Very good chapter. I think Cassie and the center are not what they claim to be. What kind of arrangement did the doctor and James' mother make while they were out of the room. I also love that James told the doctor the reason for his transformation but naturally the doctor isn't going to believe a 7 year old kid. Not only is the story great so far but so are the illustrations. I love to see the way that James is slowly transforming from a young boy to a cute girl. The outfit looks cute on him, or should I say her. I think for a 7 year old boy the prospect of becoming a girl is far worse than the one about turning into a dog. Cant wait for next week and Cookie's introduction to the research facility.

Uh-oh! Adults sucks in this story! They're definitely up to something and poor James... eerr Cookie is totally unaware of that! Gosh, sometimes grown-ups can really be cruel and shameless! Poor little kid, i hope she will learn to like her new life, because it seems no one is gonna truly help her out this situation! Also, pink hair is best hair. Period.
