it, this is ours, we deserve it!”
The economic gap between countries has increased, and we strive for reasonable and reasonable interests on the grounds of increasing fair privileges.
The righteous and famous words made many people present feel the same.
The harsh desert environment of the Land of Wind turned into an excellent environment for cultivating ninjas, and cultivated the tenacious Sunagakure.
But if you have a choice, who wants to live in a place like this?!
Looking around, there are cliffs and barren deserts everywhere. There is no vitality at all. It is difficult to grow crops. Without the sea, it is impossible to do business like the Land of Fire. Doing business is also very difficult. To reach Sunagakure, you have to cross the vast desert area, even missions cannot be received...
"I agree with the Third Kazekage-sama's idea."
An elite jounin nodded and asked with a short breath: "Please give us the order to attack the Country of Fire."
The general plan is very clear to the senior officials of Sunagakure. The only thing that needs to be discussed now is when to attack in order to deal a fatal blow to the Land of Fire and Konoha.
"I have communicated through letters with Elder Chiyo who is still on the front line."
The Third Kazekage looked at everyone and said in a calm tone: "With Tsunade not on the front line, Elder Chiyo's poison can work wonders, it will be enough to catch Orochimaru off guard.”
"So, I think the sooner the better, next week is the best time!"
After the Third Kazekage said this, Ebizo sat there without saying anything, his eyes hidden in his lowered long hair. Under the eyebrows, the fluctuations in his eyes and expressions could not be seen clearly, but he obviously agreed with his point of view.
The other senior officials looked at each other. Although a few had reservations, with Ebizo and Chiyo's acquiescence, a general attack on Konoha must have been a certainty.
Of course, most of the people present are excited about it now, and no one will feel timid.
With the rich wealth accumulated by the Second Kazekage Shamon, coupled with the warlike Third Kazekage, the entire Sunagakure was restless, eager to obtain land resources through war.
They are strong, very, very strong.
They have had enough of poverty that does not match their strength, and they also want more oases instead of deserts!
"Third Kazekage -sama, I have another question."
The minister of the intelligence department seemed to have thought of something, and suddenly frowned and asked in a low tone: "The terrain of the River Country is not conducive to the movement of large troops, so we can only choose to go through the rain. "
“Is there no problem with the Country of Rain? For example, I recently received news that Hanzo has the name of 'demigod'..."
"...Hanzo?" ? Don't tell me, you really believe it."
The third Kazekage glanced at him and said indifferently: "I recently heard that a force called Akatsuki appeared in the Rain Country, which was composed of down-and-out nobles and refugees. Their leader can bring peace to the Land of Rain and the Ninja World, shouldn't we also pay attention to it?"
As soon as these words came out, the old minister's face turned red and he lowered his head in shame.
"When do we need to care about a small country?"
The Third Kazekage's eyes were full of sharpness. He glanced at the people in front of him and sneered:"Whether they agree or not, whether they reject it or not, what does it have to do with us?"
"What do we really care about? There is only one enemy from the beginning to the end, and that is the Land of Fire and Konoha!"
"If the Land of Rain stands in the way, just trample over them!"
Chiyo and Ebizo, two advisors, were ninjas in the early days of Sunagakure.
Chiyo's sophisticated poison-making and puppet skills have trained Sunagakure's current puppet army.
Ebizo is responsible for Sunagakure's logistics work. The spies he trains are lurking in the ninja villages of the five major countries. He has eyes and ears in many ninja villages. His intelligence is enough to help him to become Sunagakure's adviser.
Although there will occasionally be some ideological conflicts with him as the Kazekage, he will support him in major matters and work hard for the development of Sunagakure.
There are also Rasa who inherit his position in future and he can use Magnetic Release, A female ninja named Pakura who possesses the Bloodline Limit: Scorch Release, and the young named Sasori...
Therefore, today's Sunagakure can be said to be united. There are more and more talented ninjas, and there is no need to care about the Kingdom of Rain.
Even if there is Hanzo in Amegakure Village who is good at swordsmanship and has defeated the Iron Country head-on, he cannot withstand Sunagakure's edge.
Whether it is a "leader" who can bring peace to the land of rain and the ninja world, or the so-called "demigod" boasted by the samurai and Amegakure ninjas, in the eyes of the Third Kazekage, they are just a means to build momentum.
The samurai hoped to exalt the humiliation of being defeated by exalting his opponent.
It's better to be defeated by a person known as a "demigod" than to be defeated by an unknown person from a small country, right?
The Amegakure ninjas guide themselves half-hidden from behind, so that they can gain the attention of other ninjas, win the favor of the daimyo and nobles of the Land of Rain, and at the same time improve their own voice and status.
He was very familiar with this process.
Moreover, even if Hanzo is very powerful, so what?
In the final analysis, he is just a ninja abandoned by the times, nothing more than that!
"Elder Ebizo."
The Third Kazekage stood up and said to Ebizo beside him: "I'll leave the preparation of supplies to you."
"Don't worry, Third Kazekage -sama." Ebizo nodded, still with a deep expression. "However, you'd better find a way to deal with Bunpuku. He is getting old, He can't stand the torment of one tail."
Hearing this, the Third Kazekage's face darkened, and he was obviously dissatisfied with that one tail jinchuriki.
After everyone in the conference room left, he walked to the window of the conference room and looked at the panoramic view of the village again.
A group of tumbleweeds rolled in a quiet rustle, leaving slight traces of yellow sand as it passed by, running from left to right at the top of the hillside.
Hot wind blows from the dunes, and fresh grains of sand flutter against the windows.
The entire Sunagakure is like a giant, lowering its head and mourning the withering of the forest. The sunlight is their blood, tilting little by little until it dries up, and is finally swallowed up by the sand and dust into the darkness.
"The Country of Fire, Konoha, the Country of Rain, Amegakure..."
The Third Kazekage's eyes flickered, exuding a coldness: "No one can stop the rise of Sunagakure."
This time, Sunagakure Village will definitely become the winner of the Second Ninja War!
