[Roja gave the world government seven days to react, which is basically enough for the navy to send troops from the branch base to reach any island in the New World.】
[And after the Battle of Edd, the World Government was able to free up more troops to operate against the New World.]
[For seven days, the navy did not send troops to attack here, which is enough to explain the problem. 】
[Most likely, They do not want to fight BIGMOM, which can confirm Roja’s previous speculation that the world government is powerless to interfere, leading to the armed separation of pirates in the New World in the future. ]
[It can also be proved that the current Roja, even after experiencing the events of the Lvneel Kingdom, has not reached the point where the world government attaches great importance to it, and in their opinion, Roja’s threat is far less than that of the BIGMOM Pirates. ]
[“Interestingly, it seems that the world government’s investigation of the Lvneel Kingdom is not so in-depth, or in other words, for what the Lvneel Kingdom has investigated, the Five Elders above do not realize the seriousness of the problem.”】
[Of course, this is also the best result for Roja. 】
[At least now, the revolutionary army can continue to hibernate and develop, and will not be solved by the world government in a state of sweeping away the leaves in the autumn breeze. 】
[A few days later, Roja and others crossed the New World, the calm belt, and then secretly came to Ohara in the West Blue. 】
[This island is a small island that looks ordinary, and the only unusual place is the tall tree in the middle of the island, which looks like a hill. 】
[This is the most conspicuous building in the entire Ohara, and you can see this giant tree in any place.]
[This is also the world-famous all-knowing tree, the largest library in the world.]
[Since the genius Dr. Clover returned to Ohara more than ten years ago, the world’s top archaeologists have come to Ohara like pilgrimages, making this a sacred place for archaeologists. 】
[Roja, Fujitora, and Naguri boarded Ohara after some disguise. 】
[They can basically guarantee that their whereabouts will not be discovered by the world government, because most of the voyages, for the sake of concealment, Roja is to let Fujitora keep the ship in the air. ]
[Coupled with the powerful observation haki of the two, it can ensure that no one is following, and after disguise, Roja tries his best to avoid Ohara because they receive more attention from the world government. ]
[Although, according to Roja’s understanding, Ohara is now receiving much higher attention than their revolutionary army. 】
[“This place is really nice.” After Roja landed on the island, he couldn’t help but say. 】
[Although he is not very old, he has a lot of experience and has traveled to many islands. 】
[Ohara gives him the best feeling, not the richest, but the environment is good, and the mental state of the residents here is also very good. 】
[Ohara itself does not belong to any country, because there are many influential scholars in the world, plus the top genius Dr. Clover, so this place is very special. 】
[Just like water 7, it is a place that accepts the jurisdiction of the world government as a special city.】
[It is very peaceful here, basically there is no sign of frequent invasion by pirates, after all, the scholars here are not vegetarian, and their combat effectiveness is not low. ]
[Dr. Clover was a ruthless man who went to sea archaeology a lot and was arrested ten times by the world government. ]
[In addition, this is a simple academic holy place, there is no so-called bureaucracy, royal family and aristocracy, so it is much stronger than the former Goa. ]
[Roja likes this kind of place, Ohara feels that it can be called a pure land in this chaotic sea. 】
[After shopping, Roja called Olivia. 】
[A moment later, Olivia dressed in casual clothes at home and brought a little girl about three years old who looked pink jade to Roja. 】
[The little girl looks a little afraid of other people, but she is very sticky to Olivia, and she has been clinging to Olivia’s clothes. 】
[ “This is my daughter, Robin.” Olivia introduced to Roja with a smile. 】
[ With a look of love on her face, she said, “She is the most sorry person in my world, and since her father died, I left her alone in Ohara at the age of two because of an archaeological expedition.”】
[At the age of two, when he needed his relatives the most, Olivia did not return to Ohara once in more than a year. 】
[Roja can’t evaluate this matter, the archaeological work done by Olivia is not out of self-interest, and the danger he takes may die at any time. 】
[ “You can spend more time with her now.” Roja didn’t want the atmosphere to be so heavy, and said with a smile. 】
[ “I’m going to sea again.” Olivia touched Robin’s hair and said with a light sigh. 】
[Roja didn’t speak again, but squatted down and smiled at the three-year-old Robin: “I’ll stay in Ohara for a while, if you have any problem, just come to me, Robin.”]
[ After speaking, Roja looked at Olivia again and said with a serious face. 】
[“You go to sea, try to be careful, during this time I specifically learned about the relevant laws of the world government, starting with Dr. Clover, the world government has revised the relevant laws many times because of your archaeologists.”】
[ “The sentences for your archaeologists are getting heavier and heavier, and although I don’t know why the world government is trying to hide this history, I am afraid that your situation will become more and more difficult.” 】
[ “I see, thanks for the reminder, Mr. Roja.” Olivia was very calm, perhaps when she inherited her husband’s legacy and joined the archaeological expedition, she was ready to face everything. 】
[A moment later, under the leadership of Olivia, Roja and they successfully arrived in the Tree of All-Knowledge. 】
[This huge, supposedly the largest library in the world, made Roja feel shocked from the moment he entered the door. 】
[It’s hard to tell the scene in front of you, the mountain of books, the sea of books describes here, people in front of these vast sea of books, they seem small. ]
[ “You are Mr. Roia, I heard you from Olivia.” An old man who was not very tall came to Roja with an exaggerated image. 】
[Like a huge fan of hair, on both sides of the head, the beard is also an extremely exaggerated fan, completely covering the chest, and the whole hair plus the beard is like a clover. ]
[It looks a little funny, but Roja doesn’t have any funny thoughts in his mind, he just reaches out and shakes Dr. Clover hard. 】
[This is an admirable old man and the top archaeologist who is famous all over the world. 】
[His reputation is so loud that even the world government has to take into account the pressure of some public opinion, and has arrested him more than ten times, and each time he has to be released. 】
[This is a legendary figure, although his strength may not be too strong, but his contribution to this world is to some extent unmatched by admirals. ]
[“I have long admired you, Dr. Clover.” Roja said with a smile. 】
[ “Welcome, Mr. Roja.” Dr. Clover’s majestic face revealed a kind smile. 】
[His majesty comes from intellectual rigor, and when his kindness comes from his kind character, when he laughs, he is like the gentlest old grandfather.]
[ “I have read your book, it is very well written, and I hope to include him in the highest level of this all-knowing tree, I don’t know if I can.” Dr. Clover asked. 】
[“The top?” Olivia on the side was a little surprised.】
[The Tree of Omniscience is very strict about the inclusion of books, and it also has a very detailed layer. 】
[Inside the huge all-knowing tree, every link around the tree body is a layer. 】
[From top to bottom, there are a total of ten floors, of which the highest books, which are also considered the most valuable and precious books, are mostly some archaeological orphans, recording quite a lot of secrets. 】
[Only Dr. Clover has the power to decide which level the book is on, because he is Ohara’s authority.]
[He chose to place Roja’s collection of revolutionary ideas at the highest level, and you can imagine how much he admired and recognized this book. 】
[ “It’s my pleasure.” Roja smiled and nodded. 】
[ “No, it should be our honor.” Dr. Clover said with a straight face.]
[ “I have read most of the books in this world, and I think that only books that record thoughts are the most precious and valuable.” 】
[“Unfortunately, for so many years, there are very few such books, Mr. Roja, your book, the advanced ideas recorded in it, even I have seen it for the first time.” 】
[“What’s more valuable is that there is not only theory, but also corresponding practice, even among all the books of this all-knowing tree, the preciousness of this book is also at the top.” 】
[Dr. Clover, as an authoritative scholar, he doesn’t think he will tout anything for some reason, he really sees the light of thought in Roja’s book, and this book can even be said to be the most valuable book in the whole of Ohara. 】
[It is no exaggeration to say that he even saw the dawn of the world from this book, which is a book that can change the world. 】
[ “Unfortunately, the ideas recorded in this book are not tolerated by the world government, and I can’t help you promote the value of this book through my connections. All I can do is include it here, that’s all.” Dr. Clover sighed. 】
[ “You’re wrong, Doctor.” Roja was not proud of his achievements, he just smiled and said, “If you can let me read a few more books here, I will be very grateful.”】
[ “This is not a problem.” Dr. Clover smiled and said, “How about you work as a librarian right here?”】
[ “That couldn’t be better.” Roja said with satisfaction. 】
[ “However, this gentleman’s words, it is better not to go out often, for some reason, Ohara is under a lot of surveillance, and your characteristics are too obvious.”】
[Dr. Clover is talking about the Fujitora, and his strong body is somewhat conspicuous no matter how much he hides it, not to mention the blind character. ]
[ “I will.” Fujitora replied with some helplessness. 】
[The Roja and others settled in Ohara. 】
[The work of Roja, the librarian, basically has nothing to do, and the all-knowing tree itself is maintained by many scholars, and the scholars who can enter here are basically the world’s top and extremely high quality. ]
[All Roja needs to do is read, that’s enough. 】
[Roja likes to read, and when he was in the East Blue and the North Blue, he often read. ]
[Books are a way to help him quickly accumulate experience and help him understand the world more efficiently.]
[The Tree of Omniscience is divided into ten layers, and most of the books below are miscellaneous notes, nautical diaries, etc., such as the collection of nautical diaries that Roja read in the North Blue before, and even some novels, fairy tales and so on.]
[In the middle, there are already historical materials collected by archaeologists from all over the world, as well as historical research on some countries written by some scholars themselves.]
[Roja started reading from the bottom, these miscellaneous books can allow him to quickly understand the world from a rough angle, understand the customs and customs of most countries. 】
[ In this process, he learned a lot, and the war that had previously fallen into a bottleneck began to gradually advance. 】
[In this process, he paid special attention to the exchange with Dr. Clover, who is extremely knowledgeable and has traveled the world and has a broad vision. 】
[ Five days later, at nightfall, in the somewhat quiet Tree of Omniscience, Dr. Clover was holding a few pages that Roja had just written. 】
[Sitting opposite is Roja, next to Fujitora and Naguri.]
[“How to study war.” Dr. Clover whispered. 】
[ “The law of war is a problem that all those who guide war must study and solve.”】
[ “The law of revolutionary war is a problem that all those who guide revolutionary war must study and solve.”】
[ Dr. Clover’s voice echoes inside the Tree of Omniscience, adding a sense of heaviness to these words. 】
[“Everyone must understand that no matter what you do, you must understand the nature of that thing, its connection with something outside of it, know its laws, otherwise you must not do it well.”]
[ “War, which has been waged since the beginning of classes, is the highest form of struggle for the settlement of contradictions between classes and classes, between political groups and political groups, at a certain stage of development. “】
[ “Revolutionary war, revolutionary class war, has its own special laws and characteristics compared to ordinary wars.”】
[“Without understanding the laws of war, we cannot win wars, and without understanding the laws and nature of revolutionary wars, we cannot win revolutionary wars.” 】
[“Therefore, we should study the laws of war, and still more should study the nature and laws of revolutionary war, otherwise we will not be able to achieve victory.”】
[“It’s a good summary here.” After Dr. Clover finished reading it, he couldn’t help but sigh. 】
[ “Since ancient times, countless wars have broken out on this sea, and it seems that it will always be the tone of chaos, but no one has ever had such a profound understanding and summary of war.”】
[ “Especially your summary, combined with your previous volume of revolutionary ideological guidance, will be clearer and clearer. “】
[Dr. Clover felt more and more the value of that book, which recorded a set of ideas with unlimited potential, from which countless studies and methods could be extended to change the world, as was the case with this war theory.]
[The previous volume pioneered the division of classes, and this time on the war with classes, we can clearly understand the nature and purpose of war. 】
[ After appreciation, he continued reading. 】
[ “The war of liberation of Goa was the victory of our first revolutionary war, and we led the proletariat from Gray Terminal, overthrew the backward and decadent ruling classes of the Goa royal family and aristocracy, and established proletarian power. “】
[“During the war in the Kingdom of Lvneel, some comrades said that they should learn from the experience of the victory in the war of the Kingdom of Goa and copy the victory to the Kingdom of Lvneel, and I refuted this idea.”】
[“The victory experience of the Goa kingdom contains the peculiarities of the social class and institutional environment of the Goa kingdom, and if we copy it, it is to cut the foot and meet the battle.”】
[ “The final facts also prove that the war experience of the Goa Kingdom is not suitable for the Lvneel Kingdom, a remote location, insufficient troops, a strategic attribute is extremely important, and the enemy has sufficient forces.”】
[ “One is the proletariat, which has completely lost its ability to survive, and the other is the working class, which has rich experience in resistance, and the mode of development and struggle is completely different.”】
[“Fortunately, through investigation and research, we adopted a method of struggle that was more suitable for the Kingdom of Lvneel, and finally achieved a phased victory in the workers’ uprising.”】
[ “And after the victory of the workers’ uprising in the Lvneel Kingdom, there were also comrades who said that they would replicate the victory of the Lvneel Kingdom and liberate the member countries one by one.”]
