Konoha, Hokage office.
Sarutobi Hiruzen looked at the conversation between Tsunade and Jiraiya in the light screen, and felt an inexplicable sense of déjà vu.
just like.
He has experienced this scene countless times.
Sarutobi Hiruzen was silent for a moment.
I took a puff of cigarette, looked out the window at the Hokage Rock, and fell into deep thought.
Could it be that.
Is this the inheritance of the Will of Fire?
【Konoha Village entrance. 】
[Kaido and the seventh team received the mission notice from Tsunade, ended their daily training and returned to Konoha. 】
【"It's been almost two and a half years since I left!"】
【"yes!"】
【"It's so nostalgic!"】
[Naruto, who has obviously grown a lot taller, stands on a telephone pole, overlooking the entire Konoha. 】
【Same as Jiraiya. 】
[Everyone in Team 7 was shocked by Konoha's recovery speed. 】
[It is completely impossible to see that this village suffered a devastating blow two years ago. 】
【"Well!"】
[Naruto looked at the Hokage Rock in the distance, as if he had discovered a new world, and said loudly: "Grandma Tsunade also has her own stone statue!"]
Tsunade......Grandma?!
Fire Nation Hotel.
Tsunade, who was sipping her wine, heard veins popping up on her forehead when she heard Naruto saying grandma.
"What an ungrateful brat!"
"Wait until I return to Konoha."
"I have to give him a good education!"
Tsunade was smiling, but the wine glass in her hand was crushed into powder unconsciously.
Shizune swallowed.
I silently prayed for Naruto.
It is said that Nine Tails Jinchūriki has a strong ability to recover.
He shouldn't die, right?
In the light curtain.
Uzumaki Naruto, who didn't know that his unintentional words had caused trouble, returned to Konoha, where he had been away from home, and danced excitedly, shouting that he would take everyone to eat Ichiraku ramen.
["Idiot, have you forgotten the purpose of our coming back?"]
[There is a long sword on his waist. 】
[Uchiha Sasuke, wearing a black robe, said sarcastically to Naruto just like he did two years ago. 】
[In the eyes, in the Sharingan there was three tomoe. 】
"Ala!"
At the Akatsuki organization base, Hoshigaki Kisame smiled, revealing a row of shark teeth, and said softly: "This is the Three Tomoe Sharingan! Mr. Itachi, your brother has become stronger again.”
“Aren’t you worried?”
"He even dreams of killing you!"
"Do you need me..."
Hoshigaki Kisame made a gesture of wiping his neck.
There was suddenly a hint of danger in Uchiha Itachi's eyes when he looked at Hoshigaki Kisame.
After a moment of silence, he shook his head.
"Don't worry about him."
Uchiha Itachi gathered up his collar little by little and said slowly: "It's just Three Tomoe Sharingan. If he want to kill me, he still far away!"
According to time calculation, Sasuke in the light curtain should be sixteen or seventeen years old at this moment.
Three Tomoe Sharingan awakened at the age of sixteen or seventeen.
to be honest.
In the past, in the Uchiha family it was considered a genius.
But Uchiha Itachi is still a bit fast too.
...
Uchiha Itachi, who awakened Mangekyō at the age of eleven, stretched out his hand to cover his left eye, looked at the hazy vision ahead, and sighed inwardly.
Sasuke, time left for you is not much!
["Really, Mr. Kaido, you don't care about them!"]
[Compared to two years ago. 】
[Haruno Sakura, who has matured a lot in all aspects, looked at the two teammates who seemed to have not grown up and couldn't help but sigh. 】
[Is this what is called a man’s youth until he dies?]
【"alright!"】
[ Kaido stood up, interrupted the quarrel between Naruto and Sasuke, and said in a deep voice: "This mission is different from the past. The enemy you have to face will be far stronger than you imagined.”]
【"That couldn't be better!"】
[Uzumaki Naruto still has the same expression of fearlessness. 】
[Clenched his fists and said with a smile: "Just in time, let them see the results of our two years of practice!"]
【"That's right!"】
【Sasuke is also a little overwhelmed and eager to give it a try. 】
【"I'm really impressed by you!"】
[ Sakura put her hands on her hips and looked uninterested. 】
【Actually. 】
[I secretly encourage myself. 】
[A powerful enemy? This time, I will chase you two! 】
【With common expectations. 】
[ Kaido and the Team 7 trio arrive at the Hokage office. 】
【"Too slow, you guys!"】
[Might Guy, who has been waiting for a long time, showed a row of white teeth, gave a thumbs up, and said to Kaido: "Everyone, the sweat you shed is the glory of youth."]
【"You are absolutely right, Teacher Guy!"】
[As a big fan of Might Guy, Rock Lee immediately stood up and agreed. 】
【And Neji and Tenten. 】
[They covered their faces, feeling a little embarrassed. 】
[After Tsunade took a slow sip of tea, she crossed her hands and leaned on Hokage's desk, supported her chin, and said in a deep voice: "You should already know the content of the mission, but I still have to reiterate it."]
["This is an S-level mission!"]
["What you have to do is to rush to Sunagakure immediately and report immediately after understanding the situation."]
【"after."】
【"As support, you will follow Sand Shinobi's command, do you understand?"】
【"clear!"】
[Class 7 and Class 3 shouted in unison. 】
【S-level mission!!】
[The trio of Team 7 are a little excited. This is their second S-level mission. 】
[The first one was two years ago, in the Country of Waves. 】
[Looking back now. 】
【It’s like a world away. 】
[At that time, they were just Genin, fledglings who had just left the ninja school and knew nothing. They only survived safely because of the blessing of Teacher Kaido. 】
[Now, their strength is no longer what it used to be!]
【Think of this. 】
[The trio of Team 7 look at each other. 】
[Nods as if understanding. They want to pass this mission and let Mr. Kaido know. 】
【The three of them...】
【Have become a unique ninjas!】
【"in addition."】
[ Tsunade carefully observed the expressions of Class 7 and Class 3, and found that they had no intention of backing down. A mysterious smile appeared on the corner of her mouth: "In addition to the two of you, there is also a special person in this mission a foreign aid."】
【Foreign aid? Who is it?!】
[Everyone except Tsunade couldn't help but look at the door with curiosity. 】
【"come in!"】
【As Tsunade’s words fall. 】
[The door to Hokage's office opened in response, and Jiraiya's figure slowly appeared at the door. 】
[After the two broke up unhappy last time, they discussed it again. 】
[Both sides still hold their own opinions. 】
【finally. 】
[The two of them each took a step back. Jiraiya agreed that Naruto would participate in this rescue operation, but he also had to participate as a member of the rescue team to protect Naruto!]
[The moment they saw Jiraiya, who was only six years old, appeared at the door, everyone, including Kaido, was shocked.】
【"Eh--"】
[ Might Guy walked up to Jiraiya and suddenly reached out and held Jiraiya's cheek. 】
[Rub it twice. 】
[Looking back at Tsunade, he said: "Hokage-sama, this guy is Jiraiya-sama's child. I've heard Kakashi and the others talk about it before. I didn't expect Jiraiya-sama to have such a big son quietly!"]
[Speaking, Might Guy smiled and rubbed Jiraiya’s head: “Kid, what’s your name?”]
【"Kashin Koji.】
[ Jiraiya replied with a smile. 】
【"Tsunade-sama!"】
[Sakura, who has a more delicate mind, looked at Jiraiya in front of her and said with some worry: "Is it really okay for you to send a child to follow us on such a dangerous mission?"]
[Before Tsunade could explain, Naruto patted his chest and said, "No problem!"]
[Speaking, Naruto squatted down, showed a serious and sincere smile and said: "From today on, you are my little brother!"]
【"As a big brother."】
【"I will definitely protect you!"】
At this moment, Jiraiya, both inside and outside the light curtain, was silent.
Good guy.
Are you my big brother?!
So what should your father, Namikaze Minato, call you?
at this time.
Uzumaki Naruto from the Ninja School stood up and solved this seniority problem: "It's okay, Pervy Sage, you call me brother, and I call him dad."
"Let’s discuss each one’s number!”
