【"Union." Karasu repeated in a low voice.】
[When the word came out of Roja's mouth, he felt an inexplicable sense of power. 】
【"Yes, union." Roja repeated: "That means union of workers."】
【"If we want to unite the workers and protect the interests of the workers to the greatest extent, we must establish a worker's union."】
【"The voice of a worker is weak, but the roar of thousands of workers can frighten those nobles and royal families who only want to enjoy themselves."】
【"Okay." Karasu shouted excitedly: "Mr. Roja, tell us how to create a trade union."】
【"First of all, let's make it clear that the highest authority of the trade union is the General Assembly, which is composed of all trade union members and is responsible for deliberating various matters within the trade union."】
【"If you want to establish a trade union organization from scratch, the first and most important thing is to develop members, explain the concept of trade unions to workers, and let workers spontaneously join the trade union."]
【"Considering the number of workers in Coal and Iron City, we can be divided into major trade union groups, discuss with each other, and finally aggregate to the final management of the trade union."】
【"You can find a few familiar and trustworthy workers first, and then spread out the development of members." Roja said while thinking. 】
【"There is one thing I hope you can do, that is, when developing members, register the detailed information of members as much as possible. If you are an aborigine, what work did you do before, and what specialties do you have?"]
【"If you are a slave, what was your identity before you were caught, you are not a member of a member country or a pirate, etc., these information are very important." Roja exhorted. 】
【"I see, this shouldn't be too difficult. I still have some reputation among the workers at the steel plant." Karasu said confidently. 】
【Seeing his self-confidence, Roja knew that he might not have a little reputation. 】
[Karasu has eyeliners in the mining area. Before Roja came to the kingdom, he could almost be called the leader of the workers here. 】
【"After developing members, let's talk about the organization. You can select some educated and insightful members from among the members to facilitate management."]
["I roughly divide the functions into four. The propaganda department is responsible for giving some simple speeches on a regular basis, allowing workers to recognize their own exploitation situation, and raising a wave of resistance against the same enemy."]
【"The second one, the negotiation department, is in charge of negotiating with the royal family and the world government. The main method can be through strikes. If it doesn't work, uprising."】
【"Is it useful to negotiate with the World government?" Karasu's eyes were full of resentment, and he said: "In every previous uprising, they never listened to us at all, and only pointed their guns at us."】
["Uprising is not a method of negotiation, but a last resort." Roja explained. 】
【"Whether it is the royal family or the world government, the reason why they value the Lvneel Kingdom is also because of the rich coal resources here. Simply put, it's for profit."】
["The uprising cannot be eased, but the strike can be negotiated. If you want to resume production, you have to make certain concessions, and don't make concessions, unless they also engage in bloody suppression in the face of the strike"]
【"Although there is a saying that is very sad, slaves are also the property of the rich. If too many slaves die, the rich will also feel distressed. Between the loss of profits, they will naturally choose the one with the smallest loss, which will result in a concession."】
【"I see, what you said makes sense, Mr. Roja." Although Karasu doesn't like to compromise, he knows what Roja said is right. 】
【"The third is the supervision team, which is used to monitor whether the factory has made concessions, and the other is to monitor our own people."】
【"our own people?" Karasu was a little puzzled. 】
【"Yes, I call it a scab. If workers want to be powerful, they must be united to make the rich make concessions. A scab is someone who destroys the interests of all workers." Roja explained. 】
【"There shouldn't be such a person." Karasu is still a little naive at the moment, he can't imagine how such a hard-pressed worker would betray the trade union. 】
【"Don't overestimate human nature. What if the world government and the royal family send people to win over a group of workers? What if they secretly give higher conditions and let them break the worker's strike?" Roja's eyes are calm and rational. 】
【This place is completely different from the Goa Kingdom. Not only is the environmental system different, but there are also too many people to manage. 】
[Karasu didn't say anything more. 】
【"You can find some trustworthy people, organize worker's' pickets, and if necessary, you can take coercive measures against scabs." Roja sighed. 】
【"The fourth one is the condolence department. If a worker is injured during the strike, the trade union should give condolences and help them with treatment. It can also be called the logistics support department"】
【"Okay, that's about it. These are enough for you to do for a while." Roja said: "Let's discuss today's matters here first. We can continue to discuss specific matters later. "]
【"I'll do it as soon as possible." Karasu said with a solemn face. 】
【He gained a lot today, the most important thing is that with the leadership of Roja, they really found a direction. 】
[Instead of just thinking about uprising and desperately like before. 】
"This kind of opponent is really scary."
In a sea area of the New World, on a Marine warship, Tsuru couldn't help but sigh with emotion.
She watched Roja use the existing information bit by bit to come up with an effective organizational framework in a short time.
Looking at him, facing an almost deadlocked environment, he found his direction and began to mobilize the masses little by little.
"Manpower is sometimes poor, and a person's mighty power has a limit, even the Four Emperors and The Pirate King, but this kind of leader-level figure is the most terrifying opponent.
"He is calm, rational, wise and far-sighted but not presumptuous. While he is powerful, he will not misjudge the situation and he understand the potential development."
There is one more thing Tsuru didn't say.
Roja is more terrifying than the people she mentioned, because he is not just an ambitious person who provokes war, but a revolutionary who fights for liberation.
This definition was proposed by Roja, and Tsuru couldn't find a better word to describe him.
It is precisely because of the simplest thing that Roja said that he can blend in and activate the world's lowest and also the greatest power.
civilian.
Tsuru can't describe this kind of power, and she, who is not low in wisdom and vision, can only see from Roja's step-by-step development which seems like a monstrous wave, sweeping towards the Red Line.
Although not yet, it is definitely inevitable.
This wave will roll from all over the world, and when it completely converges, even the World Government, which has ruled the world for 800 years, cannot stop it.
"Yeah, but Sister Tsuru, I don't think Mr. Roja is scary, on the contrary, I feel that what he did is right."
Gion said calmly and profoundly: "As Mr. Roja himself said, it is very important to know who is the enemy and who is the friend."
"A lot of people are in the position where they should start from their own class to discover their own political stand, to discover who is the real friend and who is the real enemy. "
"Sister Tsuru, Mr. Roja's revolutionary army, are the civilians he liberated our real enemies? Are the World government, national nobles, and Celestial Dragons our real friends? What is our Marine class?"
Gion is more emotional than the calm and rational Tsuru.
Therefore, she will look at the problem more from the perspective of the public, rather than from the perspective of the top Marines.
Therefore, she has received a lot of Roja's thoughts from watching movies, and learned to use Roja's thoughts to look at problems.
So, the more I think about it, the more confused I become.
Until she raised this is the most critical question for all Marines.
What is the class of our Marine?
The bourgeoisie? The landlord class? The petty bourgeoisie? Or the proletariat?
Tsuru was a little stunned, she stared blankly at Gion for a while before recovering.
After a while, she couldn't help laughing with emotion.
"You are the truly sober Marine, Gion." Tsuru sighed and said, "I heard Roja tell Garp earlier that most of the people in Marine are slowly decaying in the compromise because of the World government's power. "
"At that time, I sneered a little, or thought that I was definitely not the third of the group of people who were corrupted."
"But what you said today made me wake up. Unknowingly, I no longer looked at the problem from the perspective of justice, but from the perspective of power and rule."
"I'm really ashamed. At this age, I can't tell right from wrong." She laughed at herself.
Smart people are too self-confident, and slowly, this self-confidence becomes a network that deceives themselves, and they are firmly blocked in it.
"Sister Tsuru."
Gion looked at Tsuru apologetically.
But Tsuru smiled and shook her head with deep eyes.
After so many years, it seems that she should look at herself again from the beginning, and at the same time, look at the world she thought she had seen through.
【Karasu left, but Roja was not in a hurry to leave, he looked at Mori and asked. 】
["How long have you been in the Kingdom of Lvneel, Mori." Roja asked. 】
【"I can't remember, most of the time I was in the underground, maybe a few years." Mori thought for a while and said. 】
【"In the past few years, what do you know about the coal mines underground in Lvneel? How many coal mines are there underground in Lvneel?"】
【"There are still many large coal mines. According to their excavation progress, they should be able to dig for a long time."】
【"That's it." Roja lowered his head and pondered for a moment. 】
【"Can I trouble you with one thing? Mori? I hope you can help me remember the locations of those large coal mines, okay?"】
【"No problem, this is not a problem for me." Mori is easy to talk. 】
[Speaking of which, as a giant who can stay underground for several years at a stretch, he can be regarded as an extremely gentle personality that is rare among giants. 】
[Roja leaves the underground with Fujitora. 】
【"What's your plan, to ask Mori to write down the location of the coal mine? Roja." Fujitora couldn't help but ask after getting out of the ground. 】
【"It's just an idea. The root of the world government's emphasis on the Lvneel Kingdom is the coal mines. I wonder if I can dig up all the coal mines here in a short period of time and then smuggle them out, whether it's hiding or buying them.”】
【"As long as the coal mines are gone, the marines of the World government will basically be withdrawn. By that time, even if there are real worker's uprisings and riots, there will basically not be too much Suppression from the marines." Roja analyzed. 】
【"How is this possible? The coal mines in the Kingdom of Lvneel have been mined for a hundred years, so how could it be hollowed out in a short period of time." Fujitora shook his head. 】
【"Actually, there is still some hope." Roja looked at Fujitora and said with a smile: "There is Mori who can easily dig a huge space underground, and you, who can levitate a lot of things into the sky with gravity fruit abilities. "]
【"We can maximize the mining speed and transportation capacity. If there are not too many remaining coal mines, there is still a lot of hope.]
【"Of course, this method is only a second step, and it can be carried out simultaneously with the trade union revolution."】
[In the next few days, Roja and Karasu talked occasionally, and most of the time was used to develop the union. 】
【Roja is in charge of the coal mining area, while Karasu is in charge of the steel plant. 】
[However, after a week, Karasus developed rapidly, while Roja's progress was slow. 】
【After thinking about it, Roja discovered the problem. 】
[First, Karasus already has a very high reputation in the steel factory. Before Roja came, they even planned to launch an uprising within two years, so the mass base is very strong, high and was growing rapidly. 】
[Secondly, according to the information provided by Karasu, the living environment and food in the steel factory are much better than those in the coal mine. 】
[Because the coal mining area is the most dangerous and has a high death rate, it is generally dominated by slaves, while Karasu side is dominated by aboriginal people, there is still a big difference in treatment between the two sides. 】
[Thirdly, in the coal mining area, the food conditions are poor, basically barely full, starving to death, and there are records of many uprisings being suppressed. 】
[So the state of the workers here is much more sluggish, and their will is basically the same as that of the people who did not know the end of things at the beginning, and there is no hope at all. 】
[For people in this state, it is basically useless to try to arouse their long-worn resistance through speeches and other methods, and no matter how good the speech is, it is nonsense. 】
[There is a way, and that is to attract them to join the trade union through food, just like in the gray terminal, and only after they are full will they be willing to accept listen to him. 】
【"This is not going to work, we must get more food, otherwise, the efficiency will be too slow."】
【"But there are tens of thousands of people here. We will need lots of food, let alone where to find it. Even if someone really sells it, we don't have that much money."】
["East Blue." Roja said suddenly. 】
["Kingdom of Goa?" Fujitora asked. 】
【"Yes, Mr. Issho, I hope you can rush back to East Blue as quickly as possible, so that Gomon can bring me at least 3,000 tons of food."】
【"Tell him, let him get some heavy-duty merchant ships, the more food the better, and we will give him coal."】
【"I understand, but if I leave you, Roja." Fujitora hesitated. So far, he has been by Roja's side to protect his safety. Now he was going to leave for a while, he was a little uneasy. 】
【"Don't worry, Mr. Issho, tonight I will hand over the work of Coal and Iron City to Karasu, and I will return to the hotel in the port city. With my current strength, these pirates from four blues willn't able to hurt me. ’ Roja said lightly.]
【"I understand." Fujitora didn't say anything more, he also knew the priority of the matter. 】
【That night, Roja handed over the matter here to Karasu, telling him that he would leave for a while. 】
[After explaining everything, Roja and Fujitora returned to the port city. 】
【Fujitora planned to leave directly the next day, but Naguri's return interrupted his plan. 】
[Naguri brought back an arms dealer. 】
【"The arms dealer came directly with you?" Roja asked curiously. 】
【"Yes, I told them it was a big deal, but they just wanted to meet with you, so they came directly." Naguri said. 】
【"Don't you know we don't have much money now?" Roja was speechless. 】
【"Well, they seem to be more short of money than us, but the quality of their weapons is still very good. I tried it." It is much better than the standard equipment used by Marine soldiers."]
【"Oh? Take me to meet them." Roja became more curious. 】
[This arms dealer has something to offer. He can actually get better standard weapons than Marine. 】
【A moment later, Naguri brought Roja to a hotel. 】
[After knocking on the door, the people inside made Roja's face change slightly. 】
【"Hello, we are MADS." The head of a man with an unusually huge head said to Roja. 】
【"My name is Vegapunk, I heard you need a large number of weapons."】
