Can this Marine matter be called betrayal? This can only be called win-win cooperation.
Sengoku glanced at Garp speechlessly and returned his attention to the giant screen.
[ Roja hung up the phone and was in a good mood. 】
[After a brief test, he confirmed his previous guess. Sengoku is indeed not the kind of person who is loyal to the World Government and Celestial Dragons. 】
[In other words, among Marine senior officials, as long as they are not stupid, they will never do anything to the Celestial Dragons. 】
[If the Celestial Dragons weren't in control of the highest power in the world, Marine would definitely be the most unhappy person to watch among the Celestial Dragons. 】
[Temporarily succumbing to the Celestial Dragons because of power does not mean that their interests are completely consistent. 】
[If Roja is a senior member of Marine, he must show weakness when he is weak, and then silently develop strength and strengthen Marine, thereby gaining a higher voice within the World Government. 】
[This is what a truly huge organization should look like. Although Celestial Dragons are the strongest, Marine senior executives cannot be born slaves. The only one who follows the lead is Celestial Dragons. 】
["Do you really want to let all of them go? Mr. Roja." Dragon asked. 】
["The soldier can be let go, but I think Sakazuki should be detained. His ideas are too extreme."]
[According to Dragon's idea, all the Vice Admirals of the headquarters must be detained to develop the underground revolutionary army within Marine. These soldiers are enough. 】
[And the Vice Admiral's level of combat power poses a great threat to the revolutionary army. 】
[To put it bluntly, Vice Admiral can be let go, and Kizaru and Akainu should stay. These two will basically become Admirals in the future. 】
["Dragon, all decisions should focus on strategy. If the future strategy is a continuous frontal war, I will focus on weakening Marine's effective strength."]
["The current decision is to hibernate, so I chose to release Marine. You think Marine is the enemy, borsalino, Akainu and they are all enemies, but in my opinion."]
["They are all comrades in the future, and they are also the key force in the fight against pirates. In the Flevance War, while we suppressed Marine's power, we have made the already chaotic situation in North Blue even more chaotic. Marine's help is needed at this time." Roja said helplessly. 】
[Marines have contributed a lot to the stability of the situation in the world. Their Marine branch is of little use when facing powerful enemies, but they can kill most pirates who have just gone to sea.]
[The Revolutionary Army attracted too much Marine power in this battle, which indirectly provided a breeding ground for pirates. 】
["While distinguishing between our main enemies and secondary enemies, we must also think about Marine's main enemies and secondary enemies." Roja educated. 】
[Roja is now basically focusing on training Dragon. His abilities, courage, knowledge, wisdom, and vision are all extraordinary. 】
[To put it unluckily, if Roja suddenly disappears, Dragon is the most suitable person to replace him and lead the revolutionary army to continue. 】
["I understand, Mr. Roja." Dragon thought for a moment. 】
[To be honest, he was still afraid of Kizaru and Akainu, but he chose to trust Roja's judgment. 】
[ Roja glanced at Dragon, and he also guessed what the other party was thinking. To put it bluntly, this thought was because the revolutionary army was too weak and had too little courage. 】
[According to his opinion, if we want to fight, we should hold on to everything; if we want to eliminate hostility, we should let everything go. To change Marine's overall perception of the Revolutionary Army, let some go and keep some. What does that mean? Is it an enemy or a secret friend?]
[If even Kizaru and Akainu now have to worry about their future achievements and threats to the Revolutionary Army, then what confidence do they have to turn the entire Marine into comrades of the Revolutionary Army? ]
[Four days have passed by in a flash, and Roja has arranged for people to control the next situation in Flevance to the homes of various people. 】
[It is not only the revolutionary army that is dormant, but also Flevance. The victory of a battle does not bring complete liberation. The revolutionary army will never be achieved overnight. 】
[But fortunately, after Flevance passed through this time, their situation was much better than before. 】
[After leaving a small part of the revolutionary army to fight, Roja also led the large army to begin an orderly evacuation, and the Marine prisoners were released directly. 】
[There is not such a big prison in Flevance. Soldiers from the Revolutionary Army are usually responsible for guarding them. If the large force is thorough, these Marine soldiers will naturally be released. 】
[They gathered together in an orderly manner and watched the revolutionary army evacuate. 】
[Even Akainu, the most extremely righteous, did not choose to take action at this moment. 】
[His justice is a bit extreme, but this does not mean that he is a fool. On the contrary, he is a very smart person and has a thorough understanding of many things. 】
[ "I thought you would take action? Sakazuki." Kizaru put his hands in his pockets, looked at Akainu beside him, and joked. 】
["Who do you think I am? Borsalino." Akainu snorted coldly: "I'm going back first. The looks in these people's eyes are really uncomfortable."]
["Yeah, it's really uncomfortable." Kizaru sighed softly. 】
[He looked ahead. At some point, the people of Flevance had spontaneously walked out of their homes. They formed a raging wave and a solid barrier. 】
[Just standing between the Marines and the Revolutionary Army, they sent off the Revolutionary Army people with the warmest cheers. 】
[At the same time, they also looked at the released Marine prisoners with the most repulsive eyes. 】
[No Marine with a righteous heart will remain calm when faced with this scene. However, at this moment, they will not say that the people are ignorant. 】
[Because in this war, they are not only losers, but no one can hold their chests and heads high and say that they were once extremely proud and proud of justice. 】
[Justice has never been a slogan, it is Marine's belief, and it is Marine's spiritual symbol. This particularity makes him different from the vast majority of the army, just like the army of the Revolutionary Army. 】
[This spiritual symbol usually does not seem to be outstanding, and is suppressed under the supreme power of the Celestial Dragons. However, even the Celestial Dragons dare not take away justice, because if justice is taken away, Marine is not far away from falling apart. 】
["Revolutionary Army." Kizaru muttered in a low voice. He once again realized the terror of the Revolutionary Army. 】
[However, what does this have to do with him? He is not one of the Celestial Dragons, and he is not a senior member of the Marines, so why should he worry about these things for them? Not to mention, he has a pretty good impression of the Revolutionary Army. 】
["Forget it, let's go back." Kizaru yawned, put his hands in his pockets, and walked back slowly. 】
【" Vice Admiral Borsalino."】
[A Marine officer shouted and saw Kizaru and Akainu leaving without looking back. Several other Marine officers who had speculative intentions and wanted to take advantage of this moment to attack the revolutionary army also completely gave up their thoughts. 】
[Flevance Port. 】
[Fujitora, Dragon, Kuma, Naguri, Ivankov, Koshiro and others have already boarded the ship, while Roja is still at the port, saying goodbye. 】
["Goodbye, Mr. Roja, Flevance will always remember your help." The young doctor Trafalgar Lal said. 】
["May Heavenly Father always bless you, Mr. Roja." Little nun Mo Jiu looked at Roja and made a praying gesture. 】
[ Roja smiled and just rubbed her hair. 】
["Mr. Roja, do you remember me?" At this moment, a man's voice sounded. 】
[ Roja heard the voice and saw that he was a man with a slightly smeared domineering face. 】
["Kerr, it's you." Roja recognized this man at a glance. 】
[This is the desperate man who took to the streets with a gun when he first came to Flevance. 】
["Your disease." Roja looked at him in surprise. 】
[When we first met, half of the man's face was completely white. Now he looks obviously better. 】
["Still under treatment, but basically out of danger." Kerr said. 】
["That's good, congratulations, Kerr." Roja was happy for him. 】
[Although no specific medicine for amber-lead disease has been developed, some treatments have been explored. Although it cannot be completely eradicated, judging from Kerr's performance, at least it will not cause death in a short period of time. 】
[ "Mr. Roja, I will never forget your kindness in my life." Kerr looked at Roja and said seriously: "Now that I am a revolutionary soldier, I will definitely become an outstanding revolutionary like you."】
[Kerr will never forget that day, the most desperate and gloomy moment in his life. The hand Roja extended to him was the brightest salvation. 】
[He used to be a small businessman in Flevance, but now, he just wants to be an excellent revolutionary soldier. 】
[As written in the ideological guidance book written by Roja, fighting for the exploited and oppressed people all over the world is ‘just like when Roja extended a helping hand to them.’ 】
["You are already an outstanding person." Roja looked at Kerr's firm gaze, paused, then stretched out his hand, clasped his hands, and Roja said seriously. 】
[He remember that during this time, some Marine once asked him a question. 】
["When you face such a big ideal and such a difficult environment, what is your motivation?"]
[Roja didn’t answer this question at the time, and he didn’t seem to have thought about it seriously. He could say a lot about motivation, but none of them seemed very appropriate. 】
[And now, looking at Kerr in front of him, he seems to have found the answer. 】
[Keer, a man who were suffering from amber-lead disease in the hospital bed and was about die, gradually began to improve and became an outstanding revolutionary soldier with firm beliefs. 】
[Our arrival will make you better, and you will become us, making more people better and making this world a better place...]
[This is his motivation and the motivation of the entire revolutionary army. 】
["Will you come back?" Mo Jiu asked from the side. 】
[Mo Jiu’s words are also what many people are looking forward to. 】
[Trafalgar Lal, Kerr, Father, and the countless people of Flevance behind them are all looking forward to Roja coming again. 】
[Just like when this country was in the most critical situation and abandoned by the whole world, he swam upstream and brought the revolutionary army here to embrace them and save them. 】
["Yes." Roja looked at the people of Flevance in front of him, looking at the pure white town, and said seriously; "It will definitely comeback."]
[This is the second time he has made such a promise. The first time he made a promise, he said to himself that he will come here again. He will solve Flevance's amber lead disease problem. 】
[This time, he promised all the people of Flevance that he would definitely come back again. When he comes back again, he will completely liberate this country. 】
[Roja left, taking the cadres of the Revolutionary Army with him, the fleet cut through the waves and moved forward, just like when they first came to this country. 】
[The front is still unknown, and behind are the expectations and prayers of the people of Flevance. 】
【"So you are here, Sakazuki."】
[At the top of a building not far from the port, Akainu is standing here, looking at the departing revolutionary army fleet, not knowing what he is thinking. 】
[Behind him, Kizaru scratched his face, walked out of the shadows, and looked into the distance together. 】
["It's really lively." Kizaru stood next to Akainu, looking at the enthusiastic people in the distance, and seemed to ask Akainu, and also seemed to ask himself: "We Marine,Have we ever received this level of love?”]
[Akainu said nothing. After the revolutionary army fleet completely disappeared on the sea, he snorted coldly and said: "Since you are so optimistic, why don't you leave with them?"]
["No, no, no." Kizaru tilted his mouth, raised his hands, palms facing Akainu, and said innocently: "I never said I was optimistic about them."]
[“I just like their ideas and style of doing things, but I’m not optimistic about them.”]
["You know, even we, Marine, don't know the strength of the World Government. It is definitely an unimaginably powerful force." When Kizaru said this, his tone seemed to be.. Solemn. 】
[ Akainu glances at Kizaru. 】
["I can't pretend that I didn't hear those words, borsalino."]
["Will you tell the truth? Sakazuki." Kizaru smiled nonchalantly. 】
["I don't bother to do this kind of thing, especially those Celestial Dragons who look down on Marine."]
[After the revolutionary army left, Sengoku also got the news of the revolutionary army's departure from Kizaru and Akainu from Flevance, pretending not to know. 】
["He really left? And he really released everyone." Although he had been prepared in his heart, when he really got the news, Sengoku couldn't help but sigh. 】
[Really let all of them go, not a single one was held back. Kizaru, Akainu and their talents have explosive potential, and they are destined to become Admiral in the future. They are released.】
[But at this moment, he has a headache again. The revolutionary army has withdrawn, and the Buster Call that the World Government has been urging every day must be carried out. 】
[Although he had a headache, Sengoku quickly gave the order to set off the fleet, target Flevance, and perform a Buster Call. 】
[Now, he can only believe Roja's words. 】
[To Sengoku's surprise, before the soldiers were assembled, the World Government's order had already come down. 】
[Moreover, it was actually not an order to bombard Flevance. 】
["Cancel the Buster Call operation against Flevance?" Sengoku asked Kong on the other side of the phone in surprise. 】
【"Why?"】
[Sengoku’s question is not because he really wants to destroy Flevance, he is just curious, what method did Roja use to cancel the bombardment order against Flevance? 】
【He can really change the orders of the Five Elders? 】
["Just now, the kings of the Kingdom of Chek and the Kingdom of Saloto submitted information to the Five Elders. Flevance has been destroyed by the coalition forces of the two countries, and the current Flevance is divided into two. It is now the territory of the Kingdom of Chek and the Kingdom of Saloto. ”]
[Kong pinched his eyebrows and explained: "Since Flevance has been annexed by the two participating countries, this operation has naturally been canceled."]
[Kong is a little worried at the moment, the situation in North Blue is simply changing every day. 】
["So this is your method?" Sengoku hung up the phone. 】
[After Kong finished speaking, he basically understood the whole ins and outs. 】
[War means, political means, and a combination of punches directly solved Flevance' crisis. 】
[This sounds simple to say, but even he can't do it to Roja's level. 】
【"Roja, you are really a strange person." Sengoku admired the other party. 】
