Uchiha Giyu chapter 109
🕑 Added 2024-02-03 03:10:00 +0000 UTCChapter 109 Hashirama Cells, Sharingan (Part 2)
[The author changed the way Giyu called nine tails in the previous article, from Kyuubi to Kurama]
Four minutes passed quickly.
The rumbling sound in the room gradually diminished and eventually disappeared completely.
After stimulating almost all the muscles, nerves and bones below Ranmaru's waist, the machine's mission was over.
The two probes were slowly pulled out from Ranmaru's waist, stained with some blood and bone marrow, and left two small scarlet holes on Ranmaru's body that leaked blood.
Giyu stepped forward, his hands emitted a bright green light out of thin air, and he helped stop the bleeding and repair the wound in less than half a minute.
[This is the second time...]
Yakushi Kabuto stood motionless beside him and remained silent, his face looking particularly pale because the situation was so much beyond his expectation.
He had heard of people who could form seals with their feet or cast genjutsu with their eyes, but he had never heard of anyone who could cast such ninjutsu without seals, which required complicated preparations.
Even Lord Orochimaru, who is proficient in thousands of ninjutsu, cannot do this kind of thing.
But the kid in front of him, who was lifeless just a few minutes ago, can skillfully use complex medical ninjutsu like Healing Palm Jutsu without forming any seals.
[Could it be that there is some kind of strange Bloodline limit? ]
One guess after another flashed through his mind, but none of them had any basis.
[Forget it, none of this is important right now. ]
Yakushi Kabuto gritted his teeth secretly, [Now I have to think about how to escape in front of a guy who can use ninjutsu without making seals...]
Lord Orochimaru must know about the situation in the base as soon as possible!
It would undoubtedly be a huge blow to his assistant's career to lead such a fierce tiger into the house by mistake.
He looked at the laboratory door that was open when Kyuubi left, and then quickly glanced at Giyu, who turned his back and came to Hozuki Suigetsu whose face was full of "Why did you help him first and not me?". Kabuto gradually gathered chakra at his feet and he was getting ready to escape.
Although he couldn't figure out the strength of this weird kid, Yakushi Kabutu didn't intend to take the risk of fighting.
When Lord Orochimaru built this base, he left many secret exits and traps along the way.
As an insider, Yakushi Kabuto can easily bypass them and use the terrifying traps to fend off his pursuers.
Once he successfully escapes, he can also activate the barrier outside and completely seal off the base until Lord Orochimaru returns.
This... is the safest way to deal with it.
Just as he was twisting his ankle, planning to take the opportunity to rush out of the door, Giyu glanced back at him with some feeling: "I have many questions to ask you, so you can't leave. There is also my shadow clone on this floor, You are no match for him, don't waste your efforts."
Giyu was just stating a fact.
But coupled with his "I won't stop you if you want to try it" expression, Yakushi Kabuto felt that he had been despised like never before.
Normally, he would just feel lucky for being underestimated. The job of a spy is destined to allow him to function better without being taken seriously. But this time he didn't know why, maybe it was because of the way Giyu spoke that made him particularly angry.
The shadow clone technique divides the strength equally according to the number of clones, and Giyu just created twelve shadow clones!
[Does this kid mean that I can't even deal with one-twelfth of his strength? ]
[What an arrogant guy! Even Lord Orochimaru has no such confidence. 】
An immature idea of wanting to prove oneself arises spontaneously.
Yakushi Kabuto looked at Giyu, who had turned his back completely to him, with his weakness completely exposed, and Ranmaru, who was unprotected on the operating table, and suddenly came up with two bold plans.
But for safety reasons, he chose the one that was more likely to succeed - threatening the other party with Ranmaru's life.
In this way, maybe there is no need to be so embarrassed.
But as soon as Yakushi Kabuto took a step towards the console, the Iron Country battery that prevented Hozuki Suigetsu from taking shape immediately flew across half the room and landed at his feet with a clang. The latter immediately stopped moving and took a step back. .
But when he looked around, Giyu still didn't look back, as if what happened just now was just a coincidence.
At this time, the latter was staring at the reunited Hozuki Suigetsu with a calm expression.
"Knowing that the other party is an enemy, yet being so easily deceived by his appearance."
[What does 'knowing that the other party is an enemy' mean? Were they here for me from the beginning? 】
Giyu's words made Yakushi Kabuto feel nervous, but the former hadn't finished speaking yet.
"Even a weak ninja like him only used a small trap to subdue you, leaving you with no chance of fighting head-on. Suigetsu, if you only have water in your mind, what is the use of learning sword skills?"
Hozuki Suigetsu, who had just returned to human form, had a small face, wishing that he was still the same mess as before.
One sentence insulted two people at the same time. As expected of the usually taciturn teacher, it was so heartbreaking and unbearable.
"It's all because this bastard is pretending to be too much. Unknowingly, I wasn't as wary of him as I was in the beginning!"
Hozuki Suigetsu's annoyed eyes crossed Giyu's shoulders and locked firmly on Yakushi Kabuto. The Blade flew out and stabbed him with 100,000 transparent holes.
Then he looked at Giyu and said with suspicion: "But, teacher, did you realize that he was faking it from the beginning?"
[Or are you just too strong and don't care at all? ]
"Although he is indeed very good at pretending, you shouldn't feel it."
Giyu said calmly: "Listen carefully to what he says, and you will notice that the logic of his words is completely in line with the 'spy chatting skills' you taught me."
When he heard the word spy, Yakushi Kabuto's heartbeat stopped for a moment.
Hozuki Suigetsu pondered for a moment, and then suddenly realized: "When you say that..."
【That seems to be the case. 】
"He has been using this kind of talk to get information from you along the way. He deliberately shows weakness and makes you jump up and down to show off and show off yourself, and uses this to estimate your strength and weakness."
Giyu pointed at Yakushi Kabuto, "Since that time, he has been thinking about how to deal with you. But you were obsessed with his compliments and didn't understand his purpose at all."
“This guy is so despicable! He actually played such a trick. "
After Hozuki Suigetsu formed a seal with both hands, he stretched out a water Blade from the tip of his right hand and pointed at Yakushi Kabuto from afar, "Teacher, let's cut him into pieces right now!"
"You don't have to feel ashamed if you make a mistake. There are ways to get better."
Giyu shook his head, "Besides, even if it's a head-to-head confrontation, you don't have much hope of winning. He himself is not inferior to the average Jonin in strength. Even if he can't subdue you, there's nothing you can do to him."
Yakushi Kabuto's face turned even darker.
Where did he show his weakness, so that the other party could see through him like transparent glass.
From beginning to end, except for healing palm jutsu, he obviously didn't use any ninjutsu! Not to mention physical skills.
Why did the other party think that his strength was equal to that of a Jonin?
This is naturally the result obtained by Giyu using the transparent world to scan Yakushi Kabuto's body.
Although Yakushi Kabuto is young, he has the chakra level of a Jonin, which Giyu knew as soon as he saw him.
Hozuki Suigetsu was shocked at first when he heard what Giyu said. Then the more he thought about it, the more he felt uncomfortable.
He thought of the teacher's comment about Yakushi Kabuto just now: "Such a weak ninja" - then what exactly is he in the eyes of the teacher?”
"Your weakness is too obvious. Now that you have learned the Water Blade Slash, don't waste time on it."
As Yakushi Kabuto was thinking about it wildly, Giyu took out the loose-leaf notebook from the scroll and took out another page and handed it to Hozuki Suigetsu.
"This is the trick to turning the water quality into 'oil'. If you can turn your body quality into oil when encountering a thunder-attributed ninjutsu attack, you no longer have to worry about such a trap."
“.....”
Hozuki Suigetsu felt that he was one step closer to learning sword skills, but he still took the page obediently.
Obviously the two of them had only known each other for a few days, and he thought that he was just helping out a little as an icing on the cake, without fulfilling any vital purpose.
But what Giyu taught him - water blade slashing, basic sword skills, the 'Senju Tobirama Fluid' water formation wall and the oiling technique which he gave him now, each one is an extremely precious treasure.
He could feel that Giyu was not very interested in making him stronger, but he did hope that he could successfully live well in this world.
The slight displeasure in Hozuki Suigetsu's heart because Ranmaru was more valued by Giyu suddenly disappeared and turned into a sincere "Thank you, teacher." The usually playful and smiling person suddenly became so serious, which made Giyu stunned for a long time, not knowing how to react.
But at this moment, Yakushi Kabuto seized the opportunity for the master and the disciple to be stunned. The chakra under his feet suddenly exploded, and he rushed out of the room like an arrow from a string, running towards the secret passage.
"Teacher, he..."
Hozuki Suigetsu looked out the door.
"Don't worry about him. Let's help Ranmaru put on his clothes first."
Giyu didn't care about the disappearing Yakushi Kabuto, and moved his eyes to Ranmaru who was stripped naked on the operating table.
"After treatment, although his body has become stronger, he is still very weak. It is best not to catch a cold."
The two of them came to the operating table. Hozuki Suigetsu stared at Ranmaru and blinked his eyes lively, as if to express his inner doubts.
"Is it my imagination, or has this kid grown taller?"
He stretched out his hand to hold Ranmaru's calf and said uncertainty: "It feels like his legs have become thicker. When I hugged him before, it felt like holding a bamboo pole. Now it seems to have some muscles? Look, it's bouncy here..."
He poked Ranmaru's calf several times in succession, and when he stopped, he still felt a little unfinished.
"Thunder attribute chakra allowed the half-dead body cells below his waist to start to develop again. Although it has not reached the level that people of his age should have, it has changed. After this treatment, he is not only able to walk independently, but also like A normal child will grow taller, and it will buy him more time to treat his blood disease."
Although he didn't actually see it, Hozuki Suigetsu always felt that Giyu was smiling when he said this.
It was as if Ranmaru was his own child rather than a pathfinding tool he had just known for a few days.
"Turn him over, otherwise it will be difficult to get dressed."
Giyu ordered while holding Ranmaru's clothes.
Hozuki Suigetsu immediately complied and pulled Ranmaru's shoulders to turn him over. Just as he was about to lift the latter's arm to let Giyu put on his clothes, his movements suddenly paused.
Giyu: "What's wrong?"
Hozuki Suigetsu's eyes glanced down and suddenly curved into a thin crescent shape, which was very similar to Giyu's expression when he met Kakashi reading a book against a telephone pole.
"Hehe, it seems that Ranmaru's legs are not the only ones that have become longer and thicker! This is good, so as to prevent his wife from running away with someone else in the future."
“What are you talking about?" Giyu was even more confused.
"Teacher, you like to read books like that the most, how could you not understand?"
Hozuki Suigetsu nudged Giyu's shoulder in an awkward manner. Seeing that Giyu was still "pretending", his face suddenly became serious and he started working like a normal person.
"Nothing, nothing, just put on clothes, put on clothes."
[As a disciple, you must pretend not to know about the teacher's little quirks! ]
[Suigetsu, Suigetsu, the teacher's attitude towards you has changed. Don't be too proud! 】
Giyu was still confused, but Ranmaru was in good condition, so he didn't ask any more questions. He just waited until he woke up a few hours later to see the specific situation.
Just after the two of them worked together to dress up Ranmaru, they heard a noise in the corridor outside.
A few seconds later, Giyu's shadow clone who stayed on the first floor walked into the room with Kabuto's bag tucked under his arm, as easily as a wholesaler holding a leather handbag.
Yakushi Kabuto's face was livid, but unfortunately his hands were locked behind his back, tightly bound by a whip of water, and he couldn't do anything.
[I can't even deal with one-twelfth of this brat...]
The clone nodded towards Giyu's body, and then gently placed Yakushi Kabuto on the ground like it was a fragile object, as a thank you for his treatment of Ranmaru. .
Now that Ranmaru and Hozuki Suigetsu were fine, Giyu asked straight to the point: "Please tell me, where is Orochimaru?"
"Sure enough, you already know who I am."
Yakushi Kabuto said.
On the way here with the three of them before, he never mentioned Orochimaru's name, he only said that he had a teacher.
"Are you here just for Lord Orochimaru?"
"Please understand, it's us who are asking you questions, okay?"
Hozuki Suigetsu said angrily to him.
"How can I casually reveal such crucial information without knowing your purpose?"
Yakushi Kabuto's attitude remained between tough and 'negotiable.'
"Why on earth do you want to find him?"
“If it's for ninjutsu or intelligence, or even cooperation, we can definitely talk about it slowly. If it's not something too important, as Lord Orochimaru's assistant, I can agree on his behalf. "
"Eh? "
His question made Hozuki Suigetsu speechless for a moment.
Because when he thought about it carefully, it seemed that the teacher had never said the purpose of looking for Orochimaru.
But he also had a relatively reasonable explanation: "On our way here, we were attacked by a big snake with bad breath. It damaged our ship. Do you know how much that boat is worth? "
Hozuki Suigetsu made a gesture, "Eight million! The boat we bought for 8 million ryo was damaged within three days of sailing. You say, shouldn’t this be compensated?
"Did that snake tell you to come here to find us? "
Yakushi Kabuto thought of Manda’s unhappy look and words when he parted with Manda, and thought that Manda and Orochimaru had a conflict over the sacrifice, so Manda leaked the location of the base and allowed these three people to find this place. Suddenly Feeling a little wronged.
"Excuse me, is that a snake with purple scales and horns on its head?"
“Well, his name is 'Manda'. He is Orochimaru's Summoning beast, right?"
Hozuki Suigetsu's reply confirmed Yakushi Kabuto's guess. In just one second, Yakushi Kabuto had already cursed Manda in his heart ten thousand times.
[ When Lord Orochimaru was away, That bastard snake provoked such a powerful enemy and even revealed their location here! ]
[But fortunately, as long as they are not ninjas sent by a big country, it's easy...]
Those guys are the real tough enemies.
"Although it's a bit unbelievable, Manda and Lord Orochimaru have always had bad feelings and have already broken up. The attack on you is probably just its own decision and has nothing to do with Lord Orochimaru." Yakushi Kabuto With a smile, he casually told lies.
"Of course, considering the various relationships between Manda and us, we are also willing to compensate you for your losses. Although eight million is a large number, I also have the right to make the decision-"
"I want to meet with Orochimaru, and I have something to ask. You are useless."
Giyu interrupted the quarrel between Yakushi Kabuto and Hozuki Suigetsu.
"Although I can't tell whether you are lying from your expression, your heartbeat cannot deceive me. Opposite to other people, You use physiological feedback techniques to slow down your heartbeat in order to make others believe your lies. This is a very superb skill, but you can't hide it from me."
Yakushi Kabuto knew that he had been seen through again: "Can you hear my heartbeat?"
[Is this the bloodline limit, or is it some kind of sensory ninjutsu? 】
There are more and more questions in his heart.
Giyu had no intention of answering. He has discovered that it is an excellent way to deal with such an enemy who likes to think, not giving him certain information and allowing him to freely associate.
"Tell me where Orochimaru went and what he did? Don't try to lie."
Giyu looked down at him and asked for the second time: "You let Ranmaru walk, I don't want to embarrass you. Tell me where Orochimaru went, as long as You haven't done anything excessive, I won't hold you accountable..."
When Giyu said this, his voice suddenly stopped.
After several shadow clones were released, their memories were sent back.
The expression of Giyu, who had been so pleasant just now, suddenly turned cold, as if he was wearing a mask made of iron.
Kyuubi has used its perception ability to scan the entire base, and the clones have also separately explored it.
There are three floors in the base. The top floor is the solitary confinement area. They are all boys and girls ranging in age from 5 to 13 years old. There are twenty-three people in total, all of whom have special chakra, that is, special individuals who have the Bloodline limit. Outside these independent cells, there are complex sealing techniques that prevent them from using their abilities in the room.
As for the second floor, nearly a hundred people were imprisoned. It's just that these people don't have single cells, but more than ten or twenty people are housed together in a huge public area. These people range in age from teenagers to decades, and their respective conditions are also very different. Some have been killed by people in the same prison and turned into corpses, while others use the backs of living people as support.
When the clones arrive there, these people either curse, pray, or remain indifferent.
But Giyu can probably guess that these guys with nothing special should be considered "low-level" experimental subjects compared to the children on the first floor.
The clones have used ninjutsu to separate them one by one to prevent them from attacking each other. But just like the first level, Giyu was not in a hurry to release them, as long as they were all alive for the time being. What's more, some people on the second level give people a sense of extreme evil.
As for the third floor, the bottom floor where they were located, it was the place that made Giyu feel embarrassed, because this was where Orochimaru conducted various experiments.
"You'd better come and take a look."
Kyuubi walked in from the door and jumped up to Giyu's head, with a complicated expression.
"I captured some residual chakra. I feel very uncomfortable and a little nauseous. It must have something to do with your clan."
Yakushi Kabuto's heart thumped.
Fox's statement "it has something to do with your people" is not good news.
[Could this be the real reason why this kid is causing trouble for Lord Orochimaru? ]
Before he could react, Giyu had picked him up and walked out of the door, leaving only a clone protecting Ranmaru.
Under the guidance of Kyuubi, Giyu passed through the corridor and through the open doors, he saw the "test subjects" who were knocked into the huge "water tank", and an incredible illusion suddenly appeared in his mind - The fortress where the Land of Rain conducted experiments on transplanting Sanshou fish was simply as beautiful as heaven.
Hozuki Suigetsu followed behind and cast a curious glance inside. Suddenly, he bent over like a shrimp and retched.
This is a guy who talks about chopping, cutting off, and chopping off all day long. What on earth did he see that made him behave like this?
Giyu didn't stop - he didn't understand these instruments and didn't dare to stop the experiment rashly. He could only let these experimental subjects that could barely be called "human beings" continue to be as they were.
Yakushi Kabuto felt that Giyu was holding his arm harder and harder, and the sense of crisis in his heart also skyrocketed.
Until Kyuubi guided Giyu to a particularly special door with several layers of seals painted on it, his nervousness reached its peak. If, as the fox said, the things in this room were related to this kid's "people", the situation would be extremely bad.
"This is it." Kyuubi said.
Giyu looked at the door in front of him, but suddenly the face of Uchiha Wen, who disappeared three years ago, appeared in front of him.
[Since Kyuubi said, it has something to do with my clan. Then could Uchiha Wen's (body) be...in here?】
"Drop Ripple Thrust."
The hot white gas overflowed from Giyu's mouth. Giyu stretched out a single finger of his right hand and pressed it on the sealing barrier outside the door like a phantom.
Invisible ripples appeared suddenly, and then shattered in circles. The protective barrier carefully arranged by Orochimaru turned out to be so vulnerable under this finger.
The heavy door slowly opened, and the first thing that came into view was another two rows of "jugs" like before. The deep road is in the center of these two drainage tanks.
The outermost water jars are different from other experiments. They are not filled with people, but with strangely shaped tree trunks and branches - these trunks seem to start growing from inside the water jars, and then break the glass to become It's like this now.
"Is there anything unique about this tree? Why is it grown here?"
Hozuki Suigetsu was extremely curious.
But because of his previous experience of being plotted by a battery, he didn't dare to touch it. Instead, he deliberately stayed away.
After several people crossed the outermost "water tanks", the situation changed - an experimental subject with a human body on its right half and a tree trunk on the left half was floating in a water tank, with an oxygen tube connected to its mouth.
"Hey, hey, hey, those trees just now..."
Hozuki Suigetsu had a bold association, opened his eyes wide and said in horror: "It's not just these people who have changed, right?"
"This is not an ordinary tree. "
Kyuubi looked at the "half tree man", the fox's face showed the shameful emotion that only humans can have.
"From these things, I feel the chakra of Senju Hashirama. Orochimaru should have used his relics or blood to conduct wood style experiments..."
“Senju Hashirama?"
Hozuki Suigetsu covered his mouth, "Isn't that the First Hokage? But he has been dead for thirty or forty years, right?"
“Hmph, who knows what happened, but my feeling is not wrong."
Some chakras can be seen once but can never be forgotten again.
Kyuubi turned its head in annoyance and urged Giyu to leave quickly, "Keep going in, this has nothing to do with you."
[It's not the Senju clan, could it be...]
Yakushi Kabuto knew very well that in this laboratory, apart from the transplantation of Hashirama cells Outside of experiments, there are only things related to another major ninja clan. But if Giyu was related to that clan, his life would be really in danger.
After all, that clan has always been known in the ninja world as crazy, arrogant, and inviolable.
Giyu followed Kyuubi's command and walked all the way to the inside.
There was a huge box there, radiating a dense air of cold air around it. It should be a large refrigerator.
[It needs cryogenic preservation. Could it be Uchiha Wen’s body? ]
Giyu placed the pale Yakushi Kabuto on the ground, took a deep breath, grabbed the handles on both sides, slowly opened the box, and prepared to face his sorrow.
However, after the box was opened, it was not Uchiha Wen who met Giyu.
Instead, there are more than a dozen pairs of eyes floating in light green liquid.
Hozuki Suigetsu took a step back nervously and stammered out a few words.
"That, that's Shar..."
Kyuubi jumped from Giyu's head to his shoulders knowingly. Without saying a word, it directly blocked Suigetsu's mouth with its tail.
In the air-conditioning, Giyu seemed to have forgotten to breathe. He grabbed the handles on both sides of the refrigerator with both hands and remained motionless.
Four pairs of three-tomoe sharingan, nine pairs of two-tomoe sharingan, and the rest are all the most common one-tomoe.
The clansmen's eyeballs were like a pair of dead fish, floating quietly in the embalming fluid for an unknown period of time. When Giyu looked at them with the same eyes, they turned one after another as if they felt something, and looked at each other quietly with their blood-connected descendants with their dilated, dull pupils.
Because this scene was too scary, Hozuki Suigetsu was so frightened that he hid behind a "tree man".
"Stuffed in the refrigerator..."
Giyu's voice came from talking to himself, accompanied by an uneasy pause.
"Is it like stored food?"
Yakushi Kabuto, who was thrown to the ground, raised his head and found a pair of purple-red eyes looking at him quickly, and quickly turned to the terrifying scarlet.
The next moment, he felt that the water whip that bound his wrists disappeared, but his neck was severely caught by a pair of small hands, and the back of his head hit the middle of the refrigerator with a bang. But this sudden shock caused all the floating Sharingan to turn around again, but this time, they were not staring at Giyu, but at Yakushi Kabuto, who might have his neck broken and died at any time.
"This is the third and last time I ask you."
Giyu's blood-red eyes kept approaching, like the god of death blowing gently on Yakushi Kabuto's face.
"Orochimaru, how can I find him?"
