Ayane's attitude aside, because even if she is angry, she will only put a smile on her face, making it impossible for people to know whether she is angry or doesn't mind.
Because of this, in a way, she is more dangerous than Ruri.
And Ruri is very simple, happy and angry can be intuitively expressed on the face.
She is really angry at the moment, and it is the kind that is burning with anger.
If he doesn't give a reasonable explanation, Shiraishi can't predict what terrible things will happen.
Katsuyu avatar on Shiraishi's shoulder also felt a dignified atmosphere that was brewing in this house, and then began to squirm as if it had nothing to do with her, slowly crawled along Shiraishi's back to the ground, away from this battlefield full of gunpowder smoke.
Shiraishi-sama's emotional life is really rich and colorful. Katsuyu felt a lot of emotion in her heart.
"Well, what's wrong with you two? There's no need to welcome me with such a scary expression."
Shiraishi tried to ease the oppressive atmosphere in this deep quagmire.
Hearing Shiraishi's clumsy excuse, Ruri snorted coldly: "I'm ashamed to say that you disappeared for more than a week and left without saying a word. If you don't come back again, I really thought you had disappeared completely."
"That's right, Shiraishi-kun, do you know how much trouble you have caused us by leaving here suddenly? You also disrupted our work order, and we were worried about your safety."
Ayane was also criticizing Shiraishi.
Shiraishi can probably imagine how utterly devastated Ruri and Ayane were after he left.
After all, I usually manage things by myself. Ruri is in charge of security and extermination, and Ayane is in charge of supervision. Letting the two of them replace his work does make them feel a little rushed.
"I'm not a child, so there's no need to worry about my safety. But now that I'm back, I'll pay more attention next time."
The main reason is that he went to the Shikkotsu Forest too abruptly. After all, it was Katsuyu who used reverse Summoning techniques to summon him there, and it had nothing to do with Shiraishi's own will.
His original idea was to summon a part of Katsuyu first, learn about the situation in the Shikkotsu Forest, and then make a decision whether to go to the wet bone forest.
Unexpectedly, after he signed the contract with Katsuyu in a clever way, Katsuyu directly channeled him to the Shikkotsu Forest, and it was too late to explain the matter to Ruri and Ayane.
In addition, the Shikkotsu Forest has a natural environment for Sage art practice, and it took a few days to learn the healing Sage art of Katsuyu, and it was impossible to come back in a short time.
"Then this one is from Shikkotsu Forest..."
Ayane looked at the silent Katsuyu aside.
Ruri also shifted her gaze over, looking at Katsuyu with great interest.
"Ah, yes, it is a clone of the slug Sage in the Shikkotsu Forest. This time, I came here with important matters to deal with. Normally, you just call her Katsuyu, and that is her name."
Shiraishi introduced the identity of Katsuyu to the two.
"Good afternoon, both of you."
Katsuyu's soft and waxy voice sounded.
Because it was the first time they met and they were not very familiar with each other, Ruri and Ayane just nodded to Katsuyu, which was regarded as a greeting.
Compared to Summoning beasts like Katsuyus who have just arrived, those stupid sons and daughters are more knowledgeable.
"The two of you came here together, are you looking for me for something?"
Shiraishi asked.
The way the two of them acted as a teacher and questioned the crime before did scare Shiraishi a little bit.
"I mainly came to see the situation on your side, and the group of trainee medical ninjas have now safely arrived in the Land of Fire by sea, and they should enter Konoha at this moment. In addition, the third Kazekage of Hidden Sand Village, through the operation of spies in various villages, has been confirmed to have disappeared before the start of the third Ninja World War. The reason for the disappearance is unknown, and the possibility of being assassinated cannot be ruled out."
Ruri briefly explained the matter.
After all, the disappearance of Kazekage, one of the Five Kages, is not a small matter, and Ruri can't think of it. It is almost unheard of for someone to take Kazekage, one of the Five Kages, away without making a sound.
"Is it already confirmed?"
Shiraishi was a little surprised. Originally, the disappearance of Kazekage was still guessed by all parties.
Now it is confirmed that Kazekage disappeared before the war, that is to say, all countries have already grasped the exact evidence of Kazekage's disappearance, otherwise it would be impossible to make such a conclusion.
Of course, it may also be a trick set by Sand Village, but this possibility is unlikely.
"However, after Kazekage disappeared, Sand Village still had the guts to launch a war against Konoha, which is really courageous."
The power of the sand ninja, Ruri experienced it personally during the Second Ninja World War.
In terms of synthesis, it is not at the same level as Konoha.
Konoha's blood successors and secret ninjas emerge endlessly, but top ninjas are not the only ones that are a powerful force to shock all countries.
These blood-successor and secret ninjas may have a certain gap in individual strength with the top ninjas, but calculated in terms of ninjas, they are more deterrent than individual powerful ninjas in terms of deterrence.
The prestige of the Uchiha clan was earned in this way.
Whether it is an individual or a family of ninjas, as long as it can be a guarantee to deter others, it is strength.
After losing a top ninja like Third Kazekage, Sand Village still has the courage to launch a war against Konoha, which really makes Ruri a little impressed.
"That's not courage. If Kazekage didn't disappear, it was planned for a long time. If Kazekage disappeared accidentally, it was just a helpless act."
"have no choice?"
"Instead of fighting each other for the position of the fourth Kazekage for the people in my own village, it is better to transfer the internal conflicts as much as possible, and use the merits of attacking Konoha to determine the candidate for the fourth Kazekage. It not only avoids the internal cannibalism, but also makes the previous plan not in vain. Even if the third Kazekage is lost, the equipment of Hidden Sand Village must be higher than Konoha's hasty response."
Shiraishi lamented that there are capable people in Sand Village.
Being able to respond so quickly, the high-level ninjas of the five major countries have their own set of benchmarks for their sensitivity to war and the direction of the situation.
Naturally, these people cannot be underestimated.
Even if Shiraishi doesn’t like the third Hokage Sarutobi Hiruzen, I don’t comment on other aspects, but in terms of the balance of the situation, it has indeed stabilized the situation of Konoha, although the balance of this environment is stable at the expense of other ninjas.
Sand village’s idea is that, rather than sending himself to death due to internal friction, it is better to let these people die directly with Konoha Ninja. This not only confirms the candidate for the fourth Kazekage, but also weakens Konoha’s strength and obtains the benefits he needs.
It is probably the decision made by the Chiyo siblings of Sand Village.
These two have been Kazekage's right and left hands since the time of the second Kazekage Shamon, and the third Kazekage is in charge, and they have spared no effort to assist the third Kazekage to strengthen the power of Sand Village.
Now that the Third Kazekage are missing, the nearly fifty-year-old Chiyo siblings have already missed the best age to compete for Kazekage, so naturally they will not compete with young people for the position of Kazekage.
It is also reasonable to use war to gain merits as the promotion path of the fourth Kazekage.
"Who are the candidates for the fourth Kazekage now?"
Shiraishi asked.
"According to uncertain information, it seems to be Sunagakure Jonin Rasa."
"Rasa? Is that the ninja who controls the magnetic style and gold placer? The strength is not bad, and he also has the special ninjutsu to suppress Shukaku. Not surprisingly, the fourth Kazekage is him."
Becoming the Five Kages, the Tailed Beast is a pass that must be crossed.
Rasa has strong strength, and ninjutsu also has a great restraint effect on Shukaku. He is still a jonin who is valued and trusted by the third Kazekage. As long as he gets enough merits in this war and becomes the fourth Kazekage, there should be no twists and turns.
Shiraishi can’t know all about the famous ninjas in various countries, but he has heard of some deeds of the other party.
Rasa of the Sand Village, and Pakura, the scorch style ninja, etc.
Kirigakure's Seven Ninja Swordsmen.
Iwagakure Village's Son of Third Tsuchikage, Kitsuchi, and Explosive Style Ninja Gari.
Kumogakure Village's son of Third Raikage, Ai and rap expert Killer Bee.
These people are powerful ninjas who have gained fame in the ninja world in recent years.
and Shiraishi, who had been unknown to Konoha Chunin before, are not on the same level at all.
But as he became Konoha's S-class defected ninja, Shiraishi felt that his reputation should be quite big.
Although the rank of Chunin is a bit of an eyesore no matter how you look at it.
"Speaking of Sand Village, after a while, I plan to go to the Land of Wind."
Shiraishi pondered for a while, and said to Ruri and Ayane.
"To the Land of the Wind?"
"There is a dragon vein in the underground of Rōran, and there is a majestic chakra in it. I plan to use that thing for my own use."
Shiraishi explained.
"Rōran? A country within a country?"
Naturally, Ruri has heard of Rōran.
Because it is located deep in the desert of the Kingdom of Wind, many people know little about it, but it is also true that this country has not received much attention.
"I heard that even Hidden Sand ninjas who are familiar with the terrain may get lost and die of thirst when encountering sandstorms there. Shiraishi-kun, let me go there with you, my supercilious eyes may come in handy."
Ayane recommended herself to follow.
Ruri's eyes narrowed, revealing a dangerous light.
"Uh... let's talk about it at that time, because I don't know much about Rōran. Before going, I will send investigators to sneak in there to understand the situation in this country, and then make a decision."
Shiraishi felt that the atmosphere in the air was full of gunpowder again, and decided to stabilize the two of them before talking.
Finally, Shiraishi asked another question, pointing to the mountain whose top had been gouged out in the distance outside the window, and asked, "By the way, what happened to that mountain? Do you know?"
Ayane touched her lower lip with her fingers, tilted her head and thought for a while, then smiled slightly: "I don't know, maybe a meteorite fell from the sky and just hit there. Don't mind this kind of thing, Shiraishi-kun, anyway, it's not a serious problem."
"It could be an earthquake, too."
Ruri added a sentence.
"..."
Shiraishi is 100% sure that the top of the mountain was gouged out, and it must have been caused by these two people.
But speaking of it, what kind of ninjutsu caused it? Shiraishi looked at the big mountain that had lost its top, his eyes showing a look of bewilderment.
Even if Ayane's Shenkong Strike is used continuously, it will not be able to achieve this effect in a short while.
It doesn't look like the trauma caused by Ruri's Sage-type fire extinguisher.
Was it caused by two people fighting? Other than that, Shiraishi couldn't think of any other possibilities.

"Lord Jiraiya, the support troops sent from the village have arrived."
In the main account of the Konoha camp, Jiraiya also sits here.
Different from Orochimaru, Jiraiya is dealing with the Iwagakure ninja who is not weaker than Sunagakure at all.
Recently, he has fought against Rock Village's Kitsuchi and Blast Ninja, and each wins and loses.
But compared to the aggressive Iwagakure Ninja, he can only defend passively.
The reason is that there is a huge gap in the number of ninjas.
Now when the support arrives, the situation should be much better.
"Thanks a lot."
Jiraiya also patted the shoulder of the Jonin who reported the news.
"By the way, Lord Jiraiya, there is another important message to convey."
"What?"
"There seems to be a change in Kumogakure's side."
This Konoha Jonin Shinobi looked stern.
"Kumogakure?"
Jiraiya's voice revealed tension.
No reason, Kumogakure ninja from the Land of Thunder has always been a well-known war madman in the ninja world.
The cloud village ninja, who is keen on force, always searches for powerful ninjutsu in the ninja world, strengthens himself, and pays attention to military development. He pursues Konoha in the ninja villages of the five major countries.
If they join the battlefield, the situation will undoubtedly become complicated.
At this time, Konoha is already battered just by facing Rock Village and Sand Village. If Kumogakure Village is also involved in Konoha's battlefield, there will be a third-line battle, and Konoha's pressure will be even greater.
"Who are they targeting?"
Jiraiya also felt great pressure.
I also regret that when I was in Mount Myōboku, I didn't pay attention when I was learning Sage arts, so I'm still half-baked now.
If the two great Sages of Mount Myōboku can be summoned and enter the unique Sage mode of Mount Myōboku, the situation will undoubtedly improve a lot.
"I don't know for the time being, the Anbu people only noticed some of Kumogakure's movements, but what is Kumogakure's specific purpose is still a cloud of fog."
"I see, let's go down."
"yes."
After Jonin left, Jiraiya sat back on the chair, leaning his back against the back of the chair, and let out a long breath.
"War..."
This war starts, how many people will die.
Jiraiya had a look of pain in his eyes.
Moreover, a shocking mass defection incident just happened in the village, which even implicated the two rich families of Uchiha and Hyuga.
Even Kyuubi Jinchuriki and his disciple Minato were implicated.
He also knew about Minato's resurrection from the dead. He didn't know that the drowsy toad Sage actually had a treasure that could bring people back to life, but the side effects must be very serious.
After the war, I have to go to Mount Myōboku to thank the old Sage in person.
Minato is a disciple that he valued, and the great Toad Sensei tried his best to save him this time, which made Jiraiya believe that Minato is likely to be the prophesied son who can bring peace to the ninja world in the dream of the Great Toad Sensei.
Thinking of Minato’s usual style and achievements at such a young age, Jiraiya also believes that Minato will have the power to change the world in the future.
"Chiba Shiraishi... Could it be the terrifying existence that destroyed the ninja world in the Sage dream of the big toad?"
Jiraiya also thought of something very long-term.
Chiba Shiraishi... This ordinary Konoha Chunin with an ordinary name has hidden in the village for more than ten years, and no one can find out.
Even Minato died at his hands. If it wasn't for the Great Toad Sage, he would probably lose such an excellent disciple as Minato now.
I don’t know why, but Jiraiya also has this premonition, and the premonition is getting stronger and stronger.
This person will be the lifelong enemy of his disciple Minato.
As for this person, when I first met him, it was through Sakumo.
After that, I got to know this person through Tsunade.
No matter how you look at it, he is an unremarkable Konoha ninja.
Jiraiya also recalled many things, but in the end it could only be attributed to a helpless sigh.
Sakumo died, Tsunade avoided the battlefield, all three of Sakumo's disciples defected, and took away some Uchiha and Hyuga clansmen, causing Konoha a lot of losses.
"Speaking of which, I don't know what happened to them... Yahiko, Konan, and Nagato, I hope they will be safe in this war."
Jiraiya also thought of the three orphans he adopted in the past on the battlefield of the Kingdom of Rain.
I heard that they planned to do a big business in the country of rain, and even established a small well-known organization dedicated to the peace of the country of rain.
Jiraiya couldn't go to visit them, because he needed to sit here to resist the surprise attack of the Rock Village ninja.
However, now that Sand Village and Konoha are fighting, the Kingdom of Rain will definitely be affected by the war.
What the Kingdom of Rain will become in this war, I can't even predict it.
I can only pray that the three of them can live on without incident.
In this day and age, survival is more important than anything else.
Only by surviving can there be hope of fulfilling dreams.
•••
Go forward with a dream in mind, praying for peace to come to the crying country.
That was the promise the three of them made in the past, so the three of them embarked on this vigorous road of peace without hesitation.
In order for peace to come, no matter how difficult and dangerous the front is, they cannot shake their will.
Dream is ahead, but every step is actually **** and fighting.
And despair and pain!
—On the rainy battlefield, there was the sound of the collision of kunai and shuriken.
The flash of the explosive tags burst in an instant, bringing light.
Thunder roared, moving like a silver snake among the dark clouds.
Ninjutsu hit the ninja, and he screamed at the last moment of his life.
Blood-stained weapons, and potholes made by ninjutsu and detonating symbols.
The flames boiled in the rain.
Thunder and lightning pierced the earth wall.
The water dragon that rolled up the stormy sea rushed to the enemy's camp, bringing destruction and death.
The sharp wind blades moved forward in the rain, mixed with blood, and roared like a beast.
The ninjas of Hidden Sand and Konoha Ninjas exchange fire here.
The faces of both sides are ferocious and bloody, anger and hatred.
At this point in the battle, the reason is no longer important.
In order to survive, for your family, for your country, and to avenge your dead companions, you must send ninjutsu and blades into the enemy's chest.
"Are these big country ninjas crazy? This is a village where ordinary people live!"
On the cliff, a group of ninjas in black coats witnessed the ninja battle between Sand Village and Konoha.
They are the Ninja Organization of the Land of Rain who call themselves 'Akatsuki'.
The name of the lead ninja is Yahiko.
Yahiko looked at the battlefield below in disbelief. In the battlefield, there were many civilians who fled in a panic, crying and wanting to escape the hell of this war.
The ninjas had no intention of killing them, but the flying kunai, the flying shuriken, explosive tags, and ninjutsu were all thoughtless killing tools.
The moment it was thrown out, the life and death of the civilians could only be resigned to fate.
"Damn! Why are there civilians here? Didn't these people leave early for refuge?"
A member of the organization also became anxious.
The civilians involved in the battle are all their compatriots, the civilians of the Kingdom of Rain.
"Stop them in the past! If this continues, those civilians will definitely..."
There were women, old people and children among them. Seeing this scene, Yahiko felt angry, but he had to suppress his anger, knowing that he should not be arrogant at such a time.
Preventing the battle between the two sides is naturally the best result.
Therefore, Yahiko led Akatsuki's people down from the cliff, went to the core of the battlefield, and stopped the battle between Sand Village and Konoha.
This was an accidental encounter with more than a hundred people.
In the beginning, neither Konoha nor Sand Village's ninjas expected the fight to happen so suddenly.
By the time they recovered, the battle had already taken place.
"Wait, we are the ninjas of Rain Village, and there are still civilians here, please stop your fighting behavior immediately!"
When Yahiko rushed over, he immediately yelled at the ninjas of Konoha and Sand Village.
But his shouts had no effect. The ninja faces of Konoha and Sand Village only had madness and ferocity on their faces. The blood in the air stimulated their bodies, leaving their brains almost blank.
Take up arms and kill enemies, that's their only thought.
Although I have also been educated, during the war, it is not allowed to shoot civilians...but that is what I need to abide by when I have spare power.
It's a war anyway, and it's perfectly normal for civilians to be affected.
The Land of Rain is not a powerful country, and the daimyo are even more corrupt and incompetent, so it is impossible to condemn them.
Because they all know that if their blade hesitates, they will die on the battlefield.
For these civilians who are not in their own country, stop the blade that can kill the enemy in your hand, and know the answer without thinking.
"No, they won't listen at all!"
Angry at their nonsense, but being weak is the original sin, and they dare not intervene in this kind of battle.
Maybe they will be jointly targeted by the crazy Konoha and the Hidden Sand ninja.
"Go and bring out the civilians first! Move fast!"
Yahiko saw that his words were useless to these ninjas, so he immediately changed his mind, saving the innocent civilians of the Land of Rain first.
Akatsuki's people are all powerful ninjas. If they fight against ninjas like Konoha and Sand Village, they may suffer a crushing defeat, but it is relatively easy to save civilians.
After all, there are no civilians who have escaped from the core battlefield, and they are already dead, so naturally there is no need to take risks in the past.
The civilians who can survive are all on the edge of the battlefield, so if you take them out carefully, there will be no problem.
Red-haired boy also witnessed what Yahiko saw, and quietly clenched his fists, with anger and pain in his eyes.
Among akatsuki, he rescued the most civilians, more than a dozen of them, including two children.
One of the children's right arm was affected by the explosion of the explosive tag, and was already bloody. He was crying in the rain and was being treated by the medical ninja in Akatsuki.
"These big country beasts without mercy! I really want to kill them!"
Akatsuki's medical ninjas showed indignation, hating these great ninjas.
But I also know that it is unrealistic to kill these ninjas of great powers, and if the matter is exposed, they will receive crazy revenge from the other party.
Those who will suffer at that time will still be these unarmed civilians of the Land of Rain.
Yahiko patted the man on the shoulder, turned to the red-haired boy and said, "Please, Nagato."
The red-haired boy named Nagato shook his head, indicating that he was fine.
Yahiko walked up to a rescued civilian, and picked up a piece of his own food for him. This place is some distance away from the battlefield, so there is no need to worry about being affected by the battle.
Yahiko looked at the villager puzzledly: "I remember that the evacuation order was issued before. Why haven't you left yet?"
The villagers stared at Yahiko's young and energetic face with dull eyes, and said dumbly: "Take refuge? Where do you take refuge? In this country, ninjas are fighting or bandits are rampant. Where can we go to take refuge?"
Those are the eyes of a hopeless person, with numbness and despair appearing on the face.
Yahiko was stunned in the rain, silent.
The sound of the rain pattering, seemed to drench Yahiko's heart, looking at the gloomy sky, surrounded by endless chill.
(PS: In the Third War, the protagonist and Madara are the hidden lines, and Nagato is the open line. Let me mention it here.
In addition, don’t use the original god’s weapon pool. After three wolves, a goma stick came out. I felt the pain of Nagato carrying a bag of rice on the second floor...)
