[Konoha, Celia Hotel. 】
【"Um?"】
【"What happened? Why is it so noisy?"】
[ the drunk Tsunade got up from the table and rubbed her sleepy eyes. 】
[This unprecedented Chūnin exam, which the five major ninja villages participated in together, enjoys a high reputation in the ninja world. It is called the strongest Chūnin exam by those who do good things. The candidates are even known as the generation of miracles. Many casinos are specially opened Let's take a bet and guess who will win the championship of this official competition. 】
[Tsunade returned to Konoha. 】
[Just to participate in this bet. 】
[Because Shizune has a good relationship with Mitarashi Anko, the examiner of the second exam. 】
[So Tsunade got first-hand inside information and knew that Accelerator from Otogakure Village had successfully set a new record in the second exam. 】
[It only took fifteen minutes to clear the Forest of Death. 】
[As a native of Konoha. 】
[ Tsunade is well aware of the difficulty of the Death Forest. Let alone back then, even now she can't guarantee that she can pass exam with two teammates in fifteen minutes without any dust on her body. 】
【This strength. 】
[If she doesn’t win the championship, Tsunade will write her name backwards!]
[After getting the inside information, Tsunade immediately spent all her wealth, a total of ten million ryo!]
[She bet all on Accelerator. 】
[After returning to the hotel, Tsunade happily drank a few bottles of wine and lay on the table, imagining that she would become the leading rich women in the ninja world and live a luxurious life of debauchery and luxury every day. 】
【at this time. 】
[A violent roar came, waking Tsunade from her sweet dream. 】
【"Shizune?"】
[Tsunade wiped the remaining saliva from the corner of her mouth and immediately thought of her attendant: "What's going on outside?"]
【"Tsunade-sama, something bad has happened!"】
[Shizune ran in from outside the door and shouted anxiously: "There was a sudden explosion in the Hokage building. It may be that someone tried to attack Lord Third Hokage. All Jōnin in Konoha are rushing over there. In addition, The ninjas of Otogakure villages are taking advantage of this situation."]
【"hah!"】
[ Tsunade's face suddenly darkened, and she instantly understood the seriousness of the matter: "The old man was attacked, the Chūnin exam will definitely be postponed, or even stopped directly. In this way, the bet will be invalid! My money is still in the casino, I have to hurry up to take it back!"]
【"It's too late!"】
【"ah?!"】
[ Shizune is confused. 】
[In this situation you are still thinking about money? 】
[ she thought that she had not explained clearly, Shizune immediately reiterated: "Tsunade-sama, what I mean is that Hokage-sama was attacked, should we go over to help?"]
【"ha?"】
[ Tsunade looked at Shizune in shock. 】
[She slowly stood up, looked at the fire outside the window, and said in a deep voice: "Life and death are determined by fate and wealth. What does it have to do with me whether the old man is dead or alive? But I have worked hard to save that money for most of my life.”]
Sarutobi Hiruzen: "…"
Fourth Raikage: "You are so filial to me!"
Rasa: "Good guy, Orochimaru wants to kill his Sensei, Tsunade refuses to save him, Jiraiya doesn't say hello to him when he returns to Konoha, and avoids talking with him. Third Hokage, you have some good disciples!"
Jiraiya; "Tsunade, what you did is indeed a bit too much!"
Tsunade: "Haha!"
Tsunade: "It's good that I didn't add insult to injury!"
Tsunade: "Besides, I probably haven't recovered from my hemophobia at that time. The old man's place must be littered with corpses and rivers of blood. Wouldn't I be just a burden?!"
I have to say.
What Tsunade said does make some sense.
Suffering from hemophobia, even if she rushes to the front battlefield, she is just an extra burden.
【Tsunade and Shizune left the Celia Hotel in a hurry. 】
[Just walked a few steps. 】
【Sudden. 】
[The building in front collapsed. 】
[A huge snake head appeared in front of the two people. Under the moonlight, two blurry figures could be seen standing on the snake's head. 】
【"That is......"】
[ Shizune's eyes widened for a moment. 】
[Tsunade squinted her eyes and Said: "Orochimaru!"]
【"Ala!"】
[ Orochimaru licked his lips, and a smile appeared at the corner of his mouth: "It is indeed you. When I was in the hotel before, I felt that the figure on the back looked familiar, and I thought I had seen it wrong!"]
【"Is there a problem?"】
[Tsunade quickly calmed down, slowly clenched her fists, smiled self-deprecatingly and said, "Could it be that you came all the way to catch up with me?"]
[ Orochimaru looked at Tsunade's hands that were gradually shaking due to the strong smell of blood around him. The smile at the corner of his mouth gradually became a little mocking, and he said straight to the point: "Let's get straight to the point, I want to ask for your help. It's about medical treatment. It’s about ninjutsu.”]
【"Only you can do it.”]
【"oh?"】
[ Tsunade slowly raised her head. 】
[She took a closer look at Orochimaru. His heartbeat was a little irregular and his expression was a little tired, but there was no obvious trauma. Judging from his face, he probably didn't suffer from any incurable disease. 】
【"Do not misunderstand!"】
[Orochimaru maintained his sinister smile, shrugged and said: "It's not that there's something wrong with my body, it's that there's something wrong with my research and I need your help."]
【"Research?!"】
[ Tsunade narrows her eyes to a slit. 】
[Although she left Konoha earlier than Orochimaru defected. 】
[But as one of the Sannin, Tsunade has her own information channels, and she also inquired about the reason for Orochimaru's defection. ]
【It was because of human experimentation!】
[And he used ninjas from his own village. 】
【Such behavior. 】
[As a medical ninja, Tsunade saves lives and heals the wounded. From the perspective of Tsunade, it’s like jumping into a minefield to no avail. 】
[Just when Orochimaru was about to say something, a warm smile suddenly appeared on Tsunade's lips: "Orochimaru, you really haven't changed at all!"]
["You should know my personality."]
["Don't make such a joke with me, otherwise...I will have to kill you!"]
【boom!!!】
[ Tsunade clenched her fists and hit the wall behind her with her backhand. 】
[The punch was thrown without any fancy skills, but with the extremely majestic and overbearing brute force. 】
[The poor wall instantly turned into ruins. 】
[Loud sound. 】
[Attracting the attention of the surrounding ninjas, Konoha Shinobi burst into cheers when he saw the two confronting each other on the street: "That's... Tsunade-sama?"]
[Even though she has not returned to the village for many years, she is still recognized by the ninjas. 】
【certainly. 】
[Mainly because her appearance has not changed at all. 】
【"It's really Tsunade-sama!"】
["Great, Tsunade-sama is back, now we are saved!"]
【"Tsunade-sama!"】
["Woo woo woo, you are finally back!"]
Jiraiya: "Hey guys, is Tsunade so popular?"
The ninjas who were fighting, the passing Jōnin, and even the ordinary people hiding in the store shivering, all cheered with joy when they saw Tsunade.
He is also a Sannin, why didn’t he enjoy this kind of treatment when he returned to the village?!
But Jiraiya understands.
Tsunade's popularity goes beyond simply being one of the famous Sannin, a war hero, and the granddaughter of the First Hokage.
What's more, it's because of the superb medical ninjutsu.
During the war.
The lives of countless ninjas, and even civilians, were saved by her.
"Tsunade-sama......"
In a tavern in a remote town in the Land of Fire, Shizune sat next to Tsunade, looking at the enthusiasm of the people of Konoha Village on the light screen, her eyes become a little red.
"Humph, these people are still the same."
Tsunade instead had a slightly gloomy expression.
However, the slightly clenched fists and the frequent tilting of her head to drink also showed that her heart was not as peaceful as it seemed.
【"What an impatient person."】
[ Orochimaru ignored the noisy crowd around him, grinned, and said with a low voice and a sinister smile: "I'm not here to fight with you, I just want to have a good talk with you!" ]
【"You and I have nothing to talk about!"】
【"Disappear immediately!"】
[ Tsunade's eyes suddenly became sharp, and she said coldly: "I will count to five, and if you are wise, please disappear from my eyes as soon as possible, otherwise I will be rude, five... four…]
[ Orochimaru shook his head, took a document bag from Yakushi Kabuto and threw it to Tsunade: "This document is our Otogakure Village, no, it is top secret information of Academy City. You can take a look first. After reading it, Give me your answer again!]
【"I believe you will be interested!"】
["...”]
[ Tsunade was silent for a moment, opened the bag, and looked down at the documents inside. 】
[This document cannot actually be called a document, but a laboratory research log. 】
[Just as she expected. 】
[After Orochimaru left Konoha, he was still obsessed with human experiments. 】
【Find various ways to extend your life. 】
【As a genius. 】
[Putting aside Orochimaru’s character and behavioral style, there is absolutely no doubt about his ability. Not only did he develop the Living Corpse Reincarnation, but he also made improvements and optimizations to the second grandfather’s Reanimation Jutsu. 】
[In addition, the log also mentioned that Orochimaru accidentally discovered a miraculous drug while studying Hashirama cells. 】
【It can make people feel young again!】
[According to the experimental code name, Orochimaru named this drug...]
[APTX-4869!].
