Escape from konoha 51
🕑 Added 2023-09-03 01:19:00 +0000 UTCOn the training ground, Shiraishi is practicing with Ruri.
Since the last actual combat training probably happened during the ninja school. In addition, Ruri's strength has also grown rapidly during this period, so Shiraishi's information on Ruri's strength has become a little vague.
Besides, when Ruri entered the fighting state, a sharp murderous aura naturally lingered on Ruri's body, which was proof of having seen blood.
Although Sakumo's team was established less than half a year ago, they have experienced more than a dozen battles, large and small. It can also be said that they have rich combat experience, and have confronted Jonin many times.
Even an ordinary ninja like Shiraishi, who is good at medical ninjutsu, has personally eliminated several ninjas, so during the sparring, Shiraishi was not frightened by Ruri's murderous aura.
But this does not mean that Ruri is easy to deal with, even if it is just an ordinary physical skill, it is like a thunderbolt.
Ruri, who was still in front of Shiraishi a second ago, flashed behind Shiraishi in an instant, and the leg whip carrying the strong wind swept towards Shiraishi's head at lightning speed.
Shiraishi had no choice but to bend down, press one palm on the ground, use the palm as the axis, turn his body, and roll over a few somersaults in the opposite direction to Ruri, keeping a safe distance.
Then he turned around immediately, and a well-crafted ninja sword fell out of his cuff, which happened to fall into Shiraishi's hands.
Shiraishi is a ninja with serious chakra shortcomings. Therefore, in battle, if you can save chakra, try to save chakra as much as possible. Compared with ninjutsu, the chakra used in taijutsu is relatively much less.
In addition, his own body has already been permanently strengthened by a new drug developed based on natural energy, and his comprehensive physical ability is far stronger than that of ordinary people. Only a little chakra is needed to make a qualitative change in the speed and strength of Taijutsu.
Junin should be able to interrupt the performance of ninjutsu, but if you encounter a junin who is proficient in taijutsu, the outcome is hard to say. Comprehensive judgment should be made according to the actual situation, such as environmental factors, psychological quality, tactical arrangements, types of taijutsu, etc.
However, during the battle with Ruri, Shiraishi was unable to interrupt her ninjutsu. For a ninja who is proficient in Taijutsu, ninjutsu and Genjutsu, she can crush him in all directions, it is difficult to achieve any results.
Besides, Ruri still has such a troublesome blood succession boundary as Sharingan.
The battle between the two in the training ground looked fierce, but due to the speed, if someone was watching here, if the dynamic vision did not reach a certain level, it is estimated that only afterimages would be seen flashing across the eyes, and then there would be metal sounds, and then they would not be able to see anything.
Neither of them need to use the teleportation technique, they can move at high speed with pure physical technique.
It should be said that he is using the instant body technique to fight all the time.
This is the convenience of Taijutsu ninja, but since the speed of Taijutsu is kept at the highest level, the burden on physical strength and body will also increase rapidly.
Fortunately, the bodies of Shiraishi and Ruri have been improved by natural energy medicine, and their resilience, including resistance, is also superb, allowing them to enter this high-speed combat state for a long time.
This is also the reason why Ruri was able to fight in one-on-two in the first mission without losing the ground.
There should be more than two junin who are besieging together, including a junin who is proficient in physical arts, and they must restrain her from the front, otherwise it will be difficult to defeat her.
As the battle gradually deepened, Shiraishi's chakra was exhausted and he became short of breath.
Seeing this, Ruri stopped her hands immediately, and Kunai twirled her fingers, and then put them in the ninja bag, ending a long-lost battle.
Compared to using illusions to fight, Ruri prefers Taijutsu and ninjutsu, which is a frontal attack.
Probably because this method of fighting is more straightforward.
Therefore, every time she fights Shiraishi with Taijutsu, she feels much happier.
Only this kind of flesh-and-blood battle can be called the essence of battle.
"You are really useless, you can fight for a long time."
"No way, I'm not like you Uchiha ninjas, your Chakra is naturally much stronger than ordinary people."
Especially after awakening Sharingan, Chakra will increase further.
In addition to using Sharingan for a long time, you will be a little tired, but in regular battles, Uchiha ninjas have never been short of Chakra.
"However, I am going to practice natural energy next, and the situation should improve a lot."
"Isn't it already done?"
"That was done in an experiment. I haven't tried to actively absorb natural energy myself. Now the risk is almost minimized, so I will use drugs to assist me, so that I can grasp the feeling of absorbing natural energy."
"Since the risk has become very low, then I want to be together. I can't let you be the only one in front of others."
Ruri also has a huge desire to conquer natural energy.
Natural energy is more powerful than ordinary chakra, even if it cannot be fused with chakra to form sage chakra, the effect of increasing physical energy is also very important.
Moreover, if you master the way to absorb natural energy, it means that the energy will never be exhausted.
Natural energy is everywhere in nature.
Water, air, trees...everywhere.
It can be said that as long as you're in nature, natural energy can be permanently supplied.
"Well, that's what I planned too."
Shiraishi did not refuse, rather, it would have been impossible to get to where he is today without the funds, contacts, and location provided by Ruri.
The power of capital (money) is invincible.
If you have trouble with anything, you can't have trouble with money.
Alas...it was obviously created by humans, but humans are enslaved by it. This world is really degenerate.
"Are you planning to give it to Ayane's too?"
Ruri walked to the bench outside the training ground, picked up the wet towel there and wiped her face, and then said this sentence out of the blue, the tone was not very cold, but it gave people a very terrible sense of oppression.
"...Ah, well, that's right... because the Byakugan has many uses. Ayane also helped me solve a lot of research problems with her Byakugan."
Shiraishi looked away with a guilty conscience.
I thought that after Ruri came to him that day, the matter could be unraveled like this, but he didn't expect to bring it up again, and Shiraishi was somewhat embarrassed.
Wait, why the embarrassment?
Isn’t it normal for teammates and classmates to help each other?
Shiraishi couldn't help asking rhetorical questions again.
Did I make the problem too complicated?
"Is it?"
Ruri looked up at the blue sky, then stroked the long black hair beside her ear, turned and left.
Shiraishi stayed where he was thinking.
What does 'is it' mean?
Women's minds are really difficult to understand. Whether it's Ayane or Ruri, their personalities are easy to understand, but sometimes they make people feel inexplicable when they speak.
The ancient saying "a needle in the sea of a woman's heart" is really a famous saying from ancient times.
"Forget it, the most important thing now is to practice natural energy..."
••••
The grass and leaves here are green, the birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant, full of vitality.
Surrounded by tall and incomparably tall toad stone statues, this is a place like a paradise—Mount Myōboku.
Together with Ryūchi Cave and Shikkotsu Forest, it is called the three holy places of the ninja world, and it is also one of the birthplaces of inheriting ancient Sage Arts.
Since ancient times, countless powerful ninjas have visited this place, wanting to practice Sage Arts. Some people buried this place and it became the setting of the toad stone statue in Mount Myōboku.
But with the advent of the ninja village era, although the existence of senjutsu is still recorded in the classics of major ninja villages, in fact, with the death of the first Hokage Senju Hashirama, senjutsu has already become a legend in the ninja world, and it is difficult to determine whether it is true or not.
Up to now, there has never been a ninja who can master Sage Mode, and he can shine in the ninja world war.
"The boss of Fukasaku."
That was a human voice that shouldn't appear in the Three Holy Lands Mount Myōboku.
Wearing Konoha’s Jōnin uniform, wearing a Konoha Ninja forehead protector on his head, there are two bright red vertical marks under the corners of his eyes, he is about 25 or 26 years old, with white hair, and his face shows the vigorous self-confidence that young people should have.
As soon as he came here, he greeted the toad at the gate of the main hall deep in the deep mountains.
This toad was waiting for him in front of the main hall. He was wearing a gray robe, with green skin, and his height was only about the size of a human child, but his body gave off a very extraordinary aura, even though it was still a toad.
"Oh, it's Jiraiya, are you finally here?"
It clearly saw the human youth who came here to greet, and a kind smile appeared on the old face.
This young ninja is none other than Konoha Shinobi Jiraiya who signed a summoning contract with the Three Great Holy Lands, Mount Myōboku.
Together with Tsunade and Orochimaru, he is one of the Legendary Sannin.
He is also the current disciple of Konoha 3rd Hokage Sarutobi Hiruzen, an excellent Konoha Jounin who inherited the will of fire.
Not long ago, he had just concluded the three-year contract with the Land of Rain, and not long after he returned to Konoha, he was about to go to the front line of the Land of Fire to fight, but he received a message from the Herald Frog from Mount Myōboku, asking him to come to Mount Myōboku as soon as possible.
"Well, Boss Fukasaku, what happened? Why did you call me here at this time?"
"I'm sorry to let you come here at such a critical moment, but this is the order of the elder, and there is nothing I can do about it."
Fukasaku knows that a great war is going on in the ninja world, and Konoha is one of the participants. As Konoha's few high-end Jōnin, Jiraiya will naturally go to the front to fight the enemy.
Jiraiya never meant to blame the Fukasaku Sage. As one of the two great sages of Mount Myōboku, when he was Practicing in the Mount Myōboku, it was also Sage Fukasaku who taught him the Sage Art art ...even though he failed in the end, he still had no idea about the Sage Art.
However, considering that this is the legendary Sage art, it must be difficult.
He already has surpassed many people without turning into a stone toad.
"What, Miss Shima isn't there?"
Jiraiya also saw that another sage of Mount Myōboku, Shima, was not there, so he asked.
Shima is the wife of Sage Fukasaku, and also an extremely powerful sage in Mount Myōboku. They are usually inseparable, so he asked this question.
"She went out to buy vegetables."
"Is that so. In other words, it's the Great Toad Sage who asked me to come this time, what is the matter?"
"I don't know the specifics, but this is what the old man ordered. Come in with me."
Fukasaku led the way ahead, so Jiraiya had no choice but to follow and entered the hall together.
In the huge and magnificent hall, directly in front of the gate, there is an unbelievably large reclining chair, and an equally unfathomably large giant old toad is lying there.
It had a big pipe in its mouth, and even with its eyes closed and dozed off, smoke rings enveloped the hall in circles, filling the hall with clouds and mist, as if he was in a fairyland.
Fusaku jumped to the high platform under the big toad's right hand in twos and twos, clasped his hands together, and looked solemn.
Jiraiya also stood still in front of the big toad, looking up.
No matter how you look at it, this shockingly large toad looks like it is about to die with half of its foot in the coffin.
"Great Sage Toad, I'm here."
Jiraiya also yelled below.
The old toad didn't respond at all, and continued to blow smoke rings with a happy expression.
Fukasaku's solemn expression didn't last long, he took a deep breath helplessly, turned his head, and used the Sage Chakra to spread his voice louder:
"My lord, Jiraiya has come too!"
Old Toad took a leisurely look at Fukasaku next to him, and then saw Jiraiya below, and only then did he react.
"Have you brought everyone? Sorry, I almost fell asleep."
"..."
It's not that I almost fell asleep, but I have already fallen asleep.
"Great Toad Sage, is there something going on this time?"
The Great Toad Sage is the master of Mount Myōboku. He has an incredible ability to see the future. He once made prophecies for him and fulfilled them one by one.
Being able to see through the future, it feels like a real Sage is nothing more than that.
Especially after seeing some things in the Land of Rain this time, I firmly believe in the ability of the Great Toad Sage.
"About this matter, Jiraiya...what's your name?"
The big toad sage suddenly asked such words, embarrassing both Jiraiya and Fukasaku sage.
"Master, this is Jiraiya. You predicted something for him before, our contractor of Mount Myōboku."
Fukasaku had no choice but to add.
"Oh, I remembered, it's little Jiraiya, I almost didn't remember."
To be honest, I never wanted to believe that such a dementia toad could be a so-called Sage.
But the prophecy forced him to believe it.
And Mount Myōboku's Sage Art is also true, not a fabrication.
"Little Jiraiya, I'm looking for you this time, and I have something else for you to do."
"What is it? Is it still about the Son of Prophecy?"
Jiraiya also thought that only such a big event was worthy of the Great Toad Sage asking him to come over in person.
"It's not directly related to the Son of Prophecy. It's just that I recently dreamed of a very weird prophecy dream..."
"Weird prophetic dream?"
"Yes, the kind of weirdness that can't be said."
The tone of the Great Toad Sage still didn't fluctuate much, looking weak as if he was half-dead.
"Then this weirdness is..."
"Accompanied by extremely tragic wars, ninjas will disappear from the world. Death and war will burn throughout the entire ninja world like never before."
"!?"
Jiraiya and Fukasaku were startled.
Even the prophecies of the Son of Prophecy have never been so extreme.
Because the son of prophecy has two results, one is destruction, and the other is newborn peace.
And as long as the child of prophecy is well educated and guided, the probability of peace in the ninja world will be greater.
But this time the result is directly destructive, and there is no room for people to choose.
"That...disappearance means..."
Jiraiya also couldn't accept such a sudden change for a while, and there was urgency on his face.
"That is to say, all the ninjas in the ninja world, including Konoha, will disappear from the ninja world..."
"Konoha...disappeared..."
Jiraiya also panicked.
When it comes to Konoha, he can no longer calm down.
"The reason? Is it the son of prophecy?"
Jiraiya also asked anxiously.
Thinking of staying in the Land of Rain for three years this time, the successor of the Rinnegan who He accepted as his disciple, Jiraiya also believes that he is the ninja who will bring changes to the ninja world.
Because it is the Rinnegan of the Sage of the Six Paths, which is why Jiraiya also believes in the prophecy of the Sage Toad more and more.
But I spent three years, so I should be able to guide it well enough. Could it be that...
"This matter has nothing to do with the Son of Prophecy."
Hearing what Great Sage Toad said, Jiraiya also heaved a sigh of relief.
Fortunately not.
"Then why exactly?"
"I have no idea."
Great Sage Toad said simply.
"ha?"
I was also confused when I came here.
You have no idea?
What kind of answer is this?
"The person who brought absolute destruction to today's ninja world is now among Konoha, you have to investigate carefully. Please, Jiraiya..."
In Konoha!?
Jiraiya was also surprised.
What's going on? The person who brought destruction to the ninja world is Konoha?
who is it?
Is there such a terrible person among Konoha?
If so, why didn't I notice it at all?
That should be the powerful Konoha ninja.
"Great Toad Sage, I—"
"Hurrah..."
On the seat, there was only the sweet snoring of the Great Toad Sage.
Jiraiya, Fukasaku: "..."
Isn’t the prophecy just now a joke dream?
But I think it's impossible. If it was an ordinary dream, the Great Toad Sage wouldn't have called him over here.
"But Konoha is so big and there are so many ninjas, how can I find them..."
Jiraiya sighed in the hall.
What's more, he is going to the battlefield soon, how can he have time to do this kind of thing?
Besides, it is not sure whether it is a man or a woman. If he wants to check each one, he will not be able to do it even if he is exhausted.
Should he ask Sarutobi-sensei for help?
Jiraiya begins to think about what to do next.
