🕑 Added 2024-05-17 12:04:04 +0000 UTCChapter 43: The Chaos of the Whirlpool
The Country of Whirlpool is a special country.
It faces the Kingdom of Thunder and the Kingdom of Water across the sea to the north and east respectively, and is a peninsula surrounded by islands on three sides.
Unlike other countries' "one country, one village", the Country of Whirlpool can be said to be "one clan, one country."
There is only one clan in the entire Kingdom of Whirlpool, and that is the "Uzumaki Clan". Even the Daimyo is a member of the Uzumaki Clan.
The members of the Uzumaki clan are famous for being "straightforward", forthright, frank, naive, and careless. These words are perfect for them.
Perhaps for this reason, they have a better relationship with the Senju clan led by Senju Hashirama than the coy and unexpressive Uchiha clan.
Later, with the efforts of Senju Hashirama, Uzushio Village became an ally of Konoha.
Konoha's "village emblem" all has elements of the Uzumaki clan, which is a symbol of the promise that the relationship between the two countries will be friendly for generations.
In fact, the country of whirlpool has developed really well over the years.
Compared to the three kingdoms of Wind, Earth, and Thunder, which are ready to move, the Kingdom of Water across the sea has always been very honest, so they have been peaceful and peaceful for forty or fifty years.
Coupled with the friendly relationship with the Fire Nation, their economic and trade development is also good.
In other words...
They have gradually become immersed in this false "prosperous age" of peace, completely unaware that a few eyes in the dark have been staring at them.
Because today is the Uzumaki clan's annual grand festival
- the "Mask Festival".
At this time, the Kingdom of Whirlpool was still lively and peaceful, and people were rubbing shoulders with each other in the streets and were happy.
Walking on the streets of the busy city, you can hear the sounds of vendors and noisy play.
People were dressed in colorful costumes and had strange masks on their faces.
Both ninjas and civilians were immersed in joy.
"Don't miss it if you're passing by. Our store's latest masks are available now!"
Two figures, one large and one small, were walking on the street. After hearing the shouts over there, the girl shook the man's arm beside her.
"Dad, Dad! I want that mask!"
"Okay, okay, Yiko, I will buy whatever you want!"
"Okay! You're the best daddy!"
Faced with his daughter's coquettish request, the man nodded helplessly, his face but with a loving smile on his face.
After taking out the money from his pocket and handing it to his daughter, he watched her running over in bounds. The man turned his head and scanned the bustling scene in front of him, a trace of relief flashing in his eyes.
In just a few decades, the Kingdom of Whirlpool has developed and still retains its unique culture, which makes him, the leader of the clan, very proud.
"Oh, it's all my fault...cough!"
Just as the man was bragging in his mind, he suddenly saw a conspicuous building, his eyes widened and he choked.
"When did this casino appear here?!"
Just when he was still shocked, he saw a familiar figure walking out of the casino door.
"Ah~ I finally lost all my money. It seems like good luck will come next."
The young man stretched his waist refreshed and had a hearty smile on his face. He looked like he had encountered great joy.
"Hey, hey, hey! Why is losing money linked to good luck? Wait, why does this sentence sound so familiar? I remember the last time I heard it was from Mr. Hashirama..."
The man in the distance also heard the young man's words and couldn't help but wonder. He complained in his mind, but soon raised his eyebrows and shouted loudly: "Okanai! You bastard, you actually dare to go to the casino!"
Hearing his familiar voice, the boy named Okanai froze, scratched his head and turned around. He looked at the man with a slightly embarrassed smile on his face: "Oh, isn't this Mr. Haruka, what a coincidence!"
After that, he put his hands on his hips again and said confidently: "I already had the coming-of-age ceremony yesterday. Of course I can go to the casino!"
"Asshole! Have you forgotten the three ninja taboos? And aren't you on duty today?" The Uzumaki clan leader suddenly turned red in anger.
"Today is such a nice day, so I'm just going to be lazy for a while..." Okanai argued casually, but seeing that Haruka was still turning red in anger, he just quickly begged for mercy: "Sorry, sorry, I'll go right away, I'll go right away!”
Well, before Uzumaki Haruka could say anything, Okanai figure disappeared from the spot.
"You..."
"Dad, do you think my mask is cute?"
Just when Uzumaki Haruka was getting angry, his sleeve was suddenly pulled.
Looking down, he saw his daughter Yiko gesturing at the bird mask on her face. His anger immediately disappeared. He squatted down with his legs propped up and said with a smile, "Hahaha, it looks good on you."
"I also brought a mask for you, daddy!"
After that, Uzumaki Yiko took out a monkey mask from behind and put it on his face. She couldn't help but let out a sweet laugh like a bell: "Dad, you look like a monkey!”
Haruka's face suddenly darkened, and he felt a little confused about whether to laugh or cry.
But at this moment, he suddenly noticed a vague sense of spying.
Subconsciously, he frowned and turned around to look, but he only saw the various expressions of all living beings.
It was so lively, cute, and full of fun that it made him throw away all his doubts.
"Dad! Let's go!"
"Hey, I am coming, oh, slow down!"
Harukai didn't notice at all, in the deep alley in the distance.
A pair of dark blue eyes stared at him, filled with deep meaning like a pool of water.

"... …The tide is coming.”
The faint whisper echoed until it disappeared into the dark shadows.

At the same time, at the border of the Whirlpool Country.
The young man named Uzumaki Okanai has already arrived here.
"Thanks for your hard work, let me do it next!"
"Hahaha, that's hard work, I'll go shopping."
Seeing his companion's figure leave before his eyes, Okanai sat on the chair with some boredom.
"Really, what's there to guard? Is there anyone who dares to attack our Country of Whirlpool?" He kept mumbling, "Besides, how could any big country be able to attack us directly without konoha knowing?!"
As he spoke, he suddenly felt his heart beat and a moist breath seemed to emerge from his body.
Is it foggy?
As soon as this idea came into Okanai's mind, the moist mist became heavier and heavier, spreading around him in an instant.
The next moment, only a dull sound was heard.
Poof!!
The young man's figure fell to the ground, with a bloody hole on his forehead. There was a look of fear on his face, and two figures were reflected in his wide eyes.
"Really, we are actually asked to deal with these disgusting Uzumaki clan members. It seems that the third generation really has no one available."
A man with long yellow thorny hair and a Kirigakure ANBU mask on his face said, The limbs are as slender as thin bamboo poles, and He held a ninja tool as long and slender as a needle in his hand.
Blood dripped from the tip of the ninja tool, and an arrogant voice spread in the mist-filled forest.
He is one of seven ninja swordsmen of the mist, and the wielder of the Sewing Needle, Kuriarare Kushimaru.
"Hehe, after all, he is so old, it is inevitable that he will be a little incompetent. We have to be considerate to the elderly. After all, We are just an advance team."
The other person has long black hair, and his vertical whip and long beard are also very recognizable. His left eye is covered with black cloth and his teeth are sharp, giving him a cruel and vicious image.
He is one of seven ninja swordsmen of the mist, and the wielder of the Explosive Blade - Munashi Jinpachi.
call!
The thick fog gradually began to spread behind the two of them, and dozens of pairs of cold eyes loomed, all staring at the capital city in the distance.
Like bloodthirsty tiger fish swimming in groups, ripples appeared under the calm water, waiting for an opportunity to tear off a piece of flesh from the whale.
Let the blood smear in the water of the Kingdom of Whirlpool, causing chaos in the country.
