Uchiha Giyu Chapter 05
🕑 Added 2023-10-31 04:40:02 +0000 UTCChapter 5 Test
When Uchiha Fugaku and his family were enjoying their family life, the Hokage's office was equally lively.
At least they are not inferior to the former in terms of numbers.
An exquisite fox disaster relief mask was lying quietly on Sarutobi Hiruzen's desk.
"Hokage-sama, the sealing team has checked it again and again."
Kakashi under the ANBU mask reported: "This is just an ordinary mask, there is nothing wrong with it. Before coming, I also found the toy master who made this mask. He said that this mask belongs to Uchiha Giyu. He ordered five masks for his family, all in the shape of a fox, and they were ordered three days ago."
The third hokage smacked his cigarette holder, grabbed the mask with his right hand, and waved it towards his advisors on the sofa.
"My guess is correct. Naruto's sudden burst of abnormal power was an accident. The Uchiha child's encounter with Naruto and the fox pattern on the mask should be just a coincidence."
His dark eyes wandered around the three people, and finally landed on the bandaged old man who had his eyes closed in deep thought.
"Besides, even if Fugaku wanted to get close to and control the Jinchuuriki, he wouldn't let a child without chakra pass by. Wouldn't it be more convenient to just send Shisui to use genjutsu?"
"When it comes to Uchiha, you are too ignorant and want to blame them for everything. It is too dark to doubt your companions in the village like this."
"Danzo, if you have time in the future, you should come out of the ground more often and bask in the sun more."
The implication is, don't always think of others as sinister and dark as you.
Hearing this, the corners of Kakashi's eyes twitched slightly under his mask.
"Hiruzen, I don't have as much leisure as you do, and I don't have time to bask in the sun."
"Don't forget, the teacher has said again and again: No matter how careful you are with that clan, you can never be too careful."
The crutch in Danzo's hand tapped the ground, making a muffled sound, "Every time something goes wrong with the Jinchūriki or the Kyuubi, there are people from the Uchiha clan nearby. I never believe this can be explained by coincidence. Don't forget It happened five years ago, and we haven’t found out the reason yet, but the Sharingan in Kyuubi’s eyes is the evidence!”
"You seem to have got the order wrong."
Sarutobi Hiruzen sighed, "According to the report of the ninja in charge of Naruto, he threw stones at the three ninja school students first, and the youngest son of the Fugaku family appeared afterwards. The reason why Naruto's strength surged and destroyed That tree was because Hiashi's daughter was hurt in front of his eyes. He burst out of strength to protect his companions in the village, not because he was angered by seeing the mask..."
"Speaking of Hyuga Hiashi's daughter."
Danzo interrupted: "It is precisely because there are ninjas from the Hyuga clan nearby, so the ANBU responsible for surveillance are actually very far away. We only saw a glimpse, right?"
"...You are really arrogant and exploit every opportunity!"
Sarutobi Hiruzen frowned impatiently. He had already guessed Danzo's real intention in exaggerating the matter.
"You came to see me today. What do you want?"
The following conversation is very long, so here are the key words.
Danzo: Jinchūriki, root, cultivation, safety.
Hiruzen: No, darkness, explosion, Minato, entrustment.
Danzo: Hiruzen, you will regret this.
Hiruzen: Danzo, I am Hokage.
Danzo slammed the door and left.
The remaining two Hokage advisors were still sitting on the sofa, staring at the Third Hokage with piercing eyes.
"Although his thoughts are dark, he makes some sense. Hiruzen, you have to come up with some countermeasures. At least you have to find a way to know what the Uchiha clan is doing and what they want to do. Only relying on the telescopes used by the ANBU to monitor is far away. Not nearly enough.”
Koharu and Homaru came to an agreement, and they also felt that it was necessary to prevent Uchiha from taking measures against the Jinchuuriki.
In the past five years, the reputation of Uchiha and the Guard has become worse and worse, and the war between Konoha and this clan has ignited at a moment's notice.
Sarutobi Hiruzen sighed.
"Since you insist, Kakashi."
"yes."
"From tomorrow on, you, who have the Sharingan, will monitor and protect Naruto. As for the responsibility of the ANBU captain directly under the Hokage, let it be left to Shisui."
Sarutobi Hiruzen looked at the two advisors, "In addition, Fugaku's eldest son, the boy named Uchiha Itachi, will also participate in the Chunin Examination next month. With his strength, there will be no problem in passing the exam. After that, Let's find a reason to let him join ANBU. In this way, Shisui and Itachi, the two geniuses and rising stars of Uchiha, can experience what the Will of Fire is up close, and it will also be convenient for us to inspect them. That's all right. "
The two old people nodded.
Now that their goal had been achieved, they stood up and left.
Kakashi was about to leave with him, but was stopped by Sarutobi Hiruzen.
"Wait a moment."
Sarutobi Hiruzen then ordered: "Please inform me that from now on, no civilians or ninjas with roots will be allowed to contact Naruto. Including the few Ninja School students who attacked Naruto today, all will be expelled. The rest is , just leave the headache to Gen."
"yes."
Kakashi wasn't surprised.
Without anyone's instructions, how many children would dare to attack Naruto knowing that he is a "demon fox"?
This was obviously Root's intention to incite these students to beat and anger Naruto, to induce the power of the Nine Tails in his body to explode out of resentment.
It would be even better if those students were killed directly by Naruto.
Because once this happens, Danzo can prove to the elders and the jonins in the village that the Third Hokage's plan to train Naruto is wrong, and Danzo can naturally take away control of the jinchūriki.
[Absolutely, we can’t let this happen! ]
"Also, ask the person on duty tonight to take this mask back."
Sarutobi Hiruzen pushed the mask towards Kakashi with the cigarette rod, "I heard that Naruto put this mask next to his pillow before going to bed. For him, this is a rare gift."
"But this incident is enough to prove that even Uchiha children can lend a helping hand to strangers. I heard that Fugaku's youngest son doesn't want to become a ninja. Maybe it's because of the tenderness in his heart that he doesn't want to hurt others. Right. That kid reminds of that kid Obito, and there must be many similarities between the two of them."
[No, it’s not like that at all, Third Hokage-sama. ]
Kakashi was stunned, the words of the afternoon ninja dog echoed in his mind.
["This kid is super dangerous."]
"Kakashi?"
Seeing that he didn't respond, the Third Hokage said apologetically: "I'm sorry for bringing up your sadness."
He didn't mean to test Kakashi's mental state, but the result was still a bit unexpected.
"If nothing happens, Hokage-sama."
Kakashi decided to hide his opinion of Uchiha Giyu first, "I will go back to duty first."
"Well, go ahead."
Sarutobi Hiruzen turned his back, "Looking at how distracted you are, it would be better to read less of Jiraiya's books."
Kakashi's teleportation technique failed and he slid to the roof of the Hokage Building.
The next morning.
The moment Giyu opened his eyes, he heard the mysterious prompt again.
[8 hours of close contact with Uchiha Sasuke, flame breathing resolution +0.04%, thunder breathing resolution +0.04%]
He sat up with some confusion and observed Sasuke who was squeezed into the same bed with him.
Sasuke was sleeping soundly and sweetly, and when he smashed his mouth, he didn't forget to pick his belly, like a white pig.
If I remember correctly, before he fainted yesterday, what Giyu heard was that after spending an hour "close" with Itachi, the resolution of Flame's breathing increased by 0.02%.
After that, his father Uchiha Fugaku only used a small ninjutsu, and the resolution increased by 0.04%.
However, he and Sasuke slept together for a total of 8 hours at close range, but the resolution of the Flame Breathing and the Thunder Breathing each increased by 0.04%, which is equivalent to an increase of 0.01% per hour.
Then here comes the problem.
Why does Sasuke have more Thunder Breath resolution than his father and Itachi?
And this close range, how close is considered close?
[Within a two-meter range of a person who is close to you, you can analyze the corresponding breathing method through the other person's chakra attributes (the original text of the comic is "nature", for the sake of easier understanding in this book, it will be replaced by attributes in the future). The value of the resolution depends on the opponent's grasp of the changes in chakra properties of that attribute. ]
[The man spoke again. ]
Giyu frowned coldly, and directly entered the [Transparent World] state and scanned the surroundings, but did not see any living things. Thinking about it carefully, it was more like that voice appeared directly in his head.
A few seconds passed, but Giyu didn't hear any movement.
However, at least his doubts were answered.
To obtain the resolution of the breathing method, the following conditions need to be met.
1. Be around people with high intimacy.
The so-called intimacy should refer to the quality of the relationship.
Relatives and friends are naturally closer.
In this world, Sasuke, Itachi, and his father and mother are all included, and maybe Shisui is also included...
2. You must keep a distance of within two meters from these people.
That means at least being in the same room with them.
The resolution is calculated once every hour if the opponent does not release ninjutsu.
If a ninjutsu is cast, it will be settled on the spot, just like yesterday when Uchiha Fugaku blew out two fire lotuses.
However, the specific breathing method to analyze depends on the chakra attributes possessed by the opponent.
When Giyu thought about it, the word attributes should refer to things like fire release and water release, which respectively correspond to the Flame Breathing and the Water Breathing in the breathing method.
According to the explanation he heard yesterday, as long as the Flame Breathing is completely analyzed and cultivated to the level of Constant, the Flame Hashira can be resurrected.
Full concentration and constant concentration is a state of breathing practice.
When using the full concentration breathing method normally, swordsmen are actually using violent breathing to forcibly improve their physical fitness and overload the body. Therefore, it cannot be used for a long time, otherwise it will leave serious side effects, such as necrosis of lung cells, etc.
However, after a swordsman completes the training of [Constant], he can use the breathing method without any burden 24 hours a day. He can also use the breathing method to mobilize the power of nature to subtly change his body.
It can be said that as long as it reaches the normal level, it has reached the threshold of the column.
It has been half a year since Giyu's water breathing reached normal level.
What surprised him was that the natural power of this world was more abundant than on the earth, which also caused [Water Breathing·Constant] to strengthen this body much faster than he did on the earth.
Helping the yellow-haired child yesterday was the first time he used his strength since he came to this world.
Although that blow was not at full strength, its power was no weaker than when he first became a Hashira.
And what he used to perform Drop Ripple Thrust was not the Nichirin sword, it was just an ordinary stone...
This makes Giyu quite confident in this body.
Although it will be more difficult to switch to the Flame Breathing method, the breathing methods are the same after all.
With his current physique, even if there is a problem, it won't be a big problem, and it will only be a matter of time before he reaches normalcy.
As long as he can resurrect Kyojuro, his favorite teammate first, Giyu will overcome any difficulty.
(In the formula book, Giyu’s attitude towards Kyojuro is: He often takes the initiative to talk to me. I like it.)
[What about the others? ]
Giyu tentatively asked in his heart, ["What if it's Tokito Muichiro?" How to resurrect him?” ]
It was so pitiful to die like that at the age of fourteen.
Moreover, the person who killed Muichiro was none other than his ancestor, Kokushibō, one of the upper moons.
Giyu intends to resurrect Muichiro, but he seems to have never heard of ninjutsu such as Mist Release in the ninja world.
[You need to reach Normal-Level of the Water Breathing and the Wind Breathing, then Tokito Muichiro can be resurrected. ]
Giyu blinked.
It turned out that this strange voice selectively replied to his answer.
Mist's Breathing used by Tokito uses hazy mist and high-speed movement for guerrilla warfare. It is derived from Wind Breathing, but it also draws lessons from Water Breathing, and it seems to correspond to Wind Release and Water Release.
However, does this mean that he has to find someone who can use these Releases and become friends with him before he can analyze it?
Making friends is undoubtedly the most difficult thing for Giyu.
In the two years after killing Muzan Kibutsuji, he couldn't find a job because he couldn't communicate with others, so he lived off his previous savings.
During this period, his only social activity was writing letters with Tanjiro and his master...
However, Giyu Uchiha can overcome this level of difficulty!
As long as you know what others like to eat and carry it with you to feed them, you can always make others like you.
This is the wisdom Tanjiro taught him.
(Shinazugawa Sanemi: ×@#&!)
[What about Insect Hashira Kochō Shinobu? ]
Giyu changed the question.
[When You need to reach the normal level of water breathing, and just get started with moon breathing. ]
Giyu was stunned for a moment.
The Moon Breathing, isn't this one of the breathing methods of the first upper moon?
But the problem is that he has never heard his family mention words related to "moon release" and "moon attributes".
Moreover, this moon breathing has nothing to do with the Kochō Shinobu's insect breathing, right?
After thinking for a long time, he didn't wait for a reply, so he stopped worrying.
[Can Sabito be resurrected? ]
Sabito was the senior brother who practiced with him in Sagiri Mountain, but in the end he became the only person who lost his life during the examination to join the team at Mount Fujikasane.
His talent was very high, and Giyu always felt that if he had survived, he would have become a water hashira earlier than himself.
That way, fewer team members will die in the final battle.
[Among the people who can be resurrected, only the "Hashira" who died fighting demons before and after the decisive battle are included. ]
It only includes Hashira.
Giyu was not disappointed and continued to ask.
[That Shinazugawa Sanemi...]
It has been five years since Giyu came to this world, and Shinazugawa must have almost died.
[Not included. He died after you were reincarnated. ]
What a pity. Giyu thought. (Shinazugawa Sanemi is an important supporting character in the author's previous book, so I won't write it anymore, the same below)
[What about Kochō Shinobu’s sister, Kochō kanae? ]
[She have been reincarnated and living a very happy life. ]
Giyu was stunned, this was good news.
In this way, after he asked about the conditions for the resurrection of each Hashira, his mood became better and better.
[Resurrection of Flame Hashira·Kyojuro Rengoku requires the Flame Breathing to reach normal level. ]
[Resurrection of Insect Hashira·Kochō Shinobu requires Water Breathing to reach normal level and Moon Breathing to get started. ]
[Resurrection of Mist Hashira·Tokito Muichiro requires Water Breathing and Wind Breathing to reach normal levels. ]
[Resurrection of Love Hashira·Kanroji Mitsuri requires the Flame Breathing to reach the normal level and the introduction of breathing of the sun. ]
[Resurrecting the Snake Hashira·Iguro Obanai requires the Water Breathing and the Thunder Breathing to reach normal levels. ]
[Resurrection Stone Hashira·Himejima Gyōmei, requires the Stone Breathing to reach the normal level]
Wind Hashira Shinazugawa Sanemi, and Flower Hashira Kochō Kanae are not yet available as resurrection options.
Tengen Uzui has not turned on his markings, so he probably lives happily with his three wives...
Giyu kept these conditions in the back of his mind.
Among them, Flame Hashira is undoubtedly the easiest to resurrect, because he can get the Flame Breathing from his father, Itachi and Sasuke to achieve resolution.
At this point, Uchiha Giyu finally found something that could be called a goal in the ninja world.
After finishing, Giyu pushed the sleeping Sasuke aside and got up himself.
Today he will follow Itachi and Sasuke to the training ground. As long as he follows closely and stays within two meters, he should be able to better understand the working principle of the so-called resolution. By the way, he wanted to know if there was anything like the moon attribute...
It's not that he has any special feelings for Kochō Shinobu, it's just that first he wants to resurrect someone who is willing to talk to him, such as Kochō Shinobu and Rengoku Kyojuro, so they should get along better with each other.
After all, Tokitou Muichiro and Iguro Obanai don't seem to like him very much, especially the latter, who always runs against him with Shinazugawa, making Giyu very sad.
After going downstairs, Giyu noticed his father Fugaku sitting in the courtyard talking to Itachi, who nodded from time to time, as if he had accepted some task; his mother was in her room.
As usual, Giyu ignored them and started cooking after washing. He first remade the leftover dishes from last night and then prepared the snacks for today's outing.
Half an hour later, Sasuke came belatedly, wiping his eyes. The family was eating breakfast on the table in the room, silent and boring, the kind of dining style that Uchiha should have.
Until Giyu suddenly asked: "What is chakra attribute?"
The family was shocked.
Mikoto covered her mouth in excitement, her eyes filled with disbelief.
[Oh my god, Giyu actually took the initiative to talk to someone! ]
She almost cried.
Although he didn't ask a specific person, he finally asked a question that had nothing to do with housework!
This is also a question that a child of his age should ask.
[My Giyu has finally grown up! ]
"Sasuke, do you remember what I told you before? It's up to you to tell Giyu."
Itachi wanted to ask Sasuke to show off his recent learning achievements, fearing that Fugaku would think that Giyu's talent was better, and then another bowl of water would be uneven, which would hurt Sasuke's feelings.
Sasuke, who was still stuffing fried fish belly into his mouth, immediately sat upright, planning to show off in front of his father.
"Well, my brother said that chakra has five basic attributes, namely water, fire, thunder, earth, and wind. Every ninja is born with at least one of them."
Sasuke glanced at Itachi.
When he found the latter smiling and nodding to him, his tone of voice became more confident.
"For example, we Uchiha are born with a high affinity for fire attributes. Therefore, when we use fire release to change the extracted non-attribute chakra into fire attribute chakra, it will be less wasteful and more efficient than other ninjas. The power of the technique will also be greater."
"However, my brother also said that in addition to the natural attributes, ninjas can also study the changes in the properties of other attributes through acquired training, but it is more time-consuming. If you want to become a jounin, you must master two to three or more attributes of chakra. It takes a change in nature.”
"Good."
Uchiha Fugaku nodded with satisfaction and said what he had been holding back all night yesterday, "As expected of my son."
In fact, his words included all three sons, but he was too brave to say it last night.
But today, he still said it.
Fugaku enjoyed his breakfast very much.
These three sons, including Sasuke, are all stronger than they were at the same age.
He felt that as long as things went well, Uchiha would soon get rid of Shisui, whose position was questionable, and have a true backward power of his own.
But after hearing his praise, Sasuke was the happiest.
Both sides of his face were red as if they were about to burn, and those who didn't know thought he was preparing a fireball.
Then, Uchiha Mikoto asked her doubts.
"But Giyu, why are you curious about this?"
[Did Sasuke say something to him again last night? ]
"Well, I want to know, in addition to these five attributes, are there any chakra attributes related to the moon?"
Sasuke was a little confused by the question, he opened his mouth and shook his head.
"Moon? You want to say it is yin."
Fugaku took a sip of the soup and said calmly, "In addition to the five basic attributes, there are also two chakra attributes that are rarely mentioned, yin and yang. Among ninjas, the one who can understand the changes in the properties of yin attribute chakra There are very few people, and most of them have just started to use it in sealing and illusion techniques."
"Among Konoha, only the Nara, Yamanaka, and Kurama clans, as well as a few genjutsu ninjas, are serious about studying the changes in the properties of Yin-type chakra.'
"Mastering the changes in the nature of Yin-type chakra not only requires a very high level of understanding and imagination, but is also very time-consuming. The only people who can quickly master the Yin-type chakra are us Uchiha. We don't even need to deliberately improve this There is no need to use seals to release illusions."
He switched out his three Tomoe sharingan and moved it slightly in his eye sockets.
The family members put down their chopsticks and stared into his eyes motionless.
"Giyu, as long as your Sharingan can continue to evolve, the Yin attribute chakra, which is what the clansmen call eye power, will also become stronger, and the effects of illusions used will become stronger and stronger, and even modify reality, reversing life and death is no problem. You said yesterday that you don't want to be 'disliked' by others, but as long as your illusion is strong enough, you can do this."
[How, now you will finally understand how powerful Uchiha is? ]
Fugaku stared at Giyu's face, as if he wanted to see an expression of longing or pride for his clan.
[The Sharingan is the eye that reflects the soul, and its power will be focused according to the desire of the holder's heart. ]
[If Giyu can become a stronger genjutsu ninja than Shisui, maybe we can control the top brass of Konoha without knowing it. ]
But he was disappointed.
Giyu looked at those bloody eyes in silence, and suddenly realized something in his heart.
The dark energy in the minds of the tribe suddenly had an explanation. It turns out that is the Yin attribute chakra unique to the Uchiha clan.
But why does it always give him a bad feeling?
It's like there's something strange mixed into this chakra...
But Giyu's biggest gain this morning was that he learned about Yin and Yang, two attributes that only Ninja School graduates would understand, which corresponded to the Moon Breathing and the Sun Breathing.
In this way, whether it is to resurrect Kyojuro Rengokuu or Kochō Shinobu, it is enough to "start" from family members to collect resolutions.
For Giyu, this is undoubtedly good news, it means that he does not have to contact more people for the time being.
That is, from now on, he has to be more like Sasuke and become more clingy, in a literal sense.
But this way, he can no longer stay at home alone for too long...
[How to plan time? This is a problem……]
Seeing that Giyu had no reaction after hearing this, Uchiha Fugaku curled his lips downwards.
He ordered Itachi: "Speaking of chakra attributes... buy a Chakra paper for Sasuke to test his potential. As my son, he should have more than one attribute."
"yes."
Itachi agreed.
Although Sasuke still has a long way to go before he can learn to change his nature, by knowing his attributes in advance, Itachi can collect some ninjutsu that are more suitable for Sasuke during the mission and pave the way for him.
Of course, if Giyu is willing to learn to refine chakra, you can also give him a chakra paper...
On the contrary, how can we make him willing to study?
Yesterday, Giyu made the wish [not to be hated by them]...
But he really couldn't figure out who "they" were.
After eating, Uchiha Fugaku and Mikoto went to work, while Giyu had prepared the remaining snacks and was waiting at the door with two forty-centimeter-high food boxes. Ninjas have a huge appetite, let alone during training.
"Giyu, we are going for training, not camping..."
Sasuke said this, trying to show himself as a hard-working adult in front of his younger brother.
But to be fair, he didn't want to eat rice balls to satisfy his hunger at noon.
He walked up to Giyu and wanted to take one of the boxes to help Giyu.
But Sasuke had just picked up the food box, and his face suddenly turned pale as if he had seen a ghost, and then gradually turned red.
In the end, it was Giyu who took the food box again and freed him from the embarrassing situation.
"This one has soup in it. It's very heavy. I'll do it."
Giyu carried the food box in his hand easily, as if it was weightless, which made Sasuke feel panicked.
[Why is Giyu so strong despite never practicing! Is he really a more powerful genius than big brother? ]
A faint feeling of displeasure welled up in Sasuke's heart.
Itachi watched this scene silently, remembering the task his father had given him after getting up in the morning.
["Find a way to see how strong Giyu's physical fitness is."]
Although knowing that after he complied, his father would be more determined to let Giyu become a ninja, he had to do this.
"Sasuke, have you brought the shuriken and kunai for practicing taijutsu?"
Itachi asked softly.
"Yes."
Sasuke touched the bulging ninja tool bag tied to his leg, "I also brought for Giyu."
Anyway, he made up his mind to ask Giyu to train with him.
"I'm just going with you."
Giyu followed to improve the resolution, but he was still not very interested in becoming a ninja.
Even if he wanted to pursue strength, the transformation of his body through the breathing method was far from reaching the upper limit.
To put it bluntly, Sasuke was so angry that he could become stronger just by breathing every day, and the progress was extremely fast.
"Just do what Giyu wants to do."
Seeing what Sasuke had to say, Itachi shook his head slightly.
For children who have ideas, it is useless to force them. You must start by easing the other person's ideas.
However, he still planned to show the power of Ninjutsu to Giyu first. Maybe Giyu was very fond of the effects of those fancy Ninjutsu. Many ninjas began to study seriously for similar reasons, just to be "handsome" and "good-looking"...
"By the way. In order to exercise, how about we go for a run today?"
Itachi did not forget his father's arrangement, so that he could see what level of endurance Giyu had and also roughly deduce his overall physical fitness.
"But then, we won't have the energy when training."
Sasuke was a little reluctant. The training ground they often went to was in an area even further outskirts of the Uchiha clan, and was several kilometers away. As for the training ground in the lake area behind the family, there are always some young clansmen who want to prove themselves and cause trouble for Itachi, so they choose to train at the training ground in the village.
"Sasuke,if you are willing to run, I can carry you home in the afternoon."
"Then I do!"
Sasuke showed a level of clinginess that Giyu envied.
If he could do this, everyone would be resurrected faster.
Itachi smiled and turned his head, "I can help you get the food box."
"No need."
Giyu refused: "I can keep up."
He planned to stay within two meters of Uchiha Itachi all day today.
Let's see if Itachi, who possesses the Three Tomoe Sharingan, can give the resolution of the Moon Breathing.
