Population Boom, Hogwarts Part 5

Hermione asked as she leaned back against Mist's chest as they watched Harry fuck one of the Ginny's from behind on the four poster bed that Mist had conjured out of thin air while Ginny played with the other Ginny's breasts as the other Harry fucked that Ginny. 'This is probably going to be a trainwreck but at least they're having fun.'
"It's not like I stacked the deck or enchanted the cards to let me cheat," Mist 'assured' her as he played with her left nipple, enjoying the fact that everyone was having fun and blowing off stress, something that Harry needed before he exploded. 'Probably just as well that I didn't have to stack the deck.'
"I knew I should have marked the cards," Hermione replied playfully, glad that she'd decided to hang out with friends rather than reading yet another dry book in an attempt to learn something that probably wouldn't be useful for anything other than trivia.
"It would have made it harder to swap the decks without getting caught," Mist admitted as he glanced over at the empty stage where the pitcher of spiked punch was sitting next to the deck that had gotten them into this current 'mess', wondering if he'd regret things in the morning when they’d sobered up. 'It's not like anyone told me that the punch was spiked until we'd already had a glass each so I can just blame whatever seventh year the elves grabbed the punch from or maybe Fred and George, they're like Loki, it's always his fault.'
"Are you admitting to cheating?" Hermione asked.
"It's not cheating if your girlfriend is there and tongue fucking the girl's twin," Mist replied with a grin.
"That's not what I meant and you know it," Hermione complained, ignoring the fact that her ears were burning and wondering if she could find a book on relationships that covered this sort of thing.
"I'm not admitting to anything. Have you figured out what you want for your birthday?" Mist asked, changing the subject.
"A twin," Hermione replied a bit wistfully, wondering what it would be like to have a sister that understood her.
"That might be a challenge but I'll see what I can do, mad science for the win, muahahaha," Mist teased, glad that she'd given him permission to clone her since that meant he didn't have to beg forgiveness.
Hermione giggled. "I'm pretty sure you're supposed to actually laugh, not just say it. Are you saying that you haven't already grabbed my present?"
"There's nothing wrong with grabbing extra and I'd have to give the lunatics the idea that I'm laughing at them," Mist replied as one of the Ginnys squealed in pleasure.
"You don't need to but I'll take them," Hermione replied, not seeing a reason to refuse extra gifts since he never really went overboard and she knew he could afford it. "I like books and practical things, no makeup."
Mist laughed. "I wouldn't know where to start, you don't need it and I'm not insane enough to ask Lavender for advice."
"Probably for the best," Hermione replied with amusement, knowing that Lavender was more than a little obsessed with fashion and looking good. "You realize Ron's going to kill us, right?"
"What? I'm not the one fucking his sister," Mist argued as he watched the show.
"You're the older brother, you're supposed to keep him out of trouble," Hermione teased.
"I'm pretty sure that only applies when he's in actual danger," Mist replied with amusement as he ran his fingers over her stomach. "Besides, GInny would have hexed me if I'd tried to stop her from taking advantage of Harry."
"Yes!" Ginny squealed as her orgasm hit.
"See," Mist teased, reasonably sure Ginny wasn't actually responding to his statement since she was more than a little distracted and they were talking quietly.
Hermione giggled, finding herself more amused by the timing than she probably should be. "They could certainly do worse."
"I think I got the better deal," Mist assured her.
"You realize I'm a bit bossy and that I can get lost in projects, right?" Hermione asked, thinking about the number of children that had called her bossy and strange at her old school.
"I'm aware, you're also thoughtful, adorable and lovely, inside and out," Mist assured her. "If you get too lost I'll just have to come rescue you with a cup of hot chocolate and a sandwich."
"And if I get too bossy?" Hermione asked.
"I'll just start making silly faces until we're both cracking up or you're hitting me over the head with a pillow," Mist replied with amusement.
"That's fair," Hermione admitted with a giggle, figuring that would be a good way to get her to realize that she was going overboard.
Harry sighed and silenced the alarm on his watch when it went off, letting everyone know that it was getting late. "We should probably clean up and get back before someone starts looking for us."
"Probably," Harry's clone admitted as he glanced over at the locker room side of the room.
"Shower sex?" Ginny's clone asked hopefully.
"Might as well save water," Ginny suggested cheerfully as she bounced off the bed and headed for the showers, wanting to get the most out of things.
"Do you want me to wash your back?" Mist offered, figuring to hell with making it back before curfew.
"That would be nice," Hermione admitted, deciding that she'd just tell anyone that asked that she lost track of time in the library.

"Is there a reason you took your shower tonight?" Ronald asked when Mist walked into the dorm with damp hair.
Mist stared at the ball of fire that was floating over Ronald's hands for a couple of seconds then walked over. "Option A, the library is dusty, option B, I found a dusty room filled with ancient secrets and terrifying magical items or option C, Harry and I opened the door to the Chamber of Secrets so that Dumbledore could start harvesting it for parts."
Dean glanced up from the book he was reading. "Or option D, all of the above."
"Or option E, none of the above," Mist added as he walked over and flopped down on his bed, feeling a bit worn out emotionally since they'd run into Dumbledore on the way back from the Room of Requirement and took a 'short' trip to the Chamber of Secrets so Harry could unlock the door to the chamber so he could start harvesting the corpse. Of course, that had given Hermione a chance to actually see the sixty foot basilisk that Harry had killed and freak out because it was a lot larger than Harry had led them to believe.
"Is there a reason you're playing with elemental magic?" Mist asked Ronald, wondering why he'd decided to show off something that probably should have remained a secret.
"Because it's amazing," Ron replied, happy that he had something no one else could do, if you didn't count his alternate.
"Fair enough," Mist admitted, figuring he'd get the details in the morning.
"Where's Harry?" Ron asked.
"Downstairs, snogging your sister," Mist replied.
Ron glanced over at Ronald then grinned. "About time."
"Did you find anything interesting in the dusty room?" Dean asked, curious what Mist would say since he had a sarcastic sense of humor.
"Just a lich's phylactery," Mist replied with a yawn, glad that he'd been able to drop the diadem he'd recovered earlier in an out of the way spot in the Chamber and 'find' it so that Dumbledore could deal with the curses on it and so that he'd know another horcrux was destroyed.
Ronald frowned as something from his memories bubbled up and he remembered what a lich was. "Please tell me that you're joking?"
"More or less, good dreams," Mist replied as he pulled the curtain closed on his bed.
"Does the wizarding world have liches?" Dean asked, thinking about the creatures he'd read about in his father's gaming books.
"Not that I know of, but some of the crap from Egypt is horrifying," Ron offered, thinking about some of Bill's more horrifying stories, the ones he didn't mention in front of his parents.
'Mission accomplished,' Mist thought as he set his watch alarm for five thirty in the morning so that he'd have enough time to clone Hermione before people woke up and started walking around. 'I should probably ward the area to make sure someone doesn't sneak in and curse the goblet since Moody wasn't replaced, unless he has a way to hide the magic? From an out of context ability? I'm getting as paranoid as Moody. Then again, he managed to fool Dumbledore in the books so I should probably just stun him and drop him in a room for a couple of hours just to be sure.'
Mist worked on coming up with a couple of ideas on dealing with Moody while he waited for the rest of his roommates to crawl into their beds or get distracted enough that they wouldn't be opening his curtains. 'I need to find a spell to charm the curtains so I can see through them from the inside, it's probably fine.' He summoned his transmogrification specialist, causing a familiar naked blue haired teenage girl to appear on his bed. He put his finger to his lips to let her know to be quiet. "You should whisper, the curtains are enchanted to muffle the sound but they're not perfect," he told his friend in a whisper.
"I'm glad that you're alive, what happened?" Vanessa asked in an excited whisper, happy that she'd be able to tell everyone that Mist was still alive when they summoned her back to the world they'd gotten dropped on.
"The dark god was six inches tall and squishy. I got pulled out by a group that needed to fix their population issues, is everyone okay?" Mist asked hopefully, hoping that he didn't leave everyone in a lurch.
"They're alive and they'll be better once I let them know that you're still alive," Vanessa replied, knowing Mist wasn't going to be happy about his friends getting sucker punched.
"What happened?" Mist asked, trying to stay calm.
Vanessa shivered as she thought about the amount of power it would take to toss a country to another dimension. "Someone with a capital S, grabbed your version of the Two Rivers and tossed it to another world along with all of the clones and everyone with magic that we boosted from the three worlds, basically erasing any chance that our influence would spread."
"That's better than I was expecting," Mist admitted, relieved that his friends weren't dead and glad that he'd checked since he'd been worried about them.
"It could have been worse. Everyone lost the ability to channel but they have the loincloths and plenty of undead to kill for mana if you cross the rivers so they'll be fine, eventually."
Mist sighed in relief. "Are you up for modifying some clothes?"
"Sure, what do you need?" Vanessa asked cheerfully, always happy to transmogrify things.
"Male and female underwear, a few dozen t-shirts of various styles and some jackets," Mist replied as he started conjuring magic boosting silk loincloths, his kneecaps were a privilege t-shirts and the magical lab coats that ate corruption and created magical books with questionable spells.
"Let me guess, you're cloning people?" Vanessa asked with a grin.
"Yep," Mist agreed as he reached out and placed his hand over her mouth so she wouldn't squeal. "I got dropped in a version of Harry Potter and I need to boost the population of sane wizards."
Her eyes lit up in excitement then she licked his hand, causing him to pull it back and give her an amused and annoyed look. "You're going to have to introduce me to everyone."
"Give me a couple of days to take care of a couple of details and I'll introduce you," Mist assured her as he went back to conjuring magical clothes.
"Cool," Vanessa replied as she picked up the first silk loincloth, doing her best not to squeal in excitement. "Do you have any particular type of clothes that you want?"
Mist shrugged. "Panties and briefs and then just plain t-shirts or something not offensive and something that would look normal enough in the modern world for the jackets."
"Is there a reason you're not tossing in the halter tops?" Vanessa asked as she changed the loincloth she'd picked up into a pair of purple silk panties.
Mist shook his head. "It only improves your jumping and failing resistance when you kill shadowspawn or cultists and I'm not sure if the Death Eaters actually count or that there are actually enough to matter."
"The only good Death Eater is a dead one," Vanessa replied with a grin.
"Or one that gets transfigured into magical pandas," Mist replied cheerfully.
"Better than kolas," Vanessa admitted. "Even if you don't have enough Death Eaters that need to die, my magic would let the bras resize and if the girls are running around, they're going to want the support."
"Point," Mist admitted as he conjured a silk halter top and tossed it in the pile next to her. "What do you know about the new world?"
"Not much," Vanessa admitted as she changed another loincloth into a pair of sheer blue silk panties. "We've spent the last couple of weeks rebuilding the town and building defenses on the borders because of the undead and because everything got wrecked when we arrived," she explained as she continued transmogrifying the clothes.
"It was worth a try," Mist replied with a yawn. "Sorry, it's been a long day."
"Same," Vanessa admitted, wishing she hadn't spent most of the day killing undead before crashing for the night.
"Do you want to head home?" Mist asked as he went back to conjuring clothes.
"Nah, I'm good, I'll be fine once I return home," Vanessa replied, knowing that her fatigue would vanish once she returned home thanks to the nature of the summoning magic. "If you need to crash, I'll finish everything and vanish."
"Thanks," Mist replied with a yawn, wondering how Hermione had dealt with the time turner without turning into a zombie since he'd only used it a couple of times to give himself an alibi while making clones and already felt like he could sleep for a week. He finished conjuring a large pile of magical clothes then put his head down on his pillow to rest his eyes while she finished and quickly drifted off.
'I should have asked him which year he was stuck in, ah well, I guess I can explore the next time he summons me,' Vanessa mused as she continued working on transmogrifying the clothes.

'This would be easier if my ring worked like a S.E.P. field,' Mist thought as he hugged the wall of the stairs so he wouldn't get trampled by the sixth or seventh year that was shuffling down the stairs, looking half awake at best. 'Screw it,' he thought when he saw a pair of seventh years walking down the stairs side by side that would most likely run into him if he didn't move and used his shadow walking ability to slip into the shadow realm.
'It's five in the morning, why the hell are people awake?' Mist complained as he flew down the stairs and into the poorly lit common room. He took a couple of minutes to examine the wards on the stairs that led to the female dorms, picking up the runes for recreating the wards. 'Alarm, Detection, transformation, cushioning, gender and human runes, that's more useful than I was expecting.'
'Probably just as well that I have the shadow realm,' he mused as he flew up the stairs. He frowned slightly when his magic sight couldn't find additional wards on the landing or the doors into the dorms. 'Did they figure out a way to hide the wards or do they just not care about security beyond a token attempt to keep the boys out? Where are the damned fire suppression wards?'
'The more I learn about the Wizarding World, the more it doesn't make sense,' Mist grumbled as he flew up to Hermione's dorm. He double checked the door and the floor for magic then checked to make sure he was still invisible. 'Sneaking into the girl's dorm during school, check,' he mused as he walked over to the bed with Hermione's trunk next to it. 'Note to self, check to see if the Slytherins have some nasty wards on their trunks the next time I find myself in their dorms.'
He slipped back into the normal world and glanced around the quiet room, wanting to make sure no one was going to see the other Hermione appear. He reached between the curtains and lightly touched her hand, picking up a current pattern that wouldn't be sleep deprived by the end of the day. He pulled his extra wand out of his inventory and used a spell to muffle sound around Hermione so that she wouldn't wake up early and so the clone wouldn't wake people up if she got upset or something. 'You wanted a twin.'
Mist used his cloning power and created a naked version of Hermione next to the original then pulled a bag of ribbons out of his inventory and handed it to the clone. "Happy birthday."
"I should have known," Hermione's clone muttered, having recognized the voice and guessing correctly that he was behind the whole duplicate people issue.
"Probably," Mist admitted in a whisper, trying not to wake anyone up.
The clone glanced in the bag. "What are the ribbons for?" she asked in a whisper.
"Hermione wanted a twin and I figured you might like the chance to pretend to be her gift," Mist suggested.
"She's going to figure it out," Hermione's clone warned him, more amused by the crazy idea than she probably should be.
"That's fine," Mist assured her. "I thought about telling her last night but I figured it was better to ask forgiveness than permission for copying her. She said she wanted a twin but if she had to think about it, she'd have driven herself crazy."
"Likely," the clone admitted as she pulled a couple of ribbons tied in a bow tie with sticky tape on the back, knowing that Hermione would have wanted to ask her parents despite the fact that she really wanted a sister. "Where did you get the Christmas ribbons?"
"My looting ability gave me the bag when I accidentally squished a bug in Care of Magical Creatures," Mist admitted. "I've been holding onto it for a good cause."
"I'm going to want a list of your abilities at some point," the clone told him, hoping that she'd actually get a full explanation out of him now that they had mental defenses.
"I'm aware," Mist admitted as he pulled a box of clothes out of his inventory and handed it to her. "Happy birthday, I figured you'd want the basics for clothes."
"I love you," the clone replied as she opened the box that had appeared out of thin air when he handed it to her. She snickered when she saw the clothes that would have probably caused her to blush before she'd lost her modesty. "You're twisted, you know that right?"
"Nah, that's my house elf," Mist replied with a grin, forgetting that he was invisible and that she couldn't see him.
"Since when do you have a house elf?" the clone asked.
"Since I picked up the ability to clone people," Mist replied cheerfully. "Joking aside, the clothes have a S.E.P. field, everyone that doesn't have decent mental defenses will think they're perfectly acceptable even if you're only wearing the panties or the bra."
The clone shook her head. "You're having way too much fun with this."
"Probably," Mist agreed. "I should get going before people start waking up, have fun and happy birthday."
"Thank you," the clone replied with a smile as she pulled some of the ribbons out of the bag and started covering her privates like the young woman she'd seen on one of her father's Christmas cards that she wasn't supposed to know about.
Mist dispelled the silence on Hermione and stepped back into the shadow world before he could do something crazy like copy the rest of the girls.

Hermione blinked a couple of times when she woke up enough to realize that she was in her bed and pressed up against a girl. "Ginny?"
"Try again," Hermione's clone replied with amusement.
Hermione twisted around and looked at the girl that looked like she'd stepped out of a mirror, if you ignored the fact that she was only wearing a pair of rather sheer purple silk panties and a pair of red bows that were covering her nipples. "When did you get here?"
"A couple of minutes ago. Happy birthday and purple pumpkins," the clone offered, using the codeword she'd come up with in case she had to prove that she was another version of herself and not someone under polyjuice while she'd been using the time turner.
"Did you see anything weird before you fell through a crack?" Hermione asked, glad she knew the password that she hadn't planned to ever use since it was silly.
"No," the clone replied.
"Where did you get the ribbons and the underwear?" Hermione asked, rather curious about her choice of outfits.
"Mist," the clone replied with a smile.
"You fell through a crack and went looking for…" Hermione trailed off as her mind connected the dots. "Has he been summoning people from other words?" she asked, thinking about the lounge singers he'd summoned last night.
"Of course not, that would be horrible," the clone argued. "He's been cloning people."
"Why?" Hermione asked.
"Something about the wizarding world population being too low to be sustainable," the clone admitted.
"Did you give him the list?" Hermione asked, thinking about the partial list of reasonable students that she'd made back in second year when she'd been crossing people off the list of suspects for the heir of Slytherin.
"I didn't want to try to dig through our trunk in the middle of the night, especially since I don't really want the rest of the dorm knowing that I showed up with clothes or that we have lingerie," the clone admitted.
"Makes sense," Hermione agreed. "Hmm, do you think he replaced Draco with a clone?"
"What makes you think that?" the clone asked.
"He's actually been reasonable, it's weird," Hermione admitted.
"Maybe, we'll have to ask," the clone mused.
