Reminder- $5+ Patron Release TOMORROW!

Fairly short & sweet update today.
Mostly, I just wanted to remind everyone that Zombie's Retreat 2: Beta 0.1 is releasing tomorrow, Feb 26th for $5+ ZR2 Patrons.
== Public Release ==
I have decided that the public release is going to be a bit later than usual for this update. The PUBLIC release of ZR2 b0.1 will be Friday March 5th.
Normally, public releases will NOT be releasing an entire week after the $5+ build but there are still many things I want to add in this update so I think I will have another small update out in the middle of the $5+ Patron window. There are so many small things like bugs, map collision, quests, plugins, etc that need tweaking and I want to ensure I give myself enough time to comfortably patch these up before the build is presented to the general public.
I hope you all understand. Normally, public releases will only be about 3 days later. This first time is an exception.
== Progress ==
Progress on this update has been going great but it's also a solid reminder/wake up call at just how many things go into these initial updates. Currently, the Day 1 events/tutorial are fully complete and from there, a very basic gameplay loop (exploring, crafting, and gathering resources) has been done. Obviously each of these will be expanded upon over time like ZR1.
I'll be honest, the amount of content I was thinking I'd have done by this new release date was not achieved. In reality, this is more like the Alpha build I wanted the Dec update to be like. But now I finally have a build that I'm comfortable sharing and I need to just share what I have so far.
(I worry the longer it takes to release an update, the higher players' expectations may be when in reality, I'll always be just behind what those expectations are. Does that make any sense lol?)
Remember, this update will also not have any EXPLICIT NSFW content just yet. It feels too early/rushed to add them but I am likely going to add a teaser for completing enough of the build. Two scenes are fully animated and ready to go, but if I were to toss them in without any proper buildup, it doesn't feel as special.
As far as art goes, Scarlett is killing it with character designs. She sent me a sketch of a new character today who looks incredible. In total, I think there are about 4/5 characters who are done but will not be in this update. I think Beta 0.2 will introduce most of these new characters.

Update turned out a bit longer than I expected haha. I just want to try my best to make sure ppl know what they're getting into before possibly pledging $5+. I'm quite happy with how this update has turned out but I worry many people will be expecting significantly more than I'm able to product atm.
