"Are there three minutes left?"
The port of the Country of Yu has been shrouded in darkness.
Tsuyu frowned and glanced at the time. After a moment of hesitation, he gestured to the cab behind him and ordered the anchors on both sides to be raised.
Woo!!
The ship's sailing whistle sounded, and a dull and loud buzzing sound passed through the harbor.
The ship, disguised as a tugboat, looked like a drunken giant, swaying slightly against the waves in the harbor.
The drugged man in the duty room was sleeping soundly. When he heard the sound of the whistle, he just changed his sleeping position.
--three minutes later.
Their trip to the Country of Whirlpool this time is a confidential operation. Regardless of whether Kumokawa and the others arrive in three minutes, the ship will leave the port and go to the Country of Whirlpool alone, ensuring that no witnesses will find any traces.
"Lord Kumokawa, have you encountered any trouble again?" Tsuyu felt a little worried, lowered his head and spat secretly, "This damn world is really getting more and more chaotic.”
The recent actions of Kirigakure Village have become more and more obvious. While the Third Mizukage is carrying out tyranny and eliminating dissidents, he is also secretly mobilizing the power he can use.
Tsuyu didn't know what the Third Mizukage was planning, he just had to follow Lord Kumokawa's instructions.
Just when Tsuyu was thinking.
"Ah! I'm not ready yet!!"
Hearing the sound coming from below, Tsuyu's body shook suddenly.
boom!
Before he lowered his head to see clearly the source of the sound, he saw a black shadow screaming and being thrown onto the deck, making a heavy muffled sound the moment his head hit the ground.
The body that was still flexing its teeth suddenly stiffened, and with the remaining strength of the throw, it slid to Tsuyu's feet.
“...”
Tsuyu, who felt the same, could not help but twitch the corner of his mouth slightly, looked down at the orange-haired kid who looked like a dead fish, and mentally mourned for a second of silence for this unlucky kid.
Under the boat, Kumokawa ignored Yahiko's screams, jumped from the shore, and landed gently on the deck.
Nagato jumped up in the same pattern, grabbed the side of the ship with one hand, climbed onto the deck lightly, and stood firm after landing on his feet.
"Stop pretending to be dead." He kicked Yahiko, who was lying on the corpse, and said coIdly and ruthlessly without lowering his head, "You are a rough-skinned guy, and you can't do any good if you fall."
As he spoke, Nagato thought of what his brother said in his mind.
--------
"Nagato, a person's dreams will shrink with age. When I was a child, I wanted to be an upright person, but as various blows came one after another, I gradually became rational, pertinent, and objective."
"There are more and more things to worry about. I will no longer go crazy, no longer let myself be controlled by my emotions, no longer take sides or express my position. I will ensure that I will escape unscathed at any time."
"I saw some people crying, shouting, angry, and helpless, and I laughed at them for being so stupid."
"Always remain silent, and firmly believe that silence is the best weapon. I am too lazy to fight for it, accept everything, and live my life rigorously and skillfully, like a pendulum that always stops in the middle."
"Such people do make up the majority, but they only make me feel boring. Sometimes, being calm may not necessarily mean being sober, but may also mean being cowardly. But you and Yahiko are actually the same people who can make me feel happy."
"To me, life is like this. It's like tasting wine. Sometimes I taste it lightly, sometimes I drink it wildly. It's more fun to be happy."
--------
Are he and I both equally interesting people?
People and things that you find interesting are valuable, and you have no patience for boring people and things.
My brother is still the same as before, his words and deeds are full of bad taste.
Nagato looked deeply at Yahiko and kicked him gently: "Get up, don't lie here and be an eyesore."
Yahiko, who was lying on the deck, twitched, raised his face as black as the bottom of a pot, gritted his teeth, and stood up like a carp.
"Uncle Tsuyu, please take care of him." Kumokawa handed the sleeping baby behind him to Tsuyu.
Seeing this, Tsuyu was also stunned for a moment, and took it over with a confused expression.
But after looking down and seeing the sleeping little face, an old face also showed a kind smile.
"Ouch!" Tsuyu shook the swaddling clothes and asked with eyes narrowed with a smile,"Lord Kumokawa, how come you can walk... bah, how many children can you bring back every time you go out?”
In the past, they were some five or six-year-old kids, but this time they simply turned into a newborn baby.
"Have you given a name?" Tsuyu raised his head and looked at Kumokawa, his eyes seemed to be shining brightly.
"Not yet. Yahiko rescued that brat. Let him name it himself... Let's not talk about it for now. Uncle Tsuyu, am I disturbing your good life?"
Looking at the plum rain in front of him, where the deep breath had dissipated a lot, and he felt like an old tree blooming in spring, Kumokawa blinked and said jokingly, "I guess you haven't forgotten the way to the Country of Whirlpool, right?"
"Stop teasing me." Tsuyu showed a wry smile and hammered his waist, "I want to thank you for helping me escape from the sea of misery before it's too late!"
After that, under Kumokawa's teasing gaze, he gestured behind him again and took out the map with a red face.
"This is the shortest route." Tsuyu pointed out the route on the map and explained, "If there are no accidents, We should be able to reach it in a day."
As he spoke, the big ship sailed towards the boundless black waves and left the port, leaving only the deep and silent night in the harbor.
"That's it." Looking at the route, Kumokawa nodded.
According to his unclear memory, the journey from Konoha to Sunagakure, even at ninja speed, would take at least three days.
In comparison, taking a boat is already pretty fast, so there is no problem in arriving at the Country of Whirlpool before Kirigakure.
"Brother"
After driving Yahiko back to the cabin, Nagato came to Kumokawa and asked in a low voice: "Do you know the purpose of Kirigakure's attack on the country of Whirlpool?"
He now knows the relatives that his brother told him are those Uzumaki clan members in the Kingdom of Whirlpool.
Although he had been born in the Kingdom of Rain and had never had any contact with those clansmen, he still couldn't help but feel a little touched after knowing that he still had fellow clansmen..
After hearing the news about Kirigakure's attack on the Country of Whirlpool, Nagato also became more hostile towards Kirigakure.
"Maybe it's because some guys can't wait any longer."
Kumokawa rubbed his chin and said with a smile: "Some people hope to create a more chaotic world.”
Hearing this, Nagato was stunned for a moment, a little confused.
However, Kumokawa did not continue to explain, but smiled and put his hand on Nagato's shoulder under Nagato's puzzled gaze.
Gudong! Gudong!! ( Swallow sound)
A large amount of scarlet blood mist spurted out from his palm, instantly surrounding Nagato in just three seconds, spreading and covering his body like a liquid.
"Brother?"
Nagato felt an extremely cold chill, but out of his trust in his brother, he did not resist. He just frowned awkwardly and asked, "Why..."
Before he could finish speaking, Nagato suddenly paused.
Because in his stunned expression, something white was actually growing out of his chest...
"Ah!!"
Accompanied by a burst of frightened and shrill screams, first the head, then the body, a white humanoid creature twisted and grew.
"What the hell is this?!"
Nagato, who was covered by the symbiote, and the white humanoid thing looked at each other and made frightened sounds in unison.
