No, not this kind of "training". Although if you're learning how to be a railroad engineer in the Army, I suppose it is the most literal definition of "training".
If we know someone is having a hard time and struggling mentally or emotionally, we have to look after them by Asking, Caring, and Escorting them if there is a chance they may do some self-harm. Or you can just introduce them to someone who can make them feel better, maybe.
