[After Garp and Aokiji left, the same discussion took place in the room. 】
【"Why let them live here?" Fujitora asked puzzledly: "Monkey D Garp is still a Marine. Marine is standing with the World government."】
[Fujitora is like this, let alone Naguri, he is a pirate, facing Garp, it is like a mouse seeing a cat]
【"Mr. Issho, as I said before, to distinguish who is our enemy and who is our friend, the World government is a very large group. The enemies we can confirm at present are Celestial Dragons, and they absolutely support Celestial Dragons power."]
["Marine is a violent organization under the World government, but my investigation in the past six months has found that Marine is not just simply a violent organization." Roja said. 】
【"Especially in modern Marines, many people who have been victimized by pirates join Marines for the sake of justice in their hearts. .”]
【"And then there is the second point, for this purpose, to compromise with the World government that can provide military expenses."】
【"Of course, the Marine organization is huge, and many of them joined with various purposes, some purely for status and wealth, and some went to extremes, linking justice with the world government."】
["But Garp and Kuzan aren't like that, that's why I let them stay," Roja said. 】
【"They already have dissatisfaction with the nobles of the world in their hearts, and they have also seen the darkness of the world. Most importantly, they also have the vision to make the world a more peaceful and beautiful place."】
【"From some point of view, their purpose overlaps with ours, so if we can get their approval and then get some support, it will be of great help to us at present."】
【"Is this possible?" Naguri asked. 】
【"Yes, we may lack some convincing power for others, but for Garp whose hometown is in the Kingdom of Goa, we are now, the transformation of the gray terminal, is the best persuasive power."】
【"Do you still need to carry out daily activities? Do you still need to continue the evening classes?" Fujitora asked. 】
[The evening class is the core of their camp, responsible for teaching the core ideas. 】
【"There is no need to hide from them." Roja thought for a while and said. 】
【He can probably guess some of Garp's thoughts here, if that's the case, just show him. 】
【Ideology has always been their most powerful weapon. 】
[After this day, Garp didn't even go back to Windmill Village, and took Aokiji to live in the revolutionary army camp. 】
[During the day, he would occasionally be responsible for training the soldiers of the Revolutionary Army. His strength is much stronger than the current Fujitora, and the skills he teaches are more practical. 】
[In the afternoon, Garp will also train. Although the technique is very unfamiliar, it is better to work hard and perform miracles]
【At night, he will take Aokiji to night classes】
[The evening classes these days are about political stances, and Roja is the main lecturer. 】
【"Everyone should have their own political position."】
【"This political position is based on the consideration of one's own class, after thinking about the social system and a series of factors."】
【"I don't know much about other places without investigation, but in the Kingdom of Goa, the people here don't have their own clear political stance."】
【"The nobles are deliberately weakening the public's thinking about society, and strengthening the nobility and rationality of their own class status."】
【"As the proletariat in our revolutionary army, the political standpoint of all of us should always stand on the standpoint of the masses of the people."】
【"Maybe some people feel that politics is too far away from them.】
["But in fact, when this political stance becomes the mainstream, everything must be under the shackles of this political stance, and exploitation and oppression will no longer be as unscrupulous as they used to be. "]
【"The elimination of exploitation and oppression is a long-term and tortuous process, but we must firmly stick to our hearts during this process."】
【……】
[Garp lived in the camp for about a week, and on this day, he finally came to say goodbye to Roja. 】
["Can we talk somewhere alone?" Garp asked. 】
【And Roja nodded, didn't bring Fujitora and Naguri with him, and Garp didn't bring his little fanboy Aokiji with him, the two just walked aimlessly, chatting while walking. 】
【"There is actually a question that I have been puzzled about for a long time. I seem to have cleared up some of the questions you mentioned about your political stance before, but there are still many things I don't understand."】
["What do you think of Marine's political stance? Is it to protect the interests of the general public?" Garp asked. 】
[The closer you get to the top of the Marine, the more places you travel, and the more darkness you witness. Garp himself is very clear that it is completely different from the passionate justice when he first joined the Marine. 】
【"Before I ask this question, I want to ask you, Mr. Garp, what do you think is the role of Marine?"】
【"Of course it is to fight pirates and maintain peace." Garp said without thinking. 】
[For Marine, justice may become blurred, but responsibilities are still relatively clear. 】
【"What is the purpose of fighting pirates and maintaining peace? Is it to make the nobles, Celestial Dragons and other ruling classes more comfortable?"】
【"Of course not." Garp retorted, how could he be a Marine to fight against pirates to make life better for those idiot nobles. 】
【"What is that for?"】
【"In order for the people to live a stable life, they don't have to be persecuted by pirates."】
【"Does this population include people from non-affiliated countries?" Roja continued to ask. 】
[Garp is slightly silent. 】
【"Even the people of the allied countries, if the Five Elders say that they have all violated the law and need to be completely eliminated, will Marine take action to eliminate them, or will they consider whether the order is appropriate and whether the law is correct?"]
[ Garp still doesn't speak. 】
【"The Kingdom of Goa, the royal family's own army, what is their political stance? Is it for justice? Or the people? I'm afraid it is essentially for the interests of the royal family."】
["So, in essence, the Marine is no different from the kingdom's guard army. The original intention may be good, but when the people in power are corrupt nobles, they are slowly compromising and becoming nobles' weapons for oppressing the people."]
【"World government, no, Marines may not be as bad as you think, Roja." Garp wanted to say something, but when he said it, it seemed a little pale. 】
【"I am the sole survivor of the kingdom of Krojashi, Mr. Garp."】
【Roja turned his head around, looked at Garp and said calmly, and the latter's eyes dimmed instantly. 】
