Uchiha Giyu Chapter 26
🕑 Added 2023-11-12 02:38:00 +0000 UTCChapter 26 Who named the Ten times the heart flying Uzumaki omelet rice?
"Hokage-sama, the treatment is over."
The vice president in a white coat walked out of the ward, her tone a little tired.
Kakashi was familiar with that tone, and as soon as he heard it, he knew that a difficult exchange had just taken place.
The Vice President took off her mask, revealing the face of a middle-aged woman wearing thick glasses.
"Naruto Uzumaki's body has a strong ability to heal itself, and new skin has grown on his hands. Because the wound was treated well before, there was no foreign matter left, so there is no need to re-operate and clean it.,"
"But because 'that' power suddenly flooded his body, the cells in his body were somewhat depleted, and he will be weak for a while. If he takes a good rest and recuperates his body, he will regain his vitality in about three or four days."
Judging from her words, she only knew that there was a tailed beast inside Naruto.
Having said this, the Vice President adjusted her glasses and gave advice to experts.
"But having said that, although the child has a good foundation, his physical development rate is slower than that of his peers. He should be allowed to eat more nutritious food. Otherwise, he will have no advantage after arriving at the ninja school. In other words, being at a disadvantage among his peers for a long time is not conducive to his emotional stability."
"Oh, I see."
The Third Hokage lowered his head slightly, hiding his expression under the Hokage's hat, but he had no intention of expressing his stance at all.
"What about the other kid?"
"It's a coincidence. I personally delivered the Uchiha twins back then, but I haven't seen them since, until today."
The vice-president showed a soft smile, "That child is different from Sasuke. He had never cried or laughed since he was born. At that time, we thought he was here..."
She pointed to her head.
"There may have been some hidden dangers. But now it seems that's not the case, which is a huge relief."
[Is that expression actually natural? ]
Kakashi groaned inwardly.
The vice president continued: "As for the injury, he was lucky. The giant millipede's blood burned through his epidermis and dermis, but miraculously avoided the blood vessels, saving a lot of trouble for subsequent treatment."
“I originally planned to apply some medication and then bandage it, but the kid was adamant about a quicker recovery."
"So I used a Mystical Palm Technique to slightly stimulate his self-healing ability. His left hand should be completely healed by tomorrow at most."
Then, her brows suddenly knitted together, "I really don't know what kind of person can be so cruel to a child..."
"Ahem! The village is already investigating this matter."
[You may not believe it if i tell you that He did it himself. ]
Third Hokage coughed twice: "I would like to ask, does this child Giyu...can't feel pain?"
Judging from Giyu's coffin-like expression after being injured, it's hard not to think of this possibility.
Since the ninja world was recorded, ninjas who have no sense of pain are all extremely cruel and uncontrollable existences.
These people cannot feel pain themselves, so it is difficult for them to understand how others feel when they are hurt. Naturally, they cannot talk about sympathy and mercy.
They dismantle a person's body as naturally and easily as an ordinary child dismantles a clock. They are not only a hidden danger to the enemy, but also to their own people...
If Uchiha Giyu is really such a child, it means that all the feelings he shows towards Naruto are all fake and manipulated.
Although combined with Giyu's performance and other rumors related to him, The Third Hokage feels that this is unlikely.
How many children can have their hands burned through by corrosive liquid without changing their expressions?
He had to be sure.
“When we examined him, we found no problem with his tactile nerve conduction."
"And he also showed a flight response to pain when he was a baby, so you don't have to worry about that."
The Vice President shook her head, "Besides, this child should be in great pain after suffering such an injury. It's just like when he was a child, he can't show it through his emotions, or he doesn't want to show it in front of his friends."
"In addition, this child's physical fitness is very good, and he must have gone through quite strenuous exercise. Maybe this level of pain is nothing to him anymore..."
"so."
The Third Hokage nodded in relief, "Thank you very much."
[That is a very strong-willed child. ]
There was a flash of appreciation in his eyes.
"You're welcome, this is my job. If there's nothing else, I'll go ahead and do some work."
"Ok."
After the vice-principal turned the corner, the Third Hokage took Kakashi to the window at the end of the corridor, took off his bamboo hat, and slowly rubbed his gray hair from his forehead to the back of his head with a pair of old hands. Still trembling slightly.
"Kakashi, you did the right thing this time."
After a long time, the Third Hokage turned his back to Kakashi and said, "If you hadn't sent a clone to find me at the root in time, the conflict between the village and Uchiha would have intensified again."
Humura, who is responsible for the jounin assessment, has told him several times about Uchiha Flame's bad temper.
It was an explosive package that declared that one person would challenge all participants in the assessment.
If, in a fit of anger, he used any powerful illusion technique on the shop owner who didn't even have control over chakra, the damage to the latter's spirit would be irreversible.
At that time, as Hokage, he would have to deal with this matter publicly and stand on the opposite side of the Uchiha clan.
Even if Uchiha did not initiate this incident, the consequences would not be any different.
Not to mention, Danzo will definitely fan the flames and make a big fuss about this matter.
Hearing what the Third Hokage said, Kakashi immediately lowered his head and apologized: "It was my negligence. When the child proposed to take Naruto to return the goods, I should have stopped him-"
Before he finished speaking, Third Hokage turned around, with the unique depth of an elderly person in power, a bit scary and a bit helpless.
"Do you really think so?"
"I do not know what you mean."
"Aren't you thinking, 'If the old man (Third Hokage) had made his orders clearer to the businessmen last time, this wouldn't have happened', aren't you?"
"..."
"well."
The Third Hokage placed his hands on both sides of the window sill and sighed.
"You are Minato's disciple, and you are the closest person to Naruto. I can tell you some things."
A trace of guilt flashed in the Third Hokage's eyes, but it was immediately replaced by the determination of being Hokage.
"Those people will find loopholes in my orders. Of course I know this. I even guessed that they would do this."
Kakashi said nothing, but through his masked eyes, there was no surprise at all.
How could the Hokage not think of things that he could think of.
But he didn't understand what the point of torturing Naruto like this was.
"I also watched Minato and Kushina grow up, and Naruto was delivered by my late wife herself. How could I bear the heart to let that child suffer under my eyes? If I were not the Hokage, I would definitely treat him like my own grandson and raise him with every possible care…"
"But as a Hokage——"
The old man's tone suddenly worsened, and the strong voice of his youth burst out from his lips and teeth.
"I have to prioritize the identity of Naruto's Jinchuriki and put the safety of the entire Konoha first."
"The Kyuubi inside Naruto is the most evil and powerful one among the nine tailed beasts. Even the sealing techniques of Minato and Kushina cannot ensure that the Kyuubi can be trapped honestly inside Naruto."
"Therefore, before Naruto completely stabilizes his emotions, every time he is stronger and healthier, the damage he may cause when the Nine-Tails chakra is leaked will be doubled. I believe you have also heard that You should understand what I mean with the jinchūriki going berserk in other villages..."
Kakashi nodded silently.
Jinchuriki are all time bombs, this is not just talk.
"Now that I'm old and decrepit, I can't be as calm as Raikage, and I don't have the confidence like Minato and Kushina to die with Kyuubi, so I have to take this strategy. But I don't regret it..."
There was a terrifying edge in his eyes.
"Because as long as it is known that Naruto caused serious casualties due to the leakage of Nine-Tails Chakra, Danzo will find a reason, and together with other advisors and some jounin, force me to hand over Naruto, and use his truly shady In this way, Naruto will be molded into a numb war puppet to realize his unrealistic but suspicious and paranoid ambitions. That is the situation I really don't want to see."
"I don't understand, since you think it's necessary to keep Naruto weak."
[Then why did you let Danzo go in the first place? ]
Kakashi suppressed his displeasure and asked doubtfully: "Then why did you agree to the child's request in front of those merchants today? Why not just separate them?"
[Isn’t this inconsistent? ]
The Third Hokage turned his head and smiled meaningfully.
"Let me ask you, what was the reason for the last time that we suspected that the tailed beast's chakra in Naruto's body leaked (actually it didn't)?"
"It's the Hyuga family's daughter who was being bullied."
"What about this time?"
"...When those people scolded him, they also scolded Uchiha Giyu."
"Then before, when Naruto himself suffered injustice and endured loneliness, was there ever such a situation?"
"……No."
"This already explains some problems."
The Third Hokage concluded, "No matter how evil the Nine-Tails in Naruto is, he is a good boy and has never had any ill will towards the villagers who ignored and hated him because of his situation."
"The most egregious thing he ever did was scrawling on other people's doors with paint in the summer. This kind of behavior can hardly be called revenge, but more like trying to attract other people's attention."
"Yes."
Kakashi nodded.
"But the situation changed when his friends encountered the same thing as him. This shows that he is a child who only desires power when it is to protect important people."
The Third Hokage paused and touched the back of his left hand pointedly, "On the other hand, Uchiha Giyu, after sensing Naruto's difficulty, did not hesitate to make sacrifices to help Naruto even though he did not know the specific reason. He wasn't lying, it just meant that he had the same idea."
"So, instead of letting Naruto continue his previous life, causing Uchiha Giyu to risk himself again, causing the tailed beast chakra to leak and even the conflict between the village and Uchiha, it is better to fulfill the goodwill between the two children. That formed a strong bond.”
"Having someone who truly cares about Naruto, rather than someone with complicated purposes and moods like me, by his side can help him gradually stabilize."
"At the beginning, the village did not agree with Minato and Kushina getting too close, but I still 'went my own way' to suppress their objections. But the facts have proved that it was the right choice, and I believe this time will not be an exception."
"After all, I believe in the will and strength of young people..."
The old man turned around, "This is the core of the Will of Fire."
"But the only hidden danger at present is not Naruto, but whether the child Uchiha Giyu will become a way for some Uchiha people to get close to Naruto in the future, so... Kakashi!"
"yes."
Kakashi knelt down on one knee.
When the Hokage suddenly spoke in this tone, he had a mission to give to Kakashi.
"You will take care of Naruto for two more months and then return to ANBU to continue being the captain."
The Third Hokage looked through the window and looked at the location of the "root". "After a few more assassination missions, Uchiha Itachi will enter the Hokage's direct subordinates through Danzo (in anime, Danzo said that he introduced Itachi to ANBU). You are Obito's friend and you also possess the Sharingan. Compared with other members, it is easier for you and Uchiha Itachi to have common topics."
"I need you to guide him, but also to examine him and figure out his tendency towards the village and Uchiha's attitude. You must do this. I hope you can understand."
"yes."
Kakashi then asked: "Naruto's side..."
"When he goes to school, he won't need to be protected alone during the day. I found him a teacher who I can absolutely trust. Although it may take some time for him to get used to it at the beginning, he is as kind as Naruto and has had similar experiences... "
Third Hokage said calmly, "As for the night, Tenzo will take care of him from time to time, so you can rest assured." (Tenzo is also called captain yamato)
[really……]
Kakashi twitched the corners of his mouth.
[You said you trust him, but in the end you send a ninja who knows Wood Release to 'take care' of Naruto? ]
The old man's mouth is full of beautiful words.
"Okay, now let's go see how these two little wounded are recovering, right?"
The Third Hokage crossed the corridor with a kind smile and opened the door of the ward.
…
By the time Naruto and Giyu came out of the hospital, it was already past three in the afternoon.
During this period, the parents of the children who maliciously added the blood of giant millipedes into the detergent also came to them one after another with their crying or bruised and swollen children to apologize.
The mastermind, a third-grade child, was expelled on the spot by the Third Hokage; the remaining accomplices were suspended from school for two years and worked voluntarily at Konoha Hospital. Only those with outstanding performance could return to school.
Uzumaki Naruto was a little soft-hearted and wanted to forgive them, but when he turned around and saw Giyu's expression, he said nothing.
In the end, each of them received a compensation of 50,000 Ryo and it did not include medical expenses.
After leaving the hospital, Giyu took Naruto straight to the stores where he was still a little scared. He began to teach him step by step how to choose fresh vegetables and meat, and then bought a series of basic seasonings such as soy sauce, miso, vinegar, and A pan for frying eggs.
With the induction cooker and rice cooker he brought to Naruto, it was enough to make some simple meals.
After returning to Naruto's house, the previously damaged door had been replaced by someone sent by the Third Hokage.
Giyu took out the copy of the recipe from his pocket and handed it to Naruto: "Find an easy recipe from the first ten pages and I will teach you how to make it."
"Minato-sensei's Secret Recipe"?"
Naruto read out the words on the cover.
Except for the signature "Uchiha Obito" on the last page of this recipe, it is really difficult to imitate the charm of it. Giyu has retained the other parts, which can be regarded as doing his part to protect the copyright.
Naruto opened the menu and browsed quickly, finally finding a familiar dish name.
"this one--"
He excitedly pointed it out to Giyu, "'Ten times the heart flying Uzumaki omelette rice.' The name suits me very well."
In fact, each of these dish names was more complicated than the last, and there were many rare words. It was the only one among the top ten that he could accurately name.
"Then let's do this."
Giyu nodded and put on an apron for Naruto, "Now, I'll teach you how to steam rice first..."
At this point, Uzumaki Naruto's nutritional problem has been basically solved. Only a month or two later, Giyu can pick the fruits of victory (referring to shiny hair).
But what Giyu doesn't know is that the life of a person he is familiar with has also entered a countdown.
