Escape from konoha 46
🕑 Added 2023-09-02 03:08:08 +0000 UTCThe next day, there were four or five more people in the underground laboratory.
These people are dressed like farmers working in the fields, but their faces are full of fierce colors, and their bodies are also very strong. Even if they are tied up, their eyes are full of murderous looks, and they probably have killed many people.
Shiraishi didn't ask where these people came from, nor did he ask about their original identities, but most of them were bandits who murdered and robbed outside.
Right now, there is a lot of chaos outside, and there are countless robbers who are burning, killing and looting everywhere. When Ruri went out on missions, she also encountered this kind of thing, so she solved many bandit groups.
However, Shiraishi doesn’t care where they came from or what they did at the moment. After entering this laboratory, their fate is the same as that of the white mice that Shiraishi played with before, and they belong to the category of experimental products.
After systematic planning, the natural energy experiment itself is not life-threatening, but everything should not be too absolute. After all, animals were used in the experiment before, and the life structure of animals is too different from that of humans. Therefore, using humans to conduct natural energy injection experiments this time does not rule out the risk of accidents.
"Experiments are hard to find, don't run out all at once."
Ruri said something before leaving.
In order to transport these experimental subjects here, it took her a lot of manpower and material resources, so she specially reminded him.
"Don't worry, don't forget that I am still a medical ninja, and I can use them repeatedly."
Shiraishi also knew that it was not easy for Ruri to get these experimental subjects, so he didn't plan to consume them all at once.
Medical ninjutsu can come in handy at this time, as long as They don't die, they can be used repeatedly.
Moreover, Shiraishi believes that the possibility of his research endangering life is still very low. Before conducting human experiments, he had already done many animal experiments. As long as he is careful, life is basically guaranteed.
After Ruri left, Shiraishi entered the official working state.
The mouths of the few people who were brought over were all sealed with cloth, and they could not speak loudly, they could only whine angrily in a low voice, as if they were very dissatisfied with this kind of treatment.
For these robbers who live on the edge of a knife, there is no fear in their eyes, and they are probably thinking about **** Shiraishi in their hearts, so let's get out of here.
Shiraishi ignored the low-pitched angry yells of these people, chose one of them at random, and put him on the test bench to lie down. Because he was too dishonest, Shiraishi could only inject him with a small tube of anesthetic to make him drowsy, and then he calmed down honestly.
"Don't worry, everything will be ok, my experimental subject. You will have everything you need to eat and drink. It's much better than your life outside licking blood from the knife edge, and There you will not know when you will die suddenly. My experiments are not life-threatening. I can assure you of this much."
The emotions of these people seemed to have changed, their eyes became averted, and Shiraishi's tone remained calm.
Even for sustainable use, Shiraishi will try his best to ensure the lives of these peoples.
After all, in this troubled world, many people live for a meal.
The big country is okay, but the people of the small country probably think that even a meal is a luxury, so they can only eat wild vegetables on the side of the road, maybe they don’t even have wild vegetables to eat.
In this era of war that did not pay attention to morality and human relations, Shiraishi had already told himself that life was not worth being happy, and death was not worth mourning.
Life is often priceless because it is worthless.

Two days later.
Shiraishi came out of the underground laboratory. In the past two days, except for eating and sleeping outside, Shiraishi spent most of the rest of the time in the underground laboratory, conducting experiments there.
Although there is no progress yet, considering that the human experiment has just begun, it will take at least a week of observation to draw some conclusions.
After coming out of the underground laboratory, Shiraishi took a breath.
It is now July, and the light from the sun is a bit too hot, as if people's energy has been sucked away by the scorching sun.
What makes Shiraishi want to complain is that all this time there are electric lights and computers in this world, why is there no air conditioner?
Go to the room where Ruri is, the coolness inside is very different from the stuffy heat outside.
Because there is a lot of ice in the room, and the electric fan keeps blowing, the cold air is quickly spread to every corner of the room, resulting in the same effect as the air conditioner.
Ruri was only wearing a loose blue casual dress at this time, and there were some scattered scrolls and black leather boxes around her.
"What's this?"
Shiraishi pointed to the scroll and the black leather box.
"The reward for the previous mission, this is your share. The total money is 1.2 million taels, and the rest are scrolls related to medical knowledge, and there are a few more practical medical ninjutsu."
"That's it." Shiraishi sat down, opened one of the scrolls, and said with a smile on his face: "I didn't expect the village to be so generous, rewarding me with such precious things. These are all important information I hope to get. I thought they would just throw away some things casually. It seems that the village's high-level officials are not impersonal."
"It's because they want to dismiss you casually, so they gave you these things, you idiot, is this what you want?"
Ruri glanced at Shiraishi who was complacent.
"???"
"For them, being able to use these things to get rid of you is the most trouble-free and resource-saving way."
Hearing what Ruri said, Shiraishi immediately understood.
"It doesn't matter. Although it was a mistake, these materials and medical ninjutsu really helped me a lot."
"Really? As long as you are happy."
"By the way, what about your reward, Ruri?"
"Afterwards, I will have go to the Hokage Building. The upper management of the village has approved me to choose a ninjutsu from the Scroll of Sealing at will."
When Ruri said this, her expression was very surprising.
It seems that she did not expect that the third Hokage would have such courage.
According to her knowledge, the relationship between higher-up officials and their Uchiha clan has always been very rigid. Even if it has eased over the years, it is only a superficial friendship.
While listening to Ruri, Shiraishi suddenly felt that the scroll in his hand was not even fragrant to Ruri's reward.
"Then have you decided, which ninjutsu will you choose?"
Shiraishi put away his depressed mood and asked.
Ruri yawned out of boredom, lay down on her side, and played with a kunai in her hand.
"The elders in the clan said they will respect my choice, but I don't know what powerful ninjutsu is in the Scroll of Sealing, and I don't lack high-level ninjutsu, so I didn't think about it for a while. Do you have any ideas?"
Ruri has some knowledge about the Scroll of Sealing, but Ruri is not particularly clear about how many forbidden and secret techniques are recorded in it, and what different types of these techniques are.
"How about choosing soul-related ninjutsu?"
Shiraishi made a suggestion.
"soul?"
Ruri frowned.
"I heard that there is a jonin named Kato Dan in the village, who knows a very mysterious soul-type ninjutsu. He seems to be the boyfriend of Tsunade-sensei. I think this type of ninjutsu is very helpful for my research."
"Got it."
Ruri thought for a while, then nodded in agreement.
Anyway, she doesn't have much need for the ninjutsu in the Scroll of Sealing. If the soul-type ninjutsu can really help Shiraishi and let him unlock the secrets of the sage art earlier, it will be a huge improvement for her.
