Daily Update 7/17

Like I have said many times that is generally because if I don't have good news then I just don't post, and since I have only been working on the writing the script and dialogue for Her Fall chapter 9 part 3, I haven't started getting images or renders yet so there really is nothing to show yet.
So why am I making this post? Well thats because today is the day that MH Beta 1 goes free to the public. Instead of just throwing it out though and expecting people to be adding the patches and all that, I am just going to add the patches myself, also fix the bugs I fixed in the Alpha 3 update, like the Pursena quest not actually being accessible! Kind of a big thing that needs fixed. So I am going to do another speed run playthrough of the Beta 1 version, jot down quick notes, on fixes that need to be made, make sure the helper dude works properly and guides the player. And that I can access the entire story without using dev commands for it.
Then I will be rebuilding and uploading it. Though I will only be uploading the 1.6GB version, not the compressed and uncompressed versions, and I will only be uploading it to pixeldrain, and itch.io. the people at f95zone will end up making a more compressed version like they usually do, and they also always mirror it to 5 sites, so there really is no need for me to do the gofile and pixeldrain ones like I normally do.
But expect that release to be out at some point today, I have to take an hour off real quick though as I want to get the lawn mowed today, and would rather it not be when its like 90 degrees out. (It's only 77 right now.) So as soon as I finish mowing, I will start the speedrun playthrough, I will be usin dev commands to skip the battles and all that, but not to push the chapter variable forward, to make sure that anyone can get to the end of the update. That way it should only take me about an hour to do the playthrough instead of like 6 lol, then like an hour of coding, and 2 hours to upload. So right now it is 11:30am with everything that needs to get done it should be safe for me to confirm the update will be posted here by no later than 7pm and that is giving me 2 extra hours of wiggleroom just to be safe.

Currently compiling Beta 1 for public release with the fixes implemented. Should be done with that in like 10 minutes or so? Then I will start uploading. While at the same time compressing a second version for itch.io to keep it under 1gb. I will create a new post with the public release of Beta 1 as soon as the uploads to pixeldrain are done.
