Escape from konoha 37
🕑 Added 2023-08-30 09:23:42 +0000 UTCThousands of Poison kunai and Shuriken fell from the sky towards Sakumo. Sakumo is holding a short chakra Saber. This is a short knife made of precious metal that can be transmitted to Chakra. Holding such a sharp weapon, cooperating with the seamless movement of the blade. I only saw white sword lights that were invisible to the naked eye, and Poison needles were blocked by Sakumo using a chakra blade without exception, and none of them broke through Sakumo's defensive circle.
Fighting with him are two sand ninjas who are proficient in manipulating puppets.
A man and a woman, slightly older than himself, should be a couple, with a high degree of tacit understanding, especially the one attack after other, if it wasn't for him here, the average Jonin would have been defeated and killed in the rainstorm-like attack of the two.
Even though he fended off a large number of hidden poisonous weapons released by the two of them using puppets, Hatake Sakumo still didn't dare to be careless.
Using poison on the hidden weapon of the puppet, this is an assassination technique often used by the ninjas in the puppet army of Sand Village.
If the skin is accidentally cut, the poison will also spread through the skin wound and penetrate into the flesh and blood.
By that time, the situation will undoubtedly become extremely troublesome.
Fighting against these puppet masters, it is really impossible for the slightest accident to happen.
However, Hatake Sakumo, who has performed many S-level missions over the years, has experience in fighting puppet masters. Even though the puppet skills of the two people on the opposite side are stronger than the puppet masters he fought before, the weakness of the puppet art is obvious.
Chakras is needed to control the puppet, and the body of the puppeteer is generally very weak.
Cutting off the chakras will only make the puppeteer lose control of the puppets for a while, and will soon re-condense the chakras, allowing the puppets to join the battle.
So, rather than cutting off Chakras, bypassing the puppet directly and attacking the puppet master himself is the best tactic.
How to get around it?
The sand hidden ninjas of a man and a woman are constantly cutting positions with each other, and the techniques are dazzling.
The puppets manipulated by the two of them were all hidden in the dark robes, and it was impossible to see how the hidden weapon was fired from there.
This disrupts Sakumo's analytical abilities.
Moreover, the opponent clearly knew his strengths, avoided close combat, and was always careful to keep a certain distance from him.
This made Hatake Sakumo feel extremely troublesome.
The other party possesses incomparably rich combat skills, so he must be a very important person in Sand Village's puppet army.
"I have to end it fast!"
Delaying is not an option. The cooperation of the two puppet masters is flawless. If the time is delayed, he will be more worried about the situation of his Students.
Further passing chakra into the White Light Chakra Sabre in his hand, and the White Light Chakra Sabre emits a white light, as if the blade is coated with a layer of white moonlight, which is extremely conspicuous in the dark forest.
If you can't find the enemy's weakness, you can only force a breakthrough and create a weakness.
Pulling the puppet, the male ninja backed up, and the female ninja next to him also backed up. The two did not speak, but manipulated the puppet silently, but they shared the same mind, no eye contact, non verbal communication, just seeing each other's actions, they knew what the other person was going to do.
When they saw the white light on White Light Chakra Sabre, they knew what Hatake Sakumo was going to do.
They Can't give him a chance.
Walking through the torrential rain formed by hidden weapons, Hatake Sakumo's figure was too close to be seen, and he could only see the whistling white light, cutting off all the hidden weapons rushing towards him on the straight road, and charged straight forward.
Two puppets dressed in black robes alternated positions in front of Hatake Sakumo, like ghosts who eluded people.
Chick!
The black robe suddenly had a neat cut, revealing the puppet's wooden body inside.
"What!?"
Hatake Sakumo disappeared from their eyes.
The sharp light made the eyes of the man and woman squint.
Among them, the male ninja violently pushed the female ninja away, and the position from the shoulder to the chest was cut open by the blade, spattering a lot of blood.
Sakumo showed surprise in his eyes. He thought that he would attack the woman, but he didn't expect this man to push the female ninja away so simply.
But it was just a surprise, without hesitation, he continued to swing the second time.
What was cut open was the puppet who was suddenly pulled over by a male ninja not far away, and blocked the fatal second knife on his behalf.
This guy! Hatake Sakumo's eyes were serious.
Knowing that the first attack could not be dodged, the male ninja had no need to dodge at all. He just pushed the female ninja aside and pulled the puppet back. When Sakumo swung the second time, the puppet just pulled back and blocked him.
Hatake Sakumo finds it troublesome to have such a strong mentality of maintaining absolute calmness without any panic between life and death.
boom!
The smoke bomb exploded, blocking Hatake Sakumo's eyes.
Immediately after, countless Shuriken and Kunai flew out from the other end of the smoke, and Sakumo had no choice but to hold the White Light Chakra Sabre to resist.
By the time he rushed over there, the man and woman had disappeared from sight.
"It's troublesome, if we meet again next time, the previous trick is likely to be seen through..."
Sakumo looked at the empty forest in front of him, and exhaled lightly.
Instead of chasing the man and the woman, Hatake Sakumo hurriedly returned to the battlefield where Shiraishi and the others fought.
When he arrived, the battle was already over.
It seems that the signal of the retreat of the man and the woman prevails. The ninjas who fought with Shiraishi and others are also withdrawing. From here, he can barely see their backs.
Should I try to chase them?
When this thought flashed through Sakumo's mind, he saw Ayane and Ruri sitting by the tree wearily, receiving Shiraishi's healing technique to recover their physical strength and chakra.
Seeing this, Hatake Sakumo had no choice but to abandon this idea.
It would be too much for him to deal with so many ninjas by himself.
Fighting against a male and a female ninja of Sand Hidden, his physical strength and chakra are also consumed very quickly, so he should mainly rest now.
"Shiroishi, how are their injuries?"
Sakumo came over and asked, a little tiredness on his face.
Fighting with those two sand hidden jonin, his nerves have been tense to avoid being scratched by the hidden weapon that coated with the poison.
"It's not a problem, it's just some skin Scratches and they used too much chakra."
Shiraishi replied.
Ruri and Ayane are recovering their physical strength and chakra, so they don't have time to answer.
"That's good." Sakumo nodded, and suddenly smiled: "You guys performed better than I expected. Under the siege of the three Jounin and several Chunin, you can still remain undefeated, which is beyond my expectations."
"That's because the two strongest puppeteers were restrained by you, Sakumo-Sensei."
Ayane could see clearly with her Byakugan, the torrential rain of Shuriken and Kunai, even with her Byakugan, her scalp felt numb, and it was impossible for her to escape unscathed like Sakumo.
Some ninjas seem to have ordinary abilities, but they are actually the most lethal.
Puppeteer is one of the best.
A scratch, a careless negligence, even if it is not poisoned, it will be shot into a hedgehog by countless hidden weapons.
As the saying goes, it’s easy to hide guns and hard to defend with hidden arrows. Puppet masters are a group of assassination experts who are good at tricks and hidden weapons.
This is also the reason why the Sand Hidden Puppet Army is a headache for many ninjas.
"Don't say that, at your age you have this strength, you will definitely surpass me in the future. I believe you have this potential. Until you're able to protect yourself, as your captain and Sensei, I will try my best to protect your safety."
"Since Sakumo-sensei has guaranteed this, I really feel a lot safer. But the current situation is not very optimistic. What happened to the battle situation on the front line? How could such a powerful elite force sneak into the country?"
Ayane frowned tightly, puzzled.
"Compared to this, shouldn't we think about why there are ninjas who are proficient in the Earth Release ninjutsu in Sand village's troops? The consequences of this problem are more serious, right?"
Shiraishi said.
Mentioning this, the expressions of the other three were a little strange.
"Really, Earth Release, who can exert that kind of power, is not an ordinary ninja. It is not mentioned in the information. As a direct unit under hokage, what are those guys in Anbu doing?"
If it wasn't for the Earth Release ninja who separated the three of them, the combination of Byakugan and Sharingan, and the dense concentration of Shiraishi's smoke bombs, would have made the fight easier.
Therefore, Ruri expressed dissatisfaction with the inaction of Anbu.
Sakumo stood aside in embarrassment. Although he also doubted Anbu's recent ability, it was still an elite unit directly under Hokage. Maybe it was just a moment of negligence and They didn't notice it.
The action of Anbu is still very strong.
"Maybe we're overthinking it. Occasionally, there will be ninjas who are proficient in Earth Release..."
When Hatake Sakumo said this,Shiraishi and the others couldn't believe it.
Because everyone's nerves are too sensitive at this time.
Sand village has launched an all-out war against Konoha, then, Will the Rock village, who was on the sidelines before, miss such a good opportunity and will not enter the territory of the Fire Kingdom to plunder?
Maybe Iwagakure ( Rock village ) had no intention of participating in the war at the beginning, but it is uncertain now.
