Emil is so right about going to new cities and seeing a universal sight instead of unique and regional stuff. I think it’s why as I’ve aged I like hiking more, because nature is inherently regional whereas a lot of the daily life stuff is homogenized. Part of why I wish I drank coffee too, local shops are one of the coolest things to do on trips
