🕑 Added 2023-12-25 04:28:10 +0000 UTCChapter 118 The Intersection Of Expectations, Twenty-Seven Years Ago
[When leaving Scientific Research Base No. 1 and passing through the Lvneel Kingdom, Roja specially picked up Mori and the others. 】
[At this moment, they have been living underground in the Lvneel Kingdom for a long time. 】
[The current guard force of the Lvneel Kingdom is much stronger than before, but because Sengoku and the others have left, there is no room for resistance against Roja's team of core cadres of the revolutionary army. 】
[ Roja also took time to meet with Mobu, the worker leader of Coal and Iron City. 】
[Since the revolutionary army uprising here, the world government has indeed strengthened the treatment of the remaining workers. Maybe they are also afraid that another revolutionary army will emerge from the coal and iron city. ]
[Mobu and the others are quite satisfied with their current life situation. 】
[ Roja didn’t say anything. As the Coal Iron City becomes increasingly tighter, the conditions for the workers will turn worse sooner or later. As long as the Celestial Dragons and the decadent royal family of the Lvneel Kingdom still exist, this phenomenon cannot be cut off. 】
[After leaving the Lvneel Kingdom, after spending several days of work, Roja came to the vicinity of Reverse Mountain again. 】
【No matter how many times he rides on the powerful upwelling current with ease, Roja is amazed by the powerful impact. 】
[The ocean currents from all over the world, converging on the Reverse Mountain, can actually generate such a powerful force that they can push huge ships thousands of meters into the air. 】
[ "If a dam is built here in the future, it will generate a lot of electricity." Roja murmured in a low voice. 】
[Then he wrote this idea in the notebook he carried with him. 】
["What did you remember again? Mr. Roja." Dragon asked curiously. 】
[Having spent some time with Roja, he also had a clear understanding of Roja’s deeds. According to Fujitora, when Roja usually records something in his notes, it is often some extremely useful thoughts or ideas. 】
["Nothing, just an idea that needs to be verified." Roja waved his hand. 】
[Many of the ideas are fantasy. He is going to save enough of these things and throw them all to Vegapunk to slowly test the feasibility. 】
[The warship travels very fast on the upwelling currents of Reverse Mountain. 】
[It didn’t take long for them to be swept up into the sky by the turbulent water. 】
["Goodbye North Blue." Roja turned his back to North Blue. He might not return to North Blue for a long time. 】
【Once he faced the world and found nothing. 】
[Every time I leave North Blue, I feel like I am pressed for time and need to go back as soon as possible. 】
[But now, the development route of the revolutionary army in the four seas has been set. The next step is to develop slowly. He also has enough time to conduct in-depth research on this most special sea area and shipping route in the world. 】
【"Grand Line, here I come." Roja stood on the bow of the ship, with a new world in front of him. 】
[Pirates, Marines, and the main forces of the World Government are all concentrated here. This will definitely be a road full of obstacles. 】
[Similarly, Roja also had a hunch that this must be the front line for the revolutionary army to fight against the world's nobles and vicious pirates. 】
"We finally arrived at the Grand Line, Gurarara."
On Sphinx Island, Whitebeard showed a heroic smile.
Once you arrive at the Grand Line, you're not far from the New World.
Roja spent two and a half years traveling around the world and boarding the Grand Line.
The first half won't take too long for a man like him.
"The New World twenty-seven years ago."
Whitebeard said with some nostalgia.
Twenty-seven years ago, Roger was still young.
It was a really happy time at that time.
At that time, I would definitely have a great time chatting with Roja.
The only pity is that Roja was born too late. If Roja could have been born earlier, he would be in the same era as him, or in an earlier era.
Perhaps his hometown, the Sphinx, would not be reduced to a lawless zone.
In the chat room, many people were like Whitebeard and were full of expectations for Roja and the others to go to the Grand Line.
Although North Blue's experience is wonderful, they are missing from it.
You know, they don’t have much experience in the world. Most of their experiences are in the Grand Line. When Roja comes to the Grand Line, he will definitely have more interactions with them on the giant screen.
Watching the movie till now.
Even though their identities and positions are different, Roja has basically been recognized by most people except Celestial Dragons and nobles.
Regardless of whether it is a hostile relationship or not, they all want to see Roja intersect with themselves in another world, just like Roger and the others did when they were in Water 7.
Even if you meet this kind of person who is destined to change the whole world and illuminate history, you will feel a different feeling.
It's like witnessing history.
"Why was it twenty-seven years ago, when I was just defeated by Roger.”
The Golden Lion was a little unhappy.
It had only been a few months since the Battle of Edd broke out. If it had been a few months earlier, there would have been a lot of him on the giant screen. After all, he was the strongest pirate on the sea at that time. Even Roger couldn't compare to him.
Even if it becomes the opponent of the Revolutionary Army, Golden Lion feels good.
Unfortunately, at this point in time, his power is basically gone. Unless he personally seeks out the revolutionary army, the chance of meeting them is slim.
Golden Lion's words also instantly brought back the memories of everyone in the chat room.
Twenty-seven years ago, at this special time, where were they?
Crocodile: When I was nineteen years old, I was probably still in the paradise. I can’t remember clearly.
Hawkeye: The Revolutionary Army? Interesting, I don’t know if I will meet them, but it seems that I just went to sea.
Boa Hancock: I was only four years old at the time, so there was basically no possibility of meeting me.
Jinbe: I am still nineteen years old. I am still on The Fishman Island at this time and have not gone to sea yet, right, brother Tiger, but I remember that you have been going to sea for a long time at this time.
Fisher Tiger: Ah, at this time I have started to travel around the world. I hope to meet Mr. Roja.
"Maybe this way I won't be captured by the Celestial Dragons."
Fisher Tiger sighed in his heart.
He once traveled around the world and left The Fish Men Island with a tolerant heart. It was only at Celestial Dragons that he witnessed the ultimate and darkest evil of mankind.
Since then, he has never been able to love humans again.
"Revolutionary Army, Roja, I hope you are true to your word and dare to face the Celestial Dragons.”
On the Gild Tesoro, the burly man at the top looked at his own country, and the smile that he often wore in the past stopped on his face.
His gaze became extremely deep.
"Twenty-seven years ago."
"Stella, please let me listen again.”
"You're singing."
[Going down the river to the Grand Line, this is not Roja’s first time here, but what’s different from the past is that this time he is really ready to experience the Grand Line thoroughly. ]
[The countries along the way, the people, the number of pirates, the division of forces, the situation in the sea areas, etc. 】
["Who invented this kind of recording pointer?" Roja looked at the recording pointer in the navigator's hand and couldn't help but asked curiously. 】
[Entering the Grand Line, due to its chaotic magnetic field, ordinary compasses and charts are useless. 】
[Because the island cannot be found through compasses and charts, the only thing that can point out the direction is this magical recording pointer, which can guide the direction of the next island by accumulating the magnetism of the island. 】
["I don't know, even the eldest elders don't know about this matter. I'm afraid only Ohara may have corresponding records." Mori said. 】
[ Roja glances at Mori. 】
[Mori is a giant from West Blue. The lifespan of the giants is more than three times that of humans. The longest ones he mentioned are probably close to 400 years old. 】
[As for whether Ohara has recorded it, Roja doesn’t know. Although he has read many of Ohara’s books, it would probably take him nearly ten years to read them all. ]
["There is a generally accepted saying that the record pointer is a product that existed for a hundred years after disappearing. Like the permanent pointer, the maker has long been erased by the world government along with that hundred years of history." Naguri knocked. He knocked the ashes from his cigarette and said with a smile. 】
["A blank hundred years of history." Roja was also a little curious about that hundred years.】
[Dr. Clover once said that in that era, there was a huge country that was extremely technologically advanced and promoted equality. It was precisely because of that country's ideas that the kingdoms were afraid of it and formed a joint army to destroy it. 】
[But it’s useless to think about it now. It’s up to Ohara’s scholars to explore it. 】
[Generally speaking, after entering the Grand Line, you need to choose a route. 】
[It is said that there are a total of seven routes starting from Reverse Mountain and finally intersecting at Sabaody Archipelago. The record pointer will only point to the islands on the route. 】
[Roja and the others don’t have to worry about this at all, because he has a lot of permanent pointers in his hands. 】
["Cactus Island, Little Garden, Drum Island, Arabasta, Jaya Island, Water 7 and the last Sabaody island." Roja looked at the chart in his hand and planned a route. 】
[Most of this route is in the recorded route of the record pointer. As for the others that are not within the route, you can go there through the permanent pointer. 】
[Among these islands, except for Cactus Island and Water 7 that I have visited, Roja is quite interested in them. 】
[Little Garden, it is said that it still retains its prehistoric style, the vegetation is ridiculously huge, and there are dinosaurs. 】
[Drum Island is a world-famous medical power. In this closed world, it can be world-famous. One can imagine how developed this country's medical industry is. 】
[Roja has known two similar ones before, one is Baldimore, famous for its mechanical technology, and the other is Water 7, famous for the best craftsmen in the world. ]
[Drum Island, Roja hopes to have enough doctors. In this closed world, the isolation of medical technology is also a factor that cannot be ignored. 】
[He plans to establish a complete medical system within the revolutionary army. 】
[As for Alabasta, this is probably the country Roja is most curious about. This country is said to be founded by the descendants of one of the twenty kings. 】
[Also the only one who did not go to the Holy Land, Mariejois became a descendant of the twenty kings of the Celestial Dragons. 】
[Furthermore, Alabasta is the largest island and the most populous superpower that he knows of so far. 】
[With a standing army of 600,000 and a population of 10 million, this is probably the largest country among the countries joining the World Government. 】
[Jaya Island itself is not on the route, but this is the place where the Golden City exists as recorded in Noland's voyage diary. According to the pirates, every time they come here, the recording pointer points to the sky. 】
[This seems to be where the legendary Sky Island is located. 】
[The last Sabaody island is basically the focus of Roja. 】
[According to Naguri, although the Sabaody Archipelago is very close to the Navy Headquarters, for some reasons, it is basically regarded as half a lawless zone. 】
[When it comes to Sabaody island, in addition to being the last stop to The fish men island, it is also famous for Celestial Dragons and slave trade. 】
[Because it is very close to the Navy Headquarters, safety is guaranteed, and it is close to the Red Line and can be reached quickly from Mariejois, so there are often Celestial dragons come and go on the Sabaody Archipelago. 】
[Basically, apart from Mariejois, this is the most common place for Celestial Dragons. 】
[You know, although Roja has always mentioned that Celestial Dragons are the biggest enemies of the Revolutionary Army, in fact, until now, Roja has not seen ten Celestial Dragons. 】
[After planning the route of the Grand Line, the revolutionary army warships also went straight to Cactus Island with full power. 】
[Cactus Island is an island with peaks like cactus. The climate around this island is very harsh, with thunder, rain, snow, strong winds, and thick fog sweeping in. ]
[ Roja and the others were strong enough. A moment later, when they drove out of the thick fog, they met the small town residents who warmly welcomed them. 】
[This is a small town separated by a river, and Roja and the others are sailing on this river at the moment. 】
[On both sides, there are a large number of residents, each one giving out warm cheers and beautiful music echoing, allowing people to fully feel the enthusiasm of this island. 】
[However, Roja frowned when he looked at this scene. 】
[Too enthusiastic. How could someone be so enthusiastic when facing strangers? 】
["Something is not right about their mood." Fujitora also approached Roja and reminded him. 】
[His Observation Haki captured the emotions of the residents here. They were indeed excited, but not in a welcoming way, but as if they were being treated as prey? 】
[It’s just that treating them as prey is a bit weak. 】
[When Roja and the others disembarked, a slender middle-aged man wearing a suit walked out of the crowd. 】
["Hello, guests from afar, I am the mayor of this town, my name is Ika." The middle-aged man who calls himself Ika, like a polite gentleman, Stretched out his hand towards Roja. 】
[He could tell at a glance that this man was the leader of this team. 】
[However, what he is not sure about is why most of these people are wearing cloaks, with their hoods pulled up, covering their faces. He cannot judge the bounty.]
[ Roja reaches out and shakes his hand. 】
["This is a whiskey town. Our music and wine are very famous here. Guests can enjoy food and wine here." After Ika shook hands, He said affectionately, turning around to lead the way for Roja and the others. 】
[And at this moment, a hand stretched out from behind him and pressed directly on his shoulder. 】
["Wait a minute, Mayor Ika, it seems you haven't asked my name yet." Roja said with a smile behind him. 】
["Oh, by the way, I was negligent. I don't know your name guest?" Ika rolled his eyes impatiently, then turned around and instantly turned into a smile and asked. 】
[What he saw was Roja taking off his hood, revealing the slightly youthful face. 】
["My name is Ashelat Roja." Roja looked at the mayor and said with a smile. 】
["This name sounds a little, a little bit familiar, haha, haha."]
[When Ika saw the face under the hood, he was shocked, and when he heard Roja's name, his heart stopped immediately. 】
[As a bounty hunter, how could I not know about the most powerful pirate on the sea today, the great pirate Roja with a bounty of 2.5 billion. 】
[Currently, Roja Bounty is one of the top ten bounties in the sea. 】
[This kind of person is not something a little bounty hunter like him can mess with at all. Why does this man appear here? Ika's heart screamed hugely. 】
["You look very nervous, Mayor Ika." Roja smiled meaningfully. 】
[And Ika's body shook even more violently. 】
