Escape from konoha 109
🕑 Added 2023-09-25 07:43:06 +0000 UTCChapter 109 War and Mangekyō (1)
The war came very suddenly.
The Land of Fire is close to the border between the Land of Grass and the Land of Rain. Almost all the ninja troops stationed there were wiped out. Only a small number of Konoha ninjas escaped from there and passed the news of the sand hidden ninja attack back to Konoha Village.
Although They were furious that the sand ninjas challenged the country of fire, the Konoha executives headed by the third Hokage made the war deployment immediately, dispatched the ninjas in the village to form troops, and marched towards the border to start supporting.
At this time, the peace treaty signed between countries is just a piece of bad paper.
Compared to those ninjas who have experienced ninja wars, the ninjas who have just graduated from school did not feel much of a crisis.
Although they knew that many people would die when the war broke out, before seeing the real war, they still held a naive and optimistic attitude, and had no idea what kind of hell was coming to them next.
In the hell called war, ninja lives are in danger at all times, and if the ninja is besieged, he will soon die tragically on the battlefield.
Kunai and Shuriken would fly over from nowhere, or they would be blown to nothing by the Explosive Tags.
In the large-scale war between Ninja Village and Ninja Village, no matter how strong a ninja is, he dare not say that he can survive to the end.
Therefore, most Konoha ninjas have a pessimistic attitude towards war.
Once a war breaks out, it means that they will part with their relatives, lovers, and friends.
But even if you are pessimistic, you must go to the front line without thinking about your own safety, and fight to the end for the village and the country.
The sudden outbreak of the war made the atmosphere on Konoha Street much colder, and everyone prayed at home for the relatives who went to the battlefield, praying for their safe return.
"Ruri, are you going out now?"
Seeing Ruri who was about to go out, Shiraishi walked behind her and asked.
"Well, there is a patrol mission, and the task location is around the village."
"Then will you be back tonight?"
Shiraishi paused for a moment, then asked again.
"Shift changes around 8 pm, I'll be back by then. What's wrong?"
Ruri felt that Shiraishi seemed to have something to say to her, and tilted her head slightly.
"It's nothing, the main thing is that I want to tell you one thing, but since you have something to do now, I'll discuss it after you come back tonight."
"Understand, be careful."
The sand hidden spies who sneaked into the village, or the roots led by Danzo, who pay attention to all places.
Although I knew that with Shiraishi's strength, I didn't need to worry about him at all, but I couldn't help reminding him.
Watching Ruri leave, Shiraishi stopped at the door for a moment, then returned to the room to rest.
At one o'clock in the afternoon, Shiraishi started to go for a walk.
The location of the walk is very random, as if I really came out for a walk to relax, without any purpose.
Great, no change here either. He thought to himself.
Every time Shiraishi went to a place, he used sensory ninjutsu to investigate, and re-investigated the places that were targeted for attacks and caused disturbances in the Konoha plan one by one to see if there were any omissions.
It is determined that the patrol teams in these places have not changed, and they still start patrolling according to the previous route, and even the time of crossing and swapping positions after every half hour is the same as before.
but…
Shiraishi looked in a certain direction, and he could clearly perceive that there were four more guards in that direction.
They were part of anbu organization.
Including the original Anbu squad, there are eight Anbu ninjas in total.
Because of the war, there must be more forces protecting that side.
After that, Shiraishi wandered around to other places, and at about 3:30 in the afternoon, he walked towards the ninja school.
The school has not been affected in any way. It can only be said that the graduates in the past few years are not lucky enough to catch up with this era of war.
Whether they are crying or laughing, from the day they become real ninjas, they have the obligation to go to the battlefield.
However, all of this has nothing to do with him, the Chunin who works as a logistics medical ninja in Konoha, and he has not received any transfer orders from the village.
His current superior is Tsunade, and Tsunade is currently serving in the ninja school, and it seems that she has no plans to go to the front line...
Although Shiraishi is puzzled, after all, the war is coming. According to his prediction, the probability of Tsunade going to the battlefield will be very high. On the battlefield, her medical ninjutsu can play a big role.
Why is she still staying in the village?
And there is no transfer order from the village senior management, which is really strange.
Is there any particular reason?
Although I am very puzzled about this, because of this, I can now stay in Konoha with peace of mind.
Otherwise, he has to use an excuse to stay in Konoha.
Originally, his speech was also prepared, but he didn't expect it to be completely useless.
"Senior Shiraishi."
Arriving at the school office, Shiraishi saw Shizune first, smiled and nodded at her.
"You are here."
Walking into the office, Tsunade who was sitting there raised her head, her face was red, she must have been drinking before.
"Really, Tsunade-sensei, why did you drink alcohol at a time like this?"
"It doesn't matter, anyway, it won't affect the class."
Tsunade waved her hand, expressing that there is no need to worry, she is only slightly drunk, her consciousness is still very clear, and it will not affect her class.
"I'm not worried about this... Well, forget it, you won't listen to me anyway. But at the front line, wouldn't it be a bit..."
"Jiraiya will also lead other troops there tomorrow, no problem."
Tsunade said.
Sure enough, the senior management of the village is already quickly preparing for the second army, which will go to the battlefield tomorrow.
So tomorrow night is the best time to do it....
With Tsunade's disclosure, Shiraishi is more sure of this.
"Is it really okay for you to not go on the battlefield? I heard that Sand Village is coming in a menacing way this time, and the front line..."
Worries appeared on Shiraishi's face.
Shizune hesitated to speak, but after thinking about it, she still didn't say anything. After all, this matter is an important secret in the village, and it cannot be easily disclosed to irrelevant people.
She also knew a thing or two because she lived with Tsunade.
This is top secret information in the village.
"I've said it's fine, so you don't have to worry. With the abilities of the two of them, it should be enough to stop the sand village. And I'm tired of fighting. This teacher's job was also forced on me by Sarutobi-sensei."
Tsunade cleverly ended the topic, staring out the window, lost for a while.
Obviously, no matter how calm she pretended to be on her face, she was still worried about Orochimaru and Jiraiya in her heart.
Shiraishi didn't make trouble for Tsunade, Shiraishi sat in his own seat and started to prepare lessons, while Shizune went to prepare two cups of hot tea and put them on the table in front of Tsunade and Shiraishi.
At 5:30 in the afternoon, the class in the school ended. After answering some students' questions about medical treatment, Shiraishi left the school and continued to wander around the village.
Wandering around until it was completely dark, Shiraishi saw that the time was almost up, so he returned to the Uchiha clan.
Today's inspection work is over, as long as the inspection is done again before the official action tomorrow night, there will be no problem.
As long as there is no major change in the plan, there is no need to adjust it, but the biggest problem now is how to explain it to Ruri at night.
Whether Ruri will leave Konoha with him, Shiraishi is not too sure.
The karma between the Uchiha clan and Konoha is very deep, and Ruri is a ninja of the Uchiha clan. The karma between Uchiha and Konoha is also the karma between Ruri and Konoha.
In short, no matter what the result is, just accept it calmly.
This village, it's time to say goodbye.
I asked the person in charge of Aster Flower Company to use Konoha to train medical ninjas for the organization, and then handed over the precious drug research data to Konoha, which is the final gift.
Go back to rest for a while, and then wait for Ruri to come back and confess that she is going to leave Konoha. This is the choice Shiraishi made in his heart at this moment.
With this determination in mind, Shiraishi went back to his room, quietly waited for Ruri to return after the patrol mission so he could confess to her.
"It's half past seven..."
I remember Ruri said that she changed shifts with other teams around eight o'clock, and there was only half an hour left.
Shiraishi smiled wryly. To be honest, for some reason, he became uneasy.
Thinking about it carefully, it's not a big deal, as long as I can explain it clearly, but before she returned, I was already so nervous.
Really, go wash your face first, calm down, and sort out your thoughts.
Shiraishi thought for a while, and set off in the direction of the bathroom.
There are lights on in the corridor, so the scene in the corridor can be seen clearly. a maid carrying food on a dining plate is walking towards me.
"Well, dinner is ready, do you want to eat it now?"
the maid said.
"Leave it in the dining room, Ruri will be right back."
"yes."
After the maid finished speaking, she raised her head abruptly, meeting Shiraishi's gaze, and a sharp scarlet light flashed in her eyes.
In the scarlet light, there are 3 tomoe spinning, releasing powerful pupil power.
After the illusion was successful, the maid took out a short knife from under the dinner plate, and stabbed Shiraishi's heart mercilessly.
The expression on Shiraishi's face did not loosen in the slightest.
The dagger in the hand of the maid did stab him in the body.
But in an instant, the scene suddenly began to change.
A huge water polo enveloped the maid, which contained a large amount of chakra, which made the water pressure in the water polo extremely heavy. The maid felt unable to move her body and limbs, struggling painfully in the water polo, spitting bubbles.
"That's it."
A cold voice came from right behind Shiraishi.
If you don't dodge, you will definitely be killed. The source of that murderous aura is far more terrifying than the maid who attacked me.
Besides, the reason why the maid who tried to assassinate me in her stiff state at the moment was obviously controlled by illusion.
After manipulating the maid, he also set up a Sharingan illusion in the maid's eyes.
This is a double illusion release.
In the Uchiha clan, the ninjas who can do this are elite jounin who can be counted on fingers.
"!?"
The sneak attacker's eyes were wide open, and a pitch-black shadow appeared from nowhere, appearing in the form of a solid body. It was a handful of strangely shaped shadow blades, each of which was enough to kill a person.
The attacker broke out in a cold sweat and jumped back, keeping a safe distance from Shiraishi.
What is that?
shadow?
He touched the blood on his face, and he didn't know when his face got a cut.
If he had been slower, his head would probably have been separated from his body by now.
There was neither sound nor quality. If it wasn't for his own pain sense to remind him that he was attacked, he wouldn't even know that he was counter-attacked.
Isn't this guy a medical ninja?
It should be recorded like this in intelligence, right?
Why is there no information about the ability of that shadow at all?
Shiraishi turned around, and the black shadow circling around his body disappeared, and the mysterious ninja in front of him with a black mask on his face revealed a pair of 3 Tomoe Sharingan.
You can see this mysterious Uchiha Jonin, the look in his eyes is full of surprise and shaking.
"I'm sorry, but tricks like illusion are useless to me. Also, who are you? I shouldn't have offended anyone in the Uchiha."
Shiraishi looked at the Uchiha ninja who launched a sneak attack on him with some doubts.
He really didn't quite understand why the Uchiha ninja wanted to assassinate him.
The murderous aura just now, as well as the illusion cast on the maid, are obviously serious actions, not a joke.
"Fire Style : fireball!"
He did not answer Shiraishi, but attacked Shiraishi with Fire Style.
The huge fireball rushed from the front, making the surrounding air scorching hot.
Shiraishi sighed and scratched his head.
There is really no way, what is this?
As he scratched his head, shadows seeped out of the shadows, congealing into a dark, lightless shield wall ahead, bouncing fireballs away.
Behind Shiraishi, the Uchiha ninja with a black mask on his face appeared there with a teleportation technique.
The fireball technique is just a feint, and this is his real purpose.
Although the method is very simple, it is a very effective technique in actual combat.
Whether it is ninjutsu or timing, the opponent is very good at it.
However-
"ah!"
cried out in pain.
Blood spattered.
Waiting for him in front is still a large number of black shadow blades, and the adjustment of the shadow shield wall to transform into a shadow blade attack is only done in an instant.
That kind of terrifying speed, even if Sharingan sees through the pattern, it can't keep up with the attack speed beyond human common sense.
The body of this Uchiha ninja was scratched and bruised all over, and he flew out backwards.
He fell to the ground and rolled, leaving spots of blood on the floor.
"You bastard...did you show me mercy at the beginning?"
The attack speed of the shadow technique, even he who has the 3 Tomoe Sharingan eye, can't keep up at all.
Even if Sharingan can see through the attack patterns of those shadows, his neural response ability is far behind.
This also made him understand one thing, Shiraishi had no intention of killing him from the very beginning.
If he had the idea of killing him, he would have been decapitated when he attacked for the first time.
He thought that he was relying on his quick reflexes to retreat safely from the Shadow Blade's attack at the cost of a cut in his face.
If you use Sharingan seriously, you can crack the shadow blade.
Unexpectedly, all this is because the other party has shown mercy from the very beginning.
"Let's take it as it is. After all, this is the house matter of your Uchiha clan, and I have no right to intervene."
Shiraishi was very distressed and didn't want to be mixed into this muddy water.
Hearing what Shiraishi said, the Uchiha ninja wearing a black mask stiffened, knowing who Shiraishi said this to, turned around.
In his field of vision, the girl has long black hair and a face as cold as frost, showing her bright red 3 Tomoe Sharingan Eyes.
It was Ruri who had just returned home after a patrol mission.
She didn't expect that the ninjas of her own family would assassinate Shiraishi at this time.
If you are dissatisfied with him, just express your opposition to their being together at the beginning.
The assassination came at such a time, which gave Ruri a bad premonition.
The Uchiha ninja wearing a black mask just glanced at Ruri's Sharingan, his legs went limp, and he knelt down on the floor of the corridor.
Ruri walked towards him, slowly squatted down, and took off the black mask on his face, revealing such an expression as expected.
"I hope my perception is wrong, but I didn't expect it was really you."
"Uchiha Kenji".
The personal guard of Uchiha Tenjin, the radical leader of the Uchiha clan.
"Yeah... I didn't expect that your Sharingan illusion would be so scary... It only takes a moment..."
It was clearly a 3 Tomoe Sharingan of the same level, but at the moment of contact, my own 3 Tomoe Sharingan ended in complete defeat.
You know, he himself is a Uchiha elite Jonin who is good at illusion and Fire Style.
Facing the invasion of Ruri's Sharingan pupil power, he had no power to resist, so he surrendered.
He had a feeling that there was an almost essential difference between Ruri's 3 Tomoe Sharingan and his 3 Tomoe Sharingan.
The shocking power is already located in a different dimension, overlooking him.
Shiraishi didn't show any surprise, he knew from the very beginning that this was Uchiha Kenji, the guard next to the Elder Tenjin.
Because he remembered the Chakra of the Uchiha Jonin, even if he was wearing a mask, he could use the Chakra to determine who the other party was.
"Sure enough... Elder Tenjin is right, you are the future of Uchiha, as long as you use this power well... kill me..."
Kenji smiled with an expression of resignation, with only death in his eyes, and struggled to utter these words from his mouth.
"I can't bear this kind of praise. Can you tell me, what is your reason for doing this?"
Ruri fell silent.
It is impossible for Kenji to assassinate Shiraishi without authorization, because only the Elder Tenjins can command him in the entire Uchiha clan.
Behind this is the order of the Elder Tenjin.
"...for the future of the clan...and...your future..."
Kenji's face was slightly distorted in pain, being eroded by illusion to such an extent, he was still able to hold on, making Ruri give him a slightly higher look.
Subsequently stronger pupil power was injected.
“Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!”
Howls of pain echoed in the hallway.
Ruri stood in front of him expressionlessly, with her hands crossed on her chest, Kenji's eyes were dull, the corners of his mouth were drooling, his whole body was twitching and trembling.
"Answer me, what is your purpose? Depending on your answer, I can spare your life."
"...no...can't say...I...can't say...kill me...Ruri...kill me..."
Kenji spoke intermittently, begging Ruri to kill him.
Ruri frowned, anger appeared in her eyes.
kill you?
How can it be so simple?
To be honest, I have put up with these idiots for a long time.
It is also good for this village and this family.
Do these people like to provoke her little patience so much?
Whether it is root or Hokage, now i have to count some members of the family.
There are not a few normal-headed guys around.
Ruri's patience had disappeared, she raised a palm, and when she was about to perform some spell, someone held her palm and stopped it.
The one who stopped her was Shiraishi.
Ruri showed a trace of displeasure on her face.
"what are you doing?"
"Okay, let's just pretend that this incident never happened. After all, he is also a member of your clan. If you continue to cast illusions on him, he will have a mental breakdown and die."
Shiraishi originally planned to confess to Ruri tonight, but he really didn't want to ruin her relationship with the family because of this kind of thing.
Ruri shook off Shiraishi's palm holding her arm, her face was icy cold.
"It's best for this kind of trash to die. I endured the things at the root, and I also endured the ridiculous and muddled things of the third Hokage there, but these idiots are my clan members, and as the top ninja of the clan, I have the right to know the truth. Are you going to stop me?"
Seeing that Ruri has made up her mind, Shiraishi also knows that nothing can stop her.
Kenji's kneeling body fell forward, hit the ground heavily, and lost consciousness.
"Throw this trash out for me, and I'll come back as soon as possible."
Ruri left this sentence, with a layer of frost on her face, and left with the instant body technique.
"What are you doing, mess..."
Having said that, why did you come to assassinate me at this time? It's so strange. Shiraishi was confused and scratched his head inexplicably.
Looking at the direction Ruri left, Shiraishi sighed quietly.
Hope nothing will happen.
But given Ruri's nature of not liking to suffer, I just hope that she will not make trouble.
•••
Naka Shrine.
The war broke out, and the Uchiha clan was obliged to contribute to Konoha.
Regarding who to send to the battlefield to participate in the war, a large number of Uchiha jounin gathered here for an emergency meeting at night, and obeyed the orders of the radical leader Uchiha Tenjin.
"The start of the war has both advantages and disadvantages for us. Although many people will die, it also means that our Uchiha clan is one step closer to the position of Hokage."
Uchiha Tenjin sat on the front cushion, his face was covered with wrinkles, and he spoke with a calm momentum.
"The Third Hokage has reached the age where he is about to abdicate. In order to accumulate enough fame to become the Fourth Hokage, I hope everyone can work together."
"yes!"
"The era of the Senju One System will come to an end, and Konoha's future belongs to us Uchiha."
The Uchiha Tenjin swept across the faces of the Uchiha ninjas participating in the meeting one by one, seemed to approve of their momentum and strength, and nodded with satisfaction.
These are all the elite of the clan. This force is also a powerful capital to protect the clan and deter outsiders.
"I'll talk about these dreamy talks after I wake up, is it stupid? Hokage,Hokage, just like a child."
The abrupt words reached the ears of all the Uchiha jonin present, and many of them showed angry faces and looked towards the source of the sound.
Ruri came out from the shadows, and under the puzzled and surprised eyes of everyone, she walked towards the front step by step, not knowing what she was going to do.
There was some movement on Uchiha's Tenjin's old face.
Ruri walked in front of him without speaking.
Boom!
Everyone's face was dull, their minds went blank, and the scene in front of them made them unable to turn their heads.
They saw Ruri quickly grabbed Uchiha Tenjin's neck with her palm, and pressed hard against the wall, smashing a pothole.
Pain immediately appeared on Elder Tenjin's old face, and his old face was wrinkled into a ball.
"Wait, Ruri, what are you doing?"
"Don't mess around!"
"Quickly release Elder Tenjin!"
"Are you trying to rebel, Ruri? Let go!"
The Uchiha jonin stood up one after another, surrounding her, either dissuading her, or threatening her with force, and let Ruri put down the elder Tenjin.
"...no...not right..."
Elder Tenjin squeezed out these words from his mouth.
"No? Are you trying to say that I wronged you?"
Ruri's tone was full of danger.
For the persuasion or threat of those Jonin from the same clan, she didn't take it to heart at all.
"...your eyes...wrong..."
Elder Tenjin looked at the 3 Tomoe Sharingan revealed by Ruri, and said something unclear.
"Eye?"
Ruri raised her eyebrows.
What's wrong with the eyes?
"So it's like this... even a medical ninja can't solve it, that trash... Did the mission fail?"
The face of Elder Tenjin suddenly showed a look of enlightenment, as if he understood something.
"Don't ramble here, change the subject, you've completely pissed me off, old man."
Facing Ruri's threat, Elder Tenjin turned his head indifferently, and said to those Uchiha jounin who were about to step forward to subdue Ruri:
"You all get out."
Those Uchiha jounin looked at each other in blank dismay, wondering why the Elder Tenjins gave such an order.
"Go out, I have something to talk to Ruri alone."
The Junin just hesitated for a moment, and chose to obey the orders of the Elder Tenjin. Before leaving, they stared at Ruri with threatening eyes, telling her not to go too far.
Although they don't know what conflict happened between Ruri and Elder Tenjin, this is not the reason why she can do anything to Elder Tenjin casually.
After the Uchiha jonin left the room where the meeting was held, there were only Ruri and Elder Tenjin left in the empty room.
"Ahem."
Ruri let go of Elder Tenjin, letting him cough and pant greedily and in a panic.
"Have you had enough breath?"
From Ruri's point of view, this is just a show for her.
Elder Tenjin glanced at Ruri, sighed suddenly and said, "It's a pity, if you just came in and killed me, that would be fine."
Ruri looked at Elder Tenjin in puzzlement.
"What do you mean by that?"
"It's because...you haven't awakened the Mangekyō Sharingan, Ruri."
Elder Tenjin stared deeply at Ruri, with endless regrets in his cloudy but brilliant eyes.
