Escape from konoha 100
🕑 Added 2023-09-19 02:33:01 +0000 UTCChapter 100 Hunting and Sage Art.
April 3rd, sunny.
At one o'clock in the afternoon, a group of five people walked into a relatively prosperous town in the country of Hot Water.
The Land of Hot Water is famous for its hot springs in the ninja world, and it also has an extremely beautiful natural environment. It is a country suitable for tourism.
Walking on the streets of the town, you can see large and small hot spring hotels everywhere. It can be said that hot springs are everywhere in The Land of Hot Water.
In the center of the town, there is a large pharmacy with three floors.
On the card of the pharmacy, there is an obvious aster flower mark.
It is not difficult to see that this is a branch pharmacy under the Aster Flower Pharmaceutical Technology Company of the Demon Country.
Now this company has spread all over the ninja world in just one year.
Even in a small country, you can often see the nameplate of the Aster Flower. People from all over the world are familiar with this company, so they are not unaware.
At the door of the pharmacy, there were two guards, a man and a woman.
Wearing a black hooded coat, the aster logo is engraved on the back of the clothes, which is quite recognizable.
After the five people entered the pharmacy, they went directly through a secret door and walked towards the third floor.
The first floor of the pharmacy is the point of sale, the second floor is the rest area for employees, and the third floor is the work area for the management.
The leader of the five is the Bug man.
Before coming to a gatehouse on the third floor, he winked at the other four people and asked them to guard outside, while he opened the door and entered inside.
After closing the door, Bug Man smiled at the financial expert sitting on the sofa: "Mr. Kakuzu, long time no see."
Kakuzu, a financial expert sitting on the sofa, glanced at him lightly, and said in a low tone: "I have finished the financial work for last month, and I will settle the salary."
"certainly."
Bug Man looked at the sealed document that had already been placed on the desk. It was an information document completed by Kakuzu himself.
After more than half a year of cooperation, he has already recognized Kakuzu's financial ability and character, and put the black leather box in his hand on the coffee table in front of Kakuzu.
Compared to sending money to his account, his requirement is to pay in cash, and he can rest assured only when he sees real money.
In this regard, Kakuzu is undoubtedly a person who pursues reality.
So, ignoring the Bug man, Kakuzu opened the boxes and began to count them one by one.
After counting back and forth three times, He closed the box again with satisfaction.
"The number is the same."
"We are already old friends, don't you need to count the money one by one in front of me every time?"
The Bug man sighed.
"No, in this world, only money can be trusted."
Kakuzu stood up from the sofa, carrying the box in his hand, turned his head and said this sentence to the Bug man.
The implication is that the basis of their cooperation is only money.
And money will not betray him.
He will also not betray money.
Money is his real friend, the rest is nothing.
"Then I wish you good luck in making money."
"That's for sure. In addition, the amount of your reward has risen rapidly recently. I hope your name can appear on my roster as soon as possible."
Kakuzu took out a reward list.
The records in it are all high reward targets.
And there is no name of the Bug man on it. He knows the strength of the Bug man and is already qualified to be included in this roster, but his reputation is not enough.
Therefore, the name of the Bug man can only appear in another roster that records the low-level reward targets.
"It's really scary to be targeted by Mr. Kakuzu. Maybe I should suspend my career as a bounty hunter next time."
The Bug man smiled like this.
Kakuzu glanced at the Bug man, and without finishing speaking, he walked out of the room with the suitcase.
Not long after Kakuzu left, four companions who were guarding the door came in, and saw the bug man sitting at the desk, looking at the financial documents left by Kakuzu.
"There is news."
One of them said.
The bug man put down the document, raised his head and asked, "What news?"
"It is about the root of the konoha village."
"Konoha Roots? What are they doing in The Land of Hot Water? They don't plan to come here to take a hot spring vacation, right? It's not the holiday period."
The Bug man laughed.
You must know that their organization still attaches great importance to the root, an organization lurking deep in the konoha.
For a long time, they have been secretly collecting information about Roots, because once the people in Roots are dispatched, it means that Konoha is engaging in some small actions that cannot be seen.
"I don't know. According to the information obtained by chance from the informants below, they seem to have attacked a small village with a population of less than 100 people yesterday, and then they seem to have carried out activities in the southern part of the Land of Hot Water."
"Attack the village of The Country of Hot Water?"
If They came to the land of Hot Water and stole the important objects of Yugakure Village, it would not make the bug man feel confused.
But attacking a small village, what can you get.
This is not in line with the benefit philosophy of a ninja.
"The specific situation is unknown."
"Then go and meet the root guys. You can't take these guys lightly."
•••
In the dark forest in the evening.
Four figures shuttled quickly through the dense woods, wearing windbreakers and oil-painted masks on their faces.
Each of the four of them carried two children, and a total of eight children were carried by them and ran towards a certain direction.
The four of them said nothing all the way, but ran forward with all their strength.
At this moment, the four of them felt a very strange and cold aura pervading the woods. This aura rushed from all directions, and it was impossible to observe where the source was.
"careful!"
As one of them shouted loudly, the other three also stopped, staring at their surroundings vigilantly.
Suddenly, a white light lit up ahead, illuminating the entire dense forest.
The time to illuminate the dense forest is only a short moment. If you don't pay special attention, it is difficult to capture that moment.
The four people at the root became vigilant, and the eyes under the mask were fixed on the sudden strong light. While being vigilant, they couldn't help but feel puzzled.
"Blindfolded?"
It seems to be the case.
After the bright light appeared for a moment, nothing happened next.
Although it is a low-level means of angering the enemy to provoke, as a member of the root, it cannot be easily provoked by the enemy with such a frustrating method.
The four threw aside the child in their hands, and one quickly formed a hand sign to mobilize the chakra in his body.
Since you don't know where the enemy is, then use indiscriminate attack methods to force them out of the dark.
"Wind Style · Wind —Ah!"
The root ninja who was about to perform the wind Release suddenly screamed in pain.
On his chest, a huge Bug-shaped lump protruded directly, which looked very scary.
The other three root ninjas were taken aback, not knowing what happened to their companions.
One person ran over, green light gathered on the palm of his hand, and healed the root ninja who fell to the ground and twitched in pain.
However, before he could receive any treatment, he also yelled in pain, and a terrifyingly huge Bug-shaped mass also appeared on his chest.
he fell to the ground and twitched in pain.
Suddenly, the temperature in the dense forest increased sharply.
Dozens of fireballs whizzed from the front, piercing the air at the same time, the tongues of flames swallowed fiercely, and the masks of the root ninjas were also flushed red.
"careful!"
The root ninja who was first lodged in the Bug-shaped lump, endured the severe pain, and quickly pushed away the root companion who was also lodged in the Bug-shaped lump who wanted to heal himself.
The opponent is a medical ninja. In this era when medical ninjas are not yet fully popular, every medical ninja is a precious resource.
Standing up from the ground by willpower, and forming signs with both hands, I want to continue to release ninjutsu to resist these fireballs.
This time, the Bug-shaped mass on his chest grew rapidly in a more exaggerated manner, until his body swelled like a round balloon.
There was a bang.
explodes in place.
Charred black flesh and blood flew around, accompanied by fierce fire.
Two root ninjas led the only medical ninja in the team to escape from the pursuit of the fireball in embarrassment.
Ben suspected that the death of the companion was related to the release of ninjutsu, so after the companion released ninjutsu, causing the body to explode, he knew that the release of ninjutsu would undoubtedly kill him.
To make matters worse, the only medical ninja in the team was also recruited.
A huge Bug-shaped lump appeared on the body, as if alive, trembling slightly in the flesh of the chest.
[ Translator Some information about Bug- shaped Lump ↓ Skip this if you know.
Exploding Bug - The user blinds the enemy with a smokescreen to scatter larvae that if inhaled, will grow inside their bodies into a spider-like parasite that explodes, killing the host. The insect's growth depends on how much chakra the host is using and a massive amount of chakra can speed up the growth process. The insect can however be removed by the means of surgery, though it is difficult, as one mistake could cause the insect to explode.
This attack was used on durai ( fifth Raikage and fourth Raikage right hand ). Fourth Raikage went to ask tsunade for help . Suzune performed a surgery on Durai to remove bug . ]
With a few swishes, five figures suddenly stood on the surrounding trees, surrounding them.
"You guys are...Xuan Yuanzhong?"
( Are ok with this name or do you guys want me to change it if yes give me some suggestions )
There are only two root ninjas who are safe and sound, and one of them seems to recognize the figure and appearance of these five people.
It is Xuan Yuanzhong, a mercenary group that has become well-known in the underground black market in recent years.
What they do is to use people's money to eliminate disasters.
"It's an honor that the name of our mercenaries can appear on the list of Konoha Root."
Bug man put his hands in his pockets, looking down at the remaining three root ninjas.
"Damn it!"
Since they know that the other party is a mercenary group in the underground black market, it means that someone has targeted their roots and wants the lives of their root ninjas. ( he is saying someone put bounty on roots that why bounty hunters came to kill them )
I'm afraid that once they use chakra, that strange Bug-shaped lump will appear on their bodies, causing them to die by exploding.
"let's go."
Without giving these roots a chance to think about countermeasures, Bug Man led four members and swooped down from the tree directly to hunt the root ninjas.
"ah!"
From time to time, there were shrill screams and explosions in the woods.
In just one minute, only the medical ninja who was in pain from the Bug-shaped lump survived.
One of the two root ninjas was killed by the explosion, and the other was burned by the fire.
"Take him back and see if you can find any useful information."
Bug man broke the limbs of the medical ninja, and then injected him with anesthesia so that he could not commit suicide under interrogation.
"What about these brats?"
Pointing to the eight children who passed out outside the battlefield.
"Send it to a nearby town and let the officials of the The Country of Hot Water arrange it. It has nothing to do with us."
•••
The Land of Hot Water stronghold.
Wearing an off-white windbreaker, wearing a white faceless mask, and the aster flower logo embroidered on the back, the interrogator came out of the interrogation room.
After seeing the interrogator coming out, the Bug man outside walked over and asked, "How is it? Did you get any information?"
"This root team doesn't know much. They just followed the orders of their superiors and came to The Country of Hot Water to steal children."
"Stealing children? Is it to take them back and raise them?"
The Bug man pondered.
"If this is the case, then it would be better to look for children with special physiques. After all, ordinary people will not be allowed to join in places like the roots."
The interrogator analyzed.
"makes sense."
Bug man nodded. The eight children stolen by this root team are just ordinary people, and there is nothing extraordinary about them. They are not worthy of being taken back by root ninjas for training.
"In this case, that guy is useless, let's get rid of it, don't leave any traces."
It is really impossible to guess the root of the purpose of coming to The Country of Hot Water to steal children, Bug Man said to the interrogators.
"Don't worry, our interrogation department is professional in handling corpses."
Watching the man away, the interrogators reopened the rusty iron door and walked in.
•••
In the cold laboratory, a dozen children stared blankly at the surrounding pale walls and the almost pale light above.
Surrounded by several medical ninjas wearing white masks, injecting them.
Pfft!
Pfft!
Pfft!
A large number of trees grow from the inside of these children, and blood is spilled.
Outside, through the glass wall, Danzo watched indifferently what happened inside, followed by the two Jonin guards of Roots.
Not long after, a medical ninja came out of the laboratory.
"Master Danzo, the experiment failed."
"I know, just use a new batch."
"But if this goes on..."
The medical ninja showed an unbearable look on his face, his head was deeply lowered, and his body was already trembling slightly.
"I'll give you two more months to make a wood Style user. As for the experimental body, don't worry, there are as many of these things as you need."
Danzo's cold eyes pierced the heart of the medical ninja.
"I'm sorry, Danzo-sama, I, I can't do this anymore, you should find someone else."
The medical ninja's voice was trembling.
Danzo gave him a cold look, and snorted unhappily.
Just as he was about to say something, suddenly a large number of figures broke open the iron gate and rushed in from the outside.
The two Jonin guards beside Danzo hurriedly took up positions to protect Danzo.
However, when they recognized the identity of the person who rushed in here, they were all taken aback.
He has the same attire as them, but the type of oil paint on the mask is different. It is an Anbu ninja directly under Hokage.
With this number, there are at least four squads and one team.
Danzo narrowed his eyes and looked at the ninja who led the Anbe ninja.
The third Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen.
Hiruzen had a gloomy face, without saying a word, walked up to Danzo, and ordered the medical ninjas who were conducting the experiment: "The Wood Style experiment is stopped, you all go down."
"Yes, Hokage-sama."
Hearing Hokage's order, these medical ninjas breathed a sigh of relief, and quickly left.
"Danzo, two months ago, I told you to stop the Wood Style experiment, why did you continue to do it secretly?"
Hiruzen stared at Danzo with a cold face, with all-consuming anger in his eyes.
Although the Wood Style experiment was something he acquiesced to, it was carried out on the premise that Ninjas will voluntarily take part in the experiment.
Due to the slow progress and extremely low success rate, all the Konoha ninjas who voluntarily dedicated themselves to the Wood Style experiment died in the experiment, and the records also indicate that they died in the line of duty, and their families will be compensated.
At that time, the Wood Style experiment was stopped by him, Hokage, and no one was allowed to conduct this experiment.
Facing the furious Hiruzen, Danzo also had some fear in his heart, but he still insisted: "I am doing this for Konoha's sake. As long as we can create Wood Style ninjas, those sacrifices are meaningful."
"The Country of Rain, the Country of Fields, the Country of Soup, the Country of Tea... You have been sending root ninjas into these countries these days. You should know better than me what you have done."
Having said that, Hiruzen sighed.
"Fortunately, there were no international disputes. I can forgive you this time, but I will not make an example. Clean up all traces and materials."
"Stop the Wood Style experiment at this time, you will definitely regret it, Hiruzen."
Danzo knew that Hiruzen was involved in this matter, and that the Wood Style experiment would come to an end here, and he was unwilling.
Because he is not Hokage, he can only obey Hiruzen's orders. It is estimated that surveillance on him will be stricter in the future.
But this isn't over.
It is of great significance to create a wooden style ninja for the root.
With Wood Style, you won’t be afraid of Uchiha’s Sharingan, and you can even control the Tailed Beast.
In that case...the position of Hokage is also at your fingertips.
Danzo left with two Roots Jōnin, and Hiruzen showed a trace of melancholy on his face.
This guy Danzo is really messed up.
When did he become so unscrupulous?
It is the same for dealing with Uchiha, and it is also the same for the current wooden style experiment.
Danzo, this is the last time I tolerate you, and the next time, I will definitely... Hiruzen looked at the direction Danzo left, and made up his mind.
•••
The second day, morning.
Hiruzen arrived at the office of the Hokage Building early, looked at the village shrouded in the morning sun, it was a peaceful and peaceful scene, and smiled.
Thinking about what happened in Danzo yesterday, I became sad.
Looking out the window for a while, Hiruzen put away these miscellaneous thoughts and started today's work.
After entering the job, a ninja and a ninja came to pick up the tasks that suit him. For this kind of work, Hiruzen has long been used to it.
When it was almost ten o'clock, the door of the office opened again.
Ruri came in from the outside.
Not long ago, in the team she led, a ninja was admitted to the intelligence class, and yesterday he submitted a letter of resignation to Ruri, expressing that he would work in Konoha's intelligence class.
Ruri didn't stop it either. Compared with the regular team, the work of the intelligence team was a little busier, but the security was very high, and the monthly salary was very stable.
Because of the small number of people, ninjas working in the intelligence class, even trainees, also have good benefits.
After all, this kind of special talent is more popular in Konoha, such as medical ninjas.
"This is the information of the new member of your team. If you don't not find this one suitable, you can replace it with someone else."
Hiruzen handed Ruri a piece of information, which recorded the information of the new members of her team.
Ruri took it indifferently, and took a quick glance. It was a boy with a shiny bowl-style haircut and thick eyebrows, and his white teeth were shining brightly.
Looks like a guy with a lot of physical strength.
"what do you think?"
"This one."
Ruri nodded. For her, there is no special need for leading any kind of ninja, and she doesn't need any performance promotion.
Just because the work of the Uchiha Guard is too boring, I go out to perform missions and have a little fun for myself.
Holding the new member's information, Ruri didn't stay here any longer, and headed towards the assembly point designated by her team.
"Ruri-Sensei."
When we came to the assembly point, there were two children about ten years old waiting here.
Seeing Ruri coming, he shouted happily.
Because the other person went to the intelligence squad, there are only two ninjas in Ruri's team now.
"Genma, hasn't the newcomer arrived yet?"
"No, I haven't seen anyone yet."
The ninja who was called Genma shook his head, holding a 'toothpick' in his mouth.
[ Genma Shiranui - the guy who was the referee in chunin exams ]
"I guess he's already on his way, after all, there's still half an hour before the agreed time."
Said the boy in a black ninja suit and black sunglasses.
After waiting here for more than ten minutes, suddenly a boy in a green leather tights and a shiny bowl-style haircut rushed over.
"You're finally here, you really made us wait. I hope you won't be tortured to death later."
Genma laughed maliciously.
"This guy, I remember he was..."
The boy wearing black sunglasses next to him pushed the frame on the bridge of his nose, as if he recognized the person coming.
The other party stood still in front of the three of them panting, grinning, his white teeth gleaming with dazzling light.
"Hi, I'm Might Guy. I'm joining this team today. Nice to meet you!"
"..."
The teeth are so bright.
The green clothes are so weird.
This was the unifying idea among the three of them.
"Uchiha Ruri, the Jonin of this team, is also the captain. She is good at fire style and Taijutsu, but not good at genjutsu."
Ruri nodded. Judging from her body shape and standing posture, she was exactly the same as the information said, and she is good at Taijutsu.
"Eh?"
The boy named Might Guy looked surprised.
Obviously she is a ninja from the Uchiha clan, why is she not good at illusion?
very strange.
Genma came over and patted Might Guy on the shoulder and said with a smile: "You will know later, newcomer. My name is Shiranui Genma, let's get along."
"Let's be friends."
Shine your white teeth again.
"I'm Ebisu, and my interest is..."
The boy in black sunglasses introduces himself.
[ Ebisu is the guy who is the teacher Konohamaru ]
"Read H novels." ( hentai , +18 )
Genma added a sentence.
"That's right, my hobby is reading H novels... Uh... No! Why H novels?"
Ebisu yelled at Genma with a flushed face, out of breath.
"that…"
Might Guy interrupted the communication between the two.
"What?"
"What is H novel? Is that kind of book very powerful?"
His face was serious.
"..."
Genma and Ebisu scratched their heads, how can this be explained?
This guy's brain...doesn't work well, does it?
"You three don't discuss meaningless topics there, it's a rule for newcomers to fight me first."
Ruri stood not far away and said.
"Yes, Ruri-Sensei."
Genma and Ebisu showed a look of pity, walked aside and began to watch the battle.
"Do you want me to duel with you? with a Jonin? It's just what I want, my youth is already burning!"
Hearing that he could fight Ruri, a Jōnin, Might Guy did not show any fear on his face, but was eager to try, and his heart was very excited.
There are not many opportunities to practice with Jonin. You must seize the opportunity and leave a good impression on the other party.
Ruri took a look at him, drew out a shuriken from the ninja bag, put it on her finger and twirled it.
"Well, let's get started."
After finishing speaking, Ruri flicked her palm, and the shuriken spinning on her fingers, like a black lightning bolt, shot towards Might Guy.
Might Guy's face was startled, and it was so fast that he couldn't dodge it.
Hastily took out Kunai to block it, felt a sharp pain in his arm, and couldn't help grinning, obviously because of the pain.
Is this the strength of Jonin?
Just an ordinary shuriken has this kind of power.
Might Guy felt his body was on fire.
"Konoha Whirlwind!"
Without hesitation, after blocking the shuriken, Might Guy aggressively attacked Ruri.
Genma and Ebisu looked at all this with a flat face. The speed and strength of the newcomer are very good, but for the "Miss. Ruri" who looks like a demon in their eyes, it is not even a play.
No surprise, Ruri easily avoided his combo kicking skills.
Might Guy was not discouraged, if it was so easy for him to hit Jōnin, it would not be Jōnin.
Although it was just a test, Might Guy planned to fight with all his might.
"Open the first gate of Opening!"
Under the surprised eyes of Genma and Ebisu, Might Guy's speed and strength increased again.
"What?"
Might Guy frowned seeing his attack being easily staggered by Ruri again.
It's so easy.
Although the opponent is Jonin, there is always a very strange feeling haunting him.
Next, no matter what kind of attack, how much power and speed increase, even the corner of Ruri's clothes couldn't touch it.
"Ruri-Sensei, you are too bad."
Genma and Ebisu, who were sitting on the ground, watched Might Guy attack wildly there, and sighed to someone sitting on the stone pipe behind them.
"I just wanted to verify whether this guy is an illusion idiot as in the information. It seems that the information is correct. But the gate of opening... Is it the eight inner gates technique? Interesting brat."
The person sitting on the stone pipe behind Genma and Ebisu is Ruri.
Except for throwing a shuriken at the beginning, she has been sitting here, watching Might Guy alone in the field.
"Damn it! Why can't I always hit her?"
Ten minutes later, Might Guy was not willing to stare at Ruri in front of him, gasping for breath, sweating profusely, feeling like his hands and feet were cramping.
Obviously the opponent hasn't attacked yet, but he has already become like this.
"It can't be done, I admit defeat and stop fighting."
Might Guy couldn't hold on any longer, so he simply fell to the ground and surrendered to Ruri.
"Thank you for your hard work, but Ruri-Sensei left two minutes ago."
Genma and Ebisu came over and helped Might Guy up from the ground.
"What?"
Might Guy was taken aback.
Gone two minutes ago? Who is she that he was fighting with?
he Looked at front, there is already nothing there.
What is happening?
"This is illusion."
Genma explained a sentence.
"Illusion? Don't lie to me, Ruri-Sensei didn't use her sharingan."
Might Guy looked disbelieving.
"No, it is indeed an illusion. The moment you use Kunai to block Ruri-Sensei's shuriken, you were already have been caught in an illusion. It is a special illusion that is triggered by the touch of an instrument. We also suffered a lot in this regard in the past, hitting the air in the open space like a fool for a long time."
Ebisu pushed his glasses and said.
"..."
Might Guy remembered Ruri's self-introduction before.
"But, I remember Ruri-Sensei said that the thing I'm worst at is illusion..."
"If a junin is the least good at taijutsu, can you win with your own taijutsu?"
Genma rolled his eyes.
Might Guy still looked puzzled.
"The so-called not being good at it means that compared with Taijutsu and Fire Style, illusion is relatively 'ordinary'. After you see Ruri-Sensei's Fire Style in the mission, you will know why she said that she is not good at illusion. Don't take it seriously when she says she is not good at it."
Even if it is true, it cannot be judged with the eyes of a ninja.
Failure to understand this can be fatal.
"Okay, don't think so much, this is the sponsorship fee left by Ruri-Sensei, let's go eat barbecue together."
Ebisu comforted Might Guy, and then a stack of thick banknotes appeared in his hand like magic, which was the money Ruri left for them to eat barbecue.
When he heard that he could eat barbecue, the corner of Might Guy's mouth almost drooled.
"Don't look at Ruri-Sensei's coldness on the surface, but she actually takes good care of her subordinates. And only when we are full can we have the energy to do the task."
Genma took the lead and led the way.
Might Guy and Ebisu followed quickly behind.
BBQ! BBQ!
BBQ! BBQ!
—Uchiha clan land.
In the underground laboratory, Shiraishi, who was experimenting with Bunsen burners and reagent tubes, turned his head when he noticed movement behind him.
"Didn't you go to meet the new members today? Why did you come back so soon?"
The woman who appeared here, was Ruri.
"I just come back here and get some medical supplies."
Ruri skillfully opened a cabinet and rummaged through it for medical equipment.
Shiraishi put down his work, turned his head to look at the back of Ruri, and asked her: "By the way, Ruri, do you want to try it yourself?"
"Try? Try what?"
Unable to understand this kind of words, Ruri stopped what she was doing, feeling puzzled.
"Senjutsu."
Shiraishi smiled and spoke concisely.
