Uchiha Giyu Chapter 21
🕑 Added 2023-11-07 02:06:01 +0000 UTCChapter 21 Who is Shisui (Part 2)
Twelve Shisui, like petals wrapped around the stamen, surrounded Giyu.
They all carry the same aura, perform the same movements, and their gentle smiles make people shudder.
Giyu's eyes scanned their bodies one by one, and he fell into great confusion——
In the transparent field of vision, the ordinary clone technique used by Sasuke is just a thin layer of non-attribute chakra, which is the so-called illusion.
The shadow clone used by Itachi is an entity with chakra meridians. If enough chakra is stored in the shadow clone, ninjutsu can be released.
But the twelve clones of Shisui in front of Giyu are composed of a very solid green chakra, which is the same color as the Sharingan eye power in Shisui's brain.
These clones have no chakra meridians, but they are by no means an instant illusion, but a strange existence between illusion and reality.
In addition, the real Shisui, the Uchiha Shisui body with internal organs, is constantly transferred and replaced among these clones.
Giyu finally understood the reason why Shisui, who he had dragged into the water before, was still a living person with all his internal organs, but turned into an illusion the next moment.
He can swap places with the clone he created at any time!
On the other hand, Shisui found that Giyu's eyes were always staring at his own body, and he was also surprised.
[Can Giyu find the location of my entity? ]
As soon as this idea appeared, he immediately wanted to confirm it.
As a result, he moved faster among all the clones, but Giyu was like a spectator staring at a table tennis ball in the stands, following his movement with eyes.
The suspicion was confirmed!
This is the instant body technique transformed from ninjutsu!
It was inspired by the Flying Thunder God Jutsu of the Fourth Hokage.
Shisui felt a little depressed.
Finding his true form was something that even the sensory ninjas at the base couldn't do. How could Giyu do it for the first time?
Could it be that the technique he was so proud of had flaws that could only be discovered by a child?
At this time, a moist sea breeze blew by.
Along with the overlapping sound of the waves, it began to rain in the hazy sky, slightly blurring everyone's figures.
But this also means that Giyu, who originally had a geographical advantage, now has a bigger advantage, making it easier to use water release.
Uchiha Shisui took a deep breath.
"Although it seems that the right time and place are on your side, Giyu, it doesn't mean that you can find a way to break this technique."
Shisui smiled slyly, "Now, let's get started."
At this time, the countdown in Uchiha Madara's eyes had reached 60 seconds.
[These clones must be eliminated within a minute...]
Giyu made up his mind.
[Otherwise, if we change to the next environment that is not suitable for water breathing...]
Before he could think about it, all of Shisui's clones took action and swarmed towards Giyu.
[Is this a group attack? Just what I want...]
Giyu calmly judged the distance between the clone and him, raised the water blade in his hand above his head, and let out a loud shout.
"drink--"
Half of the chakra in his body poured into the water blade, and the other was slammed into the sea at Giyu's feet like a mountain dropped by a god.
"Water Breathing·Eighth Form: Waterfall Basin!"
Accompanied by the deafening and terrifying explosion, the location where Giyu and the clones were located was completely covered by the surging waves that were fifty meters high!
Even Itachi, who was watching the battle from a distance, was affected by this attack. His whole body was directly soaked by water droplets from the sky. His long-sleeved turtleneck was blown down by the strong wind caused by the aftermath of the battle and stuck to his chin. Not to mention the pants that bulged like a sail.
Even though the soles of his feet were tightly adhered to Uchiha Madara's hair with chakra, Uchiha Itachi was still blown back two steps before regaining his balance, with a deep solemnity in his eyes.
[The scale of this explosion was several times higher than the last "water dragon bomb". ]
He wiped the seawater off his face, [This blow alone was enough to destroy the Hokage Building directly. ]
The sea has been of great help to Giyu, a water release genius.
Not telling his father about Giyu's water release talent was definitely the right decision.
However, Itachi also knew that no matter how destructive this technique was, it would not pose any threat to Shisui's clone...
[Because the clone is essentially a creation of Sharingan eye power, which is the Yin attribute chakra. ]
Under the statue of Madara Uchiha, there are extremely wide transparent water strips one after another, wrapped in dense white foam, rising like waterfalls flowing backward from the sea to the sky, with strong impact and pressure, pushing those who have stopped. All the water clones were submerged. Their fate should be no different from those who were directly hit by the waterfall in the Valley of the End.
Even if his body wasn't shattered into pieces in an instant, he should at least be knocked away from this place.
However, what surprised Giyu was that these clones actually penetrated the water curtain one by one and came to him safely.
It wasn't like breaking out of the waves and rushing out of it, it was like walking past easily with nothing in front of you. The water curtain did not separate due to volume collision, as if the water flow passed directly through Shisui's clone.
These Shisui all have their eyes bent into a crescent shape, but none of them is the main body.
[what happened? Does Ninjutsu have no effect on his clone? ]
On the surface of Giyu, he still maintained the calm attitude of Giyu, but he made various speculations in his mind.
"It is a very powerful ninjutsu, Giyu."
After praising him, a clone of Shisui suddenly swooped in front of Giyu and stabbed the latter in the abdomen.
The speed of this clone was only about 2/3 of the main body. Giyu moved directly to the right to easily avoid it. The moment the opponent reached his attack range, he jumped up and pushed his knee against the clone's chin.
But surprisingly, he passed directly through the clone's body as if there was no braked carriage.
[Physical skills are also ineffective? ]
Giyu was extremely puzzled, [Are these clones unable to be attacked at all? ]
[But the attack they launched on me just now was real. ]
"Confused?"
Shisui said, "But it's good that you can still remain calm."
Giyu's performance is already the most praiseworthy among all the opponents who saw his "teleportation technique" for the first time.
Before Giyu could understand what was going on, two more clones attacked him from the left and right, and the clone that had just been passed through by Giyu immediately turned around and attacked him.
Giyu lowered his body, dodged the sneak attacks from the left and right, turned around and blocked the clone behind him with a sword.
There was a crisp sound of "pop" and the sluggish feeling of two weapons hitting each other was real!
[Is it physical again now? ]
Not only was Giyu's confusion unanswered, but he also wondered whether he was under an illusion. But the result of checking the intracranial chakra was that everything was normal.
Although this clone is composed of the power of the Sharingan eye, it is not as simple as a genjutsu.
[Shisui made reference to the shadow imitation technique of the Nara clan, and used the superb Yin-type chakra control of the Mangekyō Sharingan to allow these clones to exist between illusion and reality at the same time. They are only corporeal when attacking enemies. ]
Itachi, who was watching the battle, shook his head slightly.
He felt that Shisui was a bit too bullying by showing off his special skills so quickly.
Shouldn't we use some fire release, wind release, etc. to let Giyu get used to those ninjutsu and know how to deal with them?
He was obviously deficient in physical skills and wanted to use his special skills to fight in groups to save face...
[As expected, the gentlest clansman in Uchiha is still a guy who refuses to admit defeat. ]
At this time, all the clones of Shisui below joined the battle.
Giyu could only rely on his reaction speed to cope with it, but at the same time he did not forget to think about countermeasures secretly.
As a water hashira, there is no doubt that he is absolutely calm in battle.
First, there is no point in finding the ontology.
Because Shisui's true body will constantly change among his clones, it is more like a bait than a flaw.
These clones will only temporarily exist as "volume" and "body" when they attack him and cause actual damage to him, but as long as they plan to fight back, they will immediately turn into a phantom-like invisible existence. .
Unless, you can guarantee that you will kill the clone the moment the opponent attacks you, that is, the moment it materializes...
But the speed at which these clones transform from illusion to reality is too fast, and even the transparent world cannot catch the opportunity to attack.
Looking at the densely packed ninja swords around him, stabbing, teasing, sweeping or slashing, Giyu was exhausted from being able to defend them one by one. Once he concentrated on dealing with one of them, he would be seriously injured by other clones in the next second.
This is what is called two fists that are hard to beat with four hands!
unless--
Giyu pursed his lips, and the water blade in his hand suddenly lengthened, and he swung a somewhat rough circular slash, directly deflecting the weapon that was slashing at him. However, the fish that slipped through the net still cut open his flank, but before he could Under exquisite control, the kidneys were not damaged.
The micro-manipulation ability that penetrates the world can also temporarily stop wounds from bleeding.
But finally, at the cost of his injury, he bought himself a moment of time to use his sword form.
"Water Breathing·Third Form: Flowing Dance!"
A wave surfed under Giyu's feet, causing him to slam into several clones in front of him.
Since there was a water blade opening the way in front of them, these clones did not choose to attack, and Giyu passed directly through their bodies without any surprise, and began to glide at high speed above the water, but not in a straight line, but turning turns from time to time, one by one. After brushing against the bodies of all the virtual images, he turned around and sprinted towards the farther sea.
[Is it similar to Water Release: Wave Riding Strike? ]
"For an invincible enemy, running away is a good choice."
Shisui expressed his admiration a second ago, but immediately changed the subject, "But in front of me, this move won't work!"
As soon as the words fell, all the clones activated the teleportation technique to follow immediately. In an instant, they appeared next to Giyu dozens of meters away, and then they pursued him.
[Even the ordinary teleportation technique, Shisui has already perfected it to the extreme. ]
Itachi also didn't think running away was a good idea.
A ninja's level of teleportation can be seen from the distance he can cover in an instant.
The limit range of ordinary jounin, such as my mother's teleportation technique, is about ten meters.
However, Shisui's teleportation technique is on par with that of his idol, the Fourth Hokage, who can reach a distance of thirty meters in an instant, and often subdues the enemy while performing the teleportation technique.
Although these clones have some shortcomings, they are still stronger than ordinary jounin.
[Violence has almost reached its limit...]
Itachi judged this, feeling increasingly nervous.
I don’t know how Shisui will treat him when he loses in order to give him an idea of the cruelty of the ninja world.
Giyu below was running quickly and also felt the threat behind him.
He turned around suddenly, and at the same time as a clone launched an attack, his eyes finally turned purple, and the two single tomoe quickly turned like windmills!
With the blessing of the Sharingan, everything he saw slowed down further!
Now, the short gap between the virtual and the real state of Shisui's body has finally become traceable.
He quickly held out the water blade in his hand, and used the fastest move among all sword types purely in a physical way - Drop Ripple Thrust!
"laugh--"
After the sharp sound of breaking through the air, in the eyes of this clone with a disbelief, the water blade penetrated the body that was about to phantom, and then he immediately turned into nothingness!
"Success?!"
Itachi suddenly held onto one of Uchiha Madara's hedgehog hairs to prevent him from losing his balance due to surprise.
"Is Shisui's teleportation technique broken?"
He said to himself, feeling an electric current rush from his spine to his scalp, as if some existing concept was destroyed.
Then he calmed down a little, because Shisui had only lost one clone so far, and Giyu's situation had not improved much.
He believed that Giyu would be able to completely break Shisui's teleportation technique one day, but not today.
But to his surprise, Giyu seemed to feel a strong sense of confidence after he succeeded in the attack. He suddenly turned around and rode the waves in a circle with the chasing clones, passing them like a butterfly in a flower, luring Shisui's clone to attack him.
The number in Uchiha Madara's eyes was less than ten seconds left.
"He is going to..."
Shisui's true self, hidden in the clones, noticed that Giyu was deliberately traveling between the clones. The trajectory of his actions left elegant and beautiful water strips on the sea.
During this period, Giyu relied on his excellent dynamic vision to kill a clone again.
[Want to divide and defeat them one by one? ]
Shisui roughly figured out Giyu's thoughts and directly controlled all the clones to gather together.
But he didn't notice that all the clones were surrounded by water ribbons that crossed each other.
As if he had completely given up on this competition, Giyu took advantage of the wave and launched a suicidal charge against Shisui's remaining clones.
[Have you given up because the time is almost up? ]
Shisui smiled slightly.
All clones attack simultaneously.
Giyu had no intention of fighting back this time, staring coldly ahead with his ice-like eyes.
This seemed to confirm Shisui's suspicion that Giyu would be besieged and killed in the next moment.
Until a sudden change occurred.
When all the clones felt that they had a chance to win, the sword blades had already broken through Giyu's skin. In an instant——
Dozens of figures that looked exactly like Giyu sprang out from the water belt surrounding them without warning, like swordfish flying into the air. At the same time, they launched a Drop Ripple Thrust that was too fast to react!
It turns out that the Water Breathing: Third Form: Flowing Dance used in combination with chakra will automatically generate a water clone every time Giyu passes by an enemy! And these water avatars can hide in the water belts formed by riding the waves and launch surprise attacks.
He looks like he is meandering on the sea, but in fact he is waiting for this moment to catch them all!
After all, how could these clones think that anything unexpected would happen when the sword blades penetrated the enemy's body?
They can't react.
[Is this child actually using his own body as bait? ]
Compared to his brave calculations, it was his cruelty towards himself that surprised Shisui the most.
He looked at the large and small holes in the front of Giyu's body. Although none of them were fatal, the blood flowing out was undeniable. However, the handsome little face was as cold as ever, as if it was not him who was injured at all, but Something else.
What does it mean to have a calm mind...
Uchiha Shisui finally learned the lesson.
He should change his name to Giyu.
Even if you know it's an illusion, the painful feeling is still real, right? How dare you to be so bold?
If he encountered the same situation in reality, would Giyu still do this?
Bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang——
Under the surprise attack of the water clones, all the materialized pupil clones were directly defeated before turning into phantoms!
In the end, only Shisui's body was left hiding in the center, surrounded by the water body with a face as cold as ice, and pairs of black hole-like eyes staring at him.
At this point, the two levels were reversed, and the Shunshen Shisui technique that Shunshen Shisui was proud of was completely broken. (Shunshen means body flicker or teleport )
Above, Itachi's lips were slightly open, no longer as calm as usual, and he couldn't believe his eyes.
But after Shisui thought for a moment, he smiled and seemed not bothered by the fact that a flaw in his special skill was found.
On the contrary, he was happy, as if he had found room to go further.
The timer on Uchiha Madara's statue had just completely reset to zero.
The next moment, the scene changed.
They came to the wasteland of the Kingdom of Wind, which was filled with yellow sand.
The clones frowned in unison, and Giyu also felt that the breathing method was blocked.
"I'm no longer qualified to praise you, Giyu."
Uchiha Shisui said, "You have done something that no ninja in the entire Water Country can do."
He looked at the numerous wounds of varying depths in front of Giyu's body, and decided to end the battle quickly to avoid causing more pain to Giyu.
"However, if my prediction is correct, you should have very little chakra left, right?"
Shisui's words made Giyu's lips curl down slightly.
Not to mention the super-large Waterfall Basin, more than forty water clones have already consumed almost all of his chakra.
Especially after coming to the Kingdom of Wind, the speed of collecting natural energy through breathing has been more than twice as slow as before, and the speed of producing chakra in the body is also far slower than before.
He won't be able to use the sword form a few times.
"It seems I was right."
Shisui smiled slightly, formed a seal with his left hand, and waved the Ninja sword in his right hand gently to the right. The ferocious fire immediately wrapped around it, and he opened his teeth and claws amidst the roar of the wind. It looked intimidating enough.
This move is none other than Uchiha Style: Halo Dance.
"Then finally, let's end this wonderful battle on this battlefield that is most suitable for fire release."

Giyu's impression of Kirigakure Village ninjas: maybe a little weak.
