Uchiha Giyu chapter 88
🕑 Added 2024-01-13 04:10:53 +0000 UTCChapter 88 Ending
The main road of Yugakure Ninja Village was filled with corpses of the evil cultists who had been separated from each other. The rain had dizzy the blood, as if an irregular red carpet had been laid on the road.
At this time, Giyu is using the transparent world to search for those victims who were attacked by evil cultists but are still alive. However, only ten people can be saved -
These brave people are not afraid of death and simply destroy and kill. The targeted cultists were extremely cruel to these Yugakure ninjas, merchants and tourists.
Even if the survivors did not die on the spot, their internal organs were destroyed to pieces. With such an injury, not even Tsunade could do anything, let alone Giyu, who had a rough grasp of medical ninjutsu.
As the green light representing life in Giyu's hand gradually extinguished, the owner of the barbecue shop who had previously sold grilled octopus to Giyu and Kyuubi could no longer feel the pain in his abdomen. He closed his eyes and reunited with his wife and two daughters who had fallen inside.
In every corner of this street, the dozen or more shadow clones that Giyu set out to help treat people were all running out of chakra, and bad news came one after another.
The more memories of the synchronized shadow clones, the harder Giyu's heart sank, and he kept falling into the bottomless dark valley.
In just ten minutes, the number of people who died on this street exceeded the total number of swordsmen who died in the decisive battle of Infinity Castle.
Giyu stared blankly at the headless bodies lying outside the barbecue restaurant.
He didn't have time to think so much when he took action. He couldn't kill these dangerous elements immediately without turning his head, and they still had the possibility of hurting others.
But when he came back to his senses, Giyu realized that he had taken so many human lives without thinking.
As luck would have it, Hozuki Suigetsu, who was waiting for Giyu to end his treatment, immediately came over with a flattering smile and gave detailed figures as if announcing exam results.
"You are so powerful! I counted carefully just now. There are forty-six lunatics in total, and you killed them all by yourself!"
Hozuki Suigetsu made neat slashing movements with his hands, his purple eyes were full of tears. He started worshiping Giyu.
"Those people died without reacting. When they fell to the ground, their heads got stuck and rolled to the side. You looked so Cool. Hey, hey, what kind of sword skill is this?"
Just based on the scene he saw just now, Hozuki Suigetsu already regarded Giyu as his new idol.
When one day he takes back the Executioner Sword from Biwa Juzo, he will use this kind of sword skills to chop the enemy into pieces. That would be considered cool!
Not like his elder brother, Hozuki Mengetsu, who clearly says he is using a sword, but actually uses the chakra hammer formed by Twinsword to hit people. It's a bit too inferior!
It's a pity that Giyu's expression turned sharply from the moment he said, "You killed them all by yourself." Giyu didn't hear any of the rest of the words.
"You brat with sharp teeth! You talk too much nonsense!"
Kyuubi and Kyojuro have been together for a long time, and they can relate to Giyu's thoughts just by analogy. Kyuubi got annoyed, it directly waved its claws to raise the wind blade, and Four terrifying claw marks were left on the wall behind Suigetsu's head!
"I mean—"
Hozuki Suigetsu immediately covered his mouth.
But thanks to Kyuubi's blow, Giyu finally reacted from the silence, put the body of the barbecue shop owner away, and was about to get up, but he was dizzy before his eyes, and fell backwards like a collapsed mountain.
With quick eyes and quick hands, Hozuki Suigetsu quickly used a meat pad to press his back, and then helped Giyu sit down by the door of the barbecue restaurant.
"Hey! What's wrong with you?"
"What else can happen?!"
Kyuubi jumped to the ground angrily.
"He had been traveling for thirty hours without a break. He fought against the ninjas of Kirigakure Village, dealt with those crazy people outside, and treated those hopeless guys like a good person. But he still has some chakra left. That's weird!"
[I guess he feels uncomfortable after killing too many people. The Uchiha clan actually has such a Weirdo...]
Kyuubi did not say this directly, but secretly slandered him.
"The ninjas of Kirigakure Village?"
Hozuki Suigetsu heard the keyword, "What does this have to do with them?"
“Speaking of this, Your name is Hozuki Suigetsu."
Kyuubi narrowed his eyes and stared at him, "White hair and sharp teeth, it's probably you."
"How do you know? I never told you..."
Hozuki Suigetsu was a little panicked and was ready to run away.
"Kirigakure Village sent five jonin to look for you, but they found the wrong person. For some reason, they actually hid in our room and ambushed us, saying they wanted to take you back."
“Where are they?"
Hozuki Suigetsu asked in a hurry.
"Didn't I just say that? They're all dead."
Kyuubi glanced sideways at Suigetsu.
"We're all about the same age, why are you so weak?!"
[I'm also a genius in Kirigakure, okay! ]
Hozuki Suigetsu wanted to complain but didn't dare to say it. Not to mention Giyu, even this palm-sized fox could cut him into pieces, but his hydration technique was only half-finished.
"There are still two Kirigakure ninjas that have not been found."
Giyu forced himself to sit up, "These dangerous Yugakure ninjas (evil god cultists) were dispatched after seeing the red lightning, but the two Kirigakure ninjas were never found. There is no one on the other side of the tower. I'm worried that they have other plots..."
He glanced at Kyuubi with a dark expression, "Can you find them?"
"There is malice everywhere in this village. Based on this, We can't find them."
Kyuubi was obviously not good at it, but it still kept its head high and spoke proudly.
"I'm not very skilled at sensing chakra like Kyojuro, so I can't cover the entire Yugakure ninja Village."
“Then I have to find them myself."
With that said, Giyu was about to get up, but Kyuubi pinned his stomach down with a kick.
"Stop moving! I see that you are not far from death. Do you want to go to the Kingdom of Water?! If they have any conspiracy, there will definitely be some movement. Before that, you should just rest quietly. "
"The Kingdom of Water?"
Hearing that his hometown was mentioned again, Hozuki Suigetsu became interested again, "You are going to the Kingdom of Water?"
“Yes, we are going to kill the Fourth Mizukage."
Kyuubi said the last part in a joking tone.
"I heard he is a very annoying person."
"Hey, don't you want to do the same thing as my elder brother?"
Hozuki Suigetsu suddenly became more excited.
"Take me with you! If you can, just kill him too. No one will care about him in the future. I will be the only heir of the Hozuki clan! If I never get married, then our clan will disappear completely. The thought that I can even 'cut off' this kind of thing, I'm so happy!"
"..." Kyuubi was left speechless.
Giyu is even more worried about how Kirigakure teaches his children.
"I need to eat something to replenish my strength."
Giyu was still thinking about the two disappeared Kirigakure, and said to Kyuubi: "There are still a few people on this street who have just escaped from danger. Kyu..."
Giyu suddenly remembered that he couldn't call "Kyuubi" in front of outsiders, so he called it by its name.
"Kurama, you and him, take those people to the bedroom on the second floor next to this barbecue restaurant. There is already an injured person lying there. You should be able to find the others, right?"
Kyuubi unexpectedly did not bother about the name, and just said complainingly: "I said before that I would have a good time tonight, I will not work for you."
As it said that, it raises its front paw and pointed at the top of Giyu's head towards Fox headdress and said "If you will not take off these things for a month, I will do this for you."
He even included the days when Giyu returned to Konoha.
[When there are so many people who know you, I don’t believe you won’t be embarrassed. ]
"No problem."
Giyu nodded unconsciously, and then looked at Hozuki Suigetsu, who wanted to laugh but didn't dare to laugh, "Can you help?"
Hozuki Suigetsu blinked, wondering if he should make a condition like a fox.
However, remembering that those Kirigakure ninjas who were looking for him were all solved by Giyu, he simply waved his hand: "Ok, I will help you, let's go."
Before leaving, he did not forget to put the food on the barbecue grill that was not stained with blood and place it next to Giyu on the tray so that Giyu can just sit here and eat it.
Although this guy has a strange mind, he is surprisingly considerate.
After they left the messy barbecue shop, Giyu squeezed out some strength, turned his back on the corpse in the room, and chewed the food hard to replenish his energy, but he didn't expect it to be so difficult to swallow.
A few minutes later, bursts of messy footsteps sounded on the streets and rooftops.
When a man wearing a Yugakure ninja uniform passed by a barbecue restaurant, he spotted Giyu who was leaning against the door, slowly refining chakra, and shouted loudly: "Chief! There are survivors here!"
Giyu opened his eyes and saw a group of people. The young people walked around an ordinary old man who couldn't extract chakra.
"Chief, he is the boy who warned us that there might be a rebellion!"
Before the leader could come in to ask, a ninja dressed as a high-level official immediately reminded him, "The six ninjas from Kirigakure Village were also handed over to us after by him! He should also have dealt with these rebels on the road!"
“Oh?"
Upon hearing this, the old man's eyes flashed with a bright light, and he quickly walked to Giyu's side and bowed deeply.
The violent actions were far beyond what he should have done at his age, making Giyu worried about his waist.
"I can't thank you enough for what you have done for our Yugakure ninja Village! If it weren't for your reminder, the losses this village suffered today would be unimaginable!"
Giyu asked directly: "Those crazy people... Are they solved?"
When he said the word "solved", Giyu still hesitated for half a second.
"Yes, with the help of some enthusiastic guests, they have all been executed. Those people are some restless guys in the village. They always hope to make this village similar to other ninja villages and make a living by accepting commissions. They were probably bewitched by the ninjas of Kirigakure Village and relied on these Evil Cults, which led to today's disaster."
The old man seemed to sincerely tell the reason for the rebellion tonight, but he put the responsibility on Kirigakure.
Giyu could tell from his expression that he seemed to be hiding something, but Giyu kept a cold face and did not expose it.
What is it about the power that allows those people to sustain life despite being fatally injured?
Is this village secretly conducting some experiments like Yugakure ninja?
He was very concerned about the answers to these questions.
But since the other party is unwilling to tell, it is useless for him to press.
"There are several survivors on the bed in the bedroom on the second floor next door. I have asked people to take care of them."
Giyu reminded again, "I only treated the fatal injuries, but the rest of the treatment will be left to you."
"You actually know how to use medical ninjutsu? It's amazing."
The old man raised his head in surprise.
"Excuse me, which ninja village are you from? In addition to compensation this time, our village is also willing to pay you for three S-level missions as a reward for helping us solve this turmoil. Of course, in this case, this matter becomes ‘I have completed the task’, and I hope you can help us keep it secret. Our Yugakure Ninja Village and your village can also add some fixed contracts..."
This is to use a large sum of money to silence Giyu, an insider.
At this moment, another Yugakure Ninja fell from the roof.
Perhaps because the situation was too urgent, the other party did not see Giyu, an outsider, and reported directly: " Leader! Something bad has happened! A guy with silver hair and a sickle attacked the team and tourists who were dealing with the aftermath on the Third Pedestrian Street. Then he headed towards the office building on the mountain!"
"What?!"
Everyone present was shocked, and the old man was even more shocked.
"According to eyewitnesses, that person... seems to be, seems to be..."
The reporter hesitated for a while and then added: "It seems to be Hidan."
Many Yugakure ninja's faces turned pale on the spot, "No way. We executed him two years ago!"
"But that guy seemed to have said, 'I will come back to you again' when he died, right?"
"Wait a minute, weren't the guys responsible for collecting his body the same ones who rebelled? Are you one of them?"
"Did they do anything unnecessary?"
Thanks to Yugakure ninja's serious lack of ninja military training, you say something about the matter in a word, and I will say something about the matter in a word and say everything. When Giyu heard that it was "resurrection from the dead '' again, and it was related to those crazy evil cultists just now, he stood up on the spot.
"What's going on?"
His tone was stern, almost questioning.
"This... this, we can't explain clearly at the moment. If you are still willing to accept the commission, can you execute this prisoner for us?"
The old man's expression was already very anxious, "The other village leader is in the office building. In order to deal with the rebellion, I brought most of the manpower, but there are not many people to guard it. Although there is a protective barrier set up by the ninjas of the Country of Whirlpool, I'm afraid it won't last long!”
As the saying goes, good fortune never comes in pairs, and misfortune never comes alone.
As soon as the old man finished speaking, another deafening thunder exploded on the mountain peak behind Yugakure Ninja Village. Dozens of blue lightning fell from the sky and landed on the roof of Yugakure ninja's office building, where fire suddenly appeared.
"Are they the two remaining Kirigakure ninjas?"
[And the person they just talked about? ]
Giyu frowned, no longer caring about the people around him, and immediately moved forward in that direction.
But he only had the little chakra he had just recovered.
