Even though it was just the rays of the setting sun, it was still very uncomfortable for Hidan, who had been kept in a box.
"Move away! Move away! I'm going to go blind!"
Hidan, who had breathed fresh air again, did not immediately answer Giyu's questioning, but instead winked, staggered and complained.
Giyu stared at him quietly for a while and found that the sunlight did not cause further damage to this guy.
[This shows that he is not a demon. 】
On the contrary - even in the sunlight, the wound on Hidan's neck is still slowly recovering at a speed that is invisible to the naked eye but is still a hundred times faster than that of an ordinary ninja.
Give him a year or two and maybe he can grow a new body.
[I hope it really has nothing to do with that guy. ]
Giyu changed direction, holding his silver ponytail and placing his head in the shadows, and then the latter fully opened his eyes.
The moment he saw Giyu's face, his face painted with black and white oil paint immediately became ferocious: "You damn brat! If you hadn't interrupted my ceremony, how could I have been eaten by a shark?! Damn it! ! This was the first time I used that ritual. Before I could show the power that Lord Evil God had given me, it was destroyed by you, you bastard!”
"I hate it! I hate it so much! I can't wait to kill you, you little bastard!"
[He talks a lot...]
While Giyu was complaining silently, he remembered that last night, Hidan had not finished painting on the roof opposite. Bloody round pattern.
In his previous life in Infinity Castle, Giyu was badly beaten in a duel with the Third Upper-moon, Akaza, and he was very sensitive to any strange patterns appearing under the enemy's feet -
plus Hidan was blown by his sword. He was not dead yet and had the characteristics of a demon. Giyu was worried that he was brewing some terrible vampire magic, so without waiting for the former to complete the ritual, he directly destroyed the house under his feet with water release, and wiped out the unfinished pattern together.
Although I don’t know what the purpose of that ritual is, judging from the current results, Giyu did the right thing.
"Stop talking nonsense."
Giyu walked to the side of the ship holding Hidan's head, not being affected by his verbal attacks at all.
"Answer the question. Otherwise, there is no need for a dangerous guy like you to live."
As he spoke, Giyu gently shook his head in his hand, and a few drops of blood fell from the wound on the latter's neck, forming a pool of red blood on the sea surface.
Hidan glanced down, and there was a sudden rush of cold air above his head -
several spindle-shaped shadows were repeatedly circling the place where the blood had just fallen, looking very much like the creature he hated the second most in the world - shark.
Of course, the first is Giyu.
"The evil god will definitely punish you! You damn brat!"
Hidan yelled hard at first, but seeing that Giyu seemed to be letting go, he immediately said aggrievedly: "I'm already like this, can't I even complain about it?!"
"Last chance." Giyu said calmly.
Hidan glanced down and saw that several shark fins had surfaced and were chasing the side of the sailboat along with the dripping blood.
" I didn't say no! However, since you dare to inquire about Lord Evil God, you should be prepared to be cursed to death! You will definitely die without a body by then, and you will be even worse than me now!"
The next moment, his eyes were spinning, and he was roughly thrown back into the box by Giyu.
The sun set further and the sky became darker again.
"Let's talk about it first. What's going on with your immortality?"
Giyu got straight to the point and directly asked the question that couldn't be answered in the Yugakure Ninja Village.
The evil cultists in Yugakure Ninja Village were so crazy that he couldn't ask anything.
As for the ninjas in that village, they were either unclear or deliberately avoiding it. In short, they kept it secret.
Only Hidan can be called the breakthrough.
"It's very simple. We expressed our loyalty to Lord Evil God, but only I have won his favor." Hidan was quite proud when talking about the glorious past, "The remaining dozen competitors have all become sacrifices! I advise you to treat me well, otherwise you will not be able to escape the punishment of Lord Evil God!"
"Be specific. Time, place, what was done? Who else was involved?"
Giyu leaned over, his eyes could see through Hidan, which made Hidan feel a little hairy.
"That was three or four years ago. Several elders from the Evil God Cult gathered the youngsters like me together and asked us to donate our hearts to Lord Evil God."
Giyu frowned: "Dedicate your heart? Literally? "
“Just lying in the altar and letting the elders dig the heart out of the body, don't you understand?"
Hidan described the horrifying scene, but his expression seemed as if he was talking about something very ordinary.
"At that time, except for me..., everyone else was very reluctant, but they were weak and couldn't resist. As a result, they all died after being sacrificed. Only I came back to life after death. The only person in the class who has received divine power! Everyone knelt down and worshiped me, and the elders also gave my heart back..."
"When You said you saw the evil god, was it that time?" Giyu asked.
"No, no, no!" Hidan raised the corner of his mouth and boasted with a proud look on his face: "That's just because I was chosen by Lord Evil God! It was only later that I actually met him! It was at that time that I realized the greatness of Lord Evil God!”
"At that time, those fatuous and decrepit higher-ups of the Divine Religion acted too hastily and launched a rebellion before I was given real power. As a result, I was captured alive by Yugakure Ninja. Those bastards tried many methods but failed to kill me, so they just wanted to starve me to death! Leave me to die in an unattended dungeon, as if I don't even exist! "
Hidan suddenly became furious: "From that moment on, I swore that if I could regain my freedom, I would cut down all the people they were feeding on! However, thanks to them seeming to have forgotten my existence, the lurking cultists were able to successfully kill them and rescue me. They put me in the magic circle in the Evil Temple, saying that only in this way can I gain real power... But these idiots actually forgot to get me some food!"
Giyu: "..."
Suigetsu and Ranmaru, who came to watch the fun, said: "..."
Why does this evil sect sound so unreliable from top to bottom?
"But later I realized that in order to gain power, I had to die again."
Hidan saw that he had a few more listeners, and the enthusiasm in his eyes became more intense, like two dark flames filled with kerosene.
"This time I starved to death! But I finally went to the world where Lord Evil God lives!”
"It was an extremely hot, dark place full of screams and the sound of physical destruction. Just staying there for a while, I knew that This is the right place for me to live! This must be what people call hell! Everyone eats and kills each other, non-stop! That’s where I truly belong! "
Hozuki Suigetsu heard this and hid behind Ranmaru who looked nervous. Only Giyu still kept a straight face.
"I admired the screams and torture and continued down the stairs until I could reach the deepest part. It was there that I finally saw the appearance of Lord Evil God! Although he is not his true form, I can still see his outline clearly..."
Hidan's voice reached an extremely high pitch, and he was convinced of his words.
"The evil god looks like a crimson humanoid smoke, but his body has seven hearts and five brains, and they can continue to flow in that smoke-like body. "
[This description...]
When Giyu heard this, his vigilance increased to the extreme, "What is he doing there? "
“Of course he is nurturing his followers! " Hidan was moved to tears, " I saw countless smaller humanoid smokes rushing toward him, tearing off parts of his body with their mouths and fangs, and then disappeared without a trace!" The evil god will scream in pain, but the next moment, the missing part will return to its original shape, and then the new villain will continue to bite him! At that time, I finally understood that immortality for those of us was not achieved without any price, but was achieved through the silent sacrifice of Lord Evil God! I decided then that if I could be resurrected, I would kill as many people as I could to repay him. "
“..." Giyu felt an ominous premonition in his heart, "What did you do?"
"Of course the same as his other believers. "
Hidan grinned, but his smile was ten times scarier than the mouth full of fangs, Hozuki Suigetsu.
"I bit him. And I was very lucky, what I bit off was the heart of Lord Evil God! "
The black clouds in the sky were blown away by the wind, and the crescent moon on the sea suddenly shone on Hidan's head, making the black and white face look particularly eerie.
However, Giyu noticed - Hidan's recovery speed under the moonlight. Faster than before, more than ten times faster!
Even the thick-headed Hozuki Suigetsu noticed the clues, pointed at Hidan's neck with blood vessels growing out, and shouted: "This guy is recovering again! "
"This is the real power given to me by Lord Evil God! My recovery speed is faster than before!”
Hidan burst into tears facing the moonlight, "Ever since I woke up after eating that heart, I can survive without eating or breathing! In addition, Lord Evil God also gave me a spell that can deflect damage. The cool looking death scythe and black spear were also gifts from Lord Evil God! "
Having said this, he looked at Giyu hatefully, and the fanatical flames in his eyes seemed to be about to burst out, burning up Giyu.
"But you! All because of you! It makes it impossible for me to repay Lord Evil God's kindness! Curse you! Curse you! Curse you! Look at your face now, you are already scared, right?! You're already afraid of your own death, right? Hahaha! Ha ha ha ha! Hahahahaha——"
Hidan couldn't continue.
Because Giyu took out a roll of towel from the scroll and stuffed it into Hidan's mouth, blocking his crazy voice.
There was no moon in Yugakure Ninja Village because of the storm last night , Hidan was already crazy enough at that time.
But he didn't expect that under the moonlight, his madness could go further.
"Hey, teacher, let him say it!"
Hozuki Suigetsu still had more to say. He turned back to look at Giyu's pale face and was suddenly startled, "You, you are not really scared by him, are you?! "
Could it be that he, a teacher with a short-term goal of killing Mizukage, is actually afraid of such outrageous ghost stories?
Kyuubi on the mast was also a little surprised.
The reason why this facially paralyzed kid is called facially paralyzed is because he can only frown. Other than that, there is almost no expression.
The last time it saw Giyu like this, it was still talking about the fact that the tailed beasts were all created by the Sage of Six Paths.
But the Sage of Six Paths can make Giyu nervous, which is understandable. After all, he is a god in the ninja world. He has been a legendary figure since childhood.
But the evil god mentioned by this madman sounds like a made-up character. Why does this kid react like this?
"He is very dangerous. "
On the deck, Giyu put the whining Hidan into a lacquered wooden box, and took out more than a dozen sealing talisman papers and pasted them on the gaps in the box.
This careful operation made Suigetsu and Kyuubi's eyes widen. Jumping straight.
Then, Giyu turned his attention to Hozuki Suigetsu and said in a slightly serious tone: "Hidan is a living creature and cannot be put into a scroll. I usually carry it with me. But once I encounter a battle and I will not be able to carry it, you must protect it and never lose it or be snatched away. "
Ranmaru has no fighting power. Kyuubi is a clone and will dissipate if hit.
Currently, the only one on the ship it can be entrusted to is Suigetsu.
"Uh..."
Although Giyu was serious, Hozuki Suigetsu didn't think this was such an important task.
Before he could agree or refuse, Giyu said: "In return, during the trip, I will teach you a few more water release ninjutsu that you can never learn outside, and I will also teach you basic sword skills every day."
Hearing this, Hozuki Suigetsu hit his chest and boasted: "Leave it to me! I will protect him even to the death!"
“Then so be it."
Giyu seemed to be relieved, "You first put Ranmaru into the cabin and then come to me again, and I will correct some mistakes in your movements."
For the time being, the stronger Hozuki Suigetsu is, the more confident Giyu will be when handing over Hidan head, so the earlier the training, the better.
"Understood!" Suigetsu, who was finally treated as a disciple, smiled happily and pushed Ranmaru away immediately.
Kyuubi originally wanted to ask a few more questions, but when it remembered that it was angry with Giyu not long ago, it snorted coldly and landed on Suigetsu's shoulder, and they went to the cabin together.
Seeing that both of them disappeared on the deck, Giyu waited for another half a minute before Summoning Kyojuro's crow.
"Lord Water Hashira!"
Kaname greeted him politely, "Do you have anything urgent that I need to convey?"
“Where is Kyojuro now?"
"Lord Flame Hashira was in the Country of Grass, and he met a couple. The mother and daughter were in need of help. He said it may be related to Naruto."
"Let's not mention this for now. I remember Kyojuro said that one of the great pleasures of Shinazugawa Sanemi is to watch Kibutsuji Muzan being punished in hell."
After Giyu said this name, even Kaname was frightened and took a small step back, "Yes! That monster was imprisoned at the bottom of the endless hell, and only Lord Wind Hashira... Would sneak through the underworld for such a thing!"
"Do you know the specific punishment that Kibutsuji Muzan is receiving?" Giyu asked.
Kaname shook his head. To be honest, it didn't really want to know, after all, just the word "hell" made it very uncomfortable.
"Then you go ask Kyojuro, I will summon you again in five minutes."
" I understand!" Kaname immediately turned into a ball of smoke and disappeared in place.
Five minutes later, Kaname came back with Kyojuro's reply. Giyu showed an expression of "Sure enough," and stood silently holding on to the edge of the sailboat.
As the saying goes, today’s cause will be tomorrow’s effect.
Since Kibutsuji Muzan's biggest sin is "cannibalism", his punishment is to be eaten and bitten all the time, and he will never be able to stand up again.
Judging from Hidan's confession - the evil god who gave his heart to him was probably...
"Oops."
Giyu looked at the boundless sea with his deep eyes, and suddenly thought of the shark that bit off Hidan's torso. I couldn't help but feel a little more worried.
...
At the same time, the Kingdom of Water.
A giant purple snake with long horns coiled around the hill, hissing and spitting out black snake messages.
Although it has no human face, the arrogance and cruelty conveyed in its eyes were accurately captured by Orochimaru.
"You're lying to me again!"
Manda's huge head almost touched Orochimaru's face.
The fishy smell in his mouth spread to the surroundings, but Orochimaru still wore an elegant scientist-like smile. On the contrary, the follower behind him nervously adjusted his glasses.
"There is not a single ninja in that village! Only those brats have chakra, and yet you asked me to let them go..."
Manda said in a very unhappy tone, "I felt very unhappy with this meal, Orochimaru!"
As he said, his terrifying vertical eyes stared at Orochimaru's follower, "Why don't you give this follower to me, and I will forgive you this time. Anyway, he looks ordinary, and he has no advantages except being young. This guy doesn't even have murderous intent!"
"Oh, you are interested in my new subordinates."
Orochimaru tilted his head and glanced behind him, "Kabuto, what do you think? Manda wants to eat you.”
"Hoho. Just like you can't eat delicacies from the mountains and seas every meal, Lord Manda, if you eat ninja every meal, you will get bored soon."
Yakushi Kabuto looks about the same size as Uchiha Itachi, although He was sweating coldly, but his eyes were relaxed and squinted, as if he was sure that nothing would happen to him.
"Besides, I am not an ordinary consumable. Orochimaru-sama's next plan just needs ordinary people like me who look harmless to humans and animals. Therefore, I am afraid I will disappoint you, Manda-sama. Besides, that village "Except for the two brats Orochimaru named, there are hundreds of people who have entered your stomach. Can you really eat it now?"
"A sharp-tongued brat, just a half-assed ninja, I still can digest..."
When Manda said this, he stopped as if someone had hit him on the head, and looked straight ahead.
Kabuto Yakushi looked at Orochimaru in confusion, and the latter slowly shook his head. He didn't know what was going on.
After a few seconds, Manda returned to normal.
"You're lucky today, but you owe me a ninja, you must make up for it next time. The old woman has something urgent to do with me, so I'll leave first."
After saying that, Manda disappeared into a cloud of smoke, leaving only the pharmacist coughing.
"Just get used to it."
Orochimaru dispelled the smoke thoughtfully, and then looked at Yakushi Kabuto: "Go to those young people who have unique talents but they are not recognized by their destroyed villages. They are now homeless. When you show them caring, they will not refuse your invitation."
Yakushi Kabuto nodded slightly, hesitated for a moment and then said: "But when they see lord Manda, won't they see through your plan? By then, you will be their enemy."
“In the Kingdom of Water, geniuses are ostracized. I just broke the cage that imprisoned them. No matter how much they grow up, they will only be able to Thank me."
Orochimaru's feminine voice gradually eased Kabuto Yakushi's doubts, "Besides, in this cruel world, how many people can survive until the day they know the truth?"
Kabuto Yakushi's expression darkened, but he still said bravely: "I Still, I hope you can treat those orphans well."
"It depends on their value and what they want. Not every orphan is as special as you, Kabuto. If they desire power, they must do it well. Be prepared to pay the price. You must know that I have no intention of forcing them to do anything. In the final analysis, it is their own choice. I am only responsible for providing opportunities."
Orochimaru paused slightly, "Okay, I am now going to see those idiots from the Kaguya clan. As long as they can attract Kirigakure's attention, Karatachi Yagura will be mine. Kabuto, I leave all the tasks of recruiting talents for our future village to you. You must... don't let me down.”
