Taylor and Marvel Madness Part 10
🕑 Added 2023-08-18 23:50:40 +0000 UTCTaylor stared at the ceiling over her surprisingly comfortable bed, trying to figure out if her duplicates were insane or if she needed to talk to a shrink, mostly because she'd enjoyed watching Emma take a shower with Clairvoyance or at least her duplicate had. 'She's a backstabbing bitch, why do I like the way her ass looks covered in soap? Or did I enjoy it because she's in jail?'
'Screw it, worrying about it isn't going to help,' Taylor told herself, trying to avoid focusing on her emotional problems. 'There's plenty of room, might as well play duplicate go fish.' She used her Power Detection ability and focused on her Self-Duplication ability that let her make elven versions of herself with a random power. 'Okay, if I focus enough I should be able to control the power the elves get, at least in theory.'
'Better than sitting here wondering if you're coming unglued,' Taylor told herself as she focused on the type of power she wanted and created an elven clone.
"I'd tell you that you aren't insane but I'm sort of biased," the elven Taylor offered with amusement. "I'm not sure what Power Detection tells you but my ability basically creates a limited magical force field and fills it with a micro environment, which means we don't have to worry about rain or running out of air in space, not to mention how useful it will be in winter."
"Unless the power is disrupted," Taylor replied as she activated her Absorption Power so she could get a copy of her power.
"You can't have everything," the elf replied with a shrug. "We could always look into making environmentally sealed power armor."
Taylor used her Absorption ability again, causing the power to sink in. "That sounds like a pain in the ass."
"Unless we get a copy of Armsmaster's notes, which would cut weeks off the design phase," the elf suggested.
"At least we have things to trade," Taylor mused as she let her duplicate vanish and summoned another elf.
"I don't think that worked, I can turn into a giant bouncy ball," the elf complained.
"Yeah, that's not what I was going for," Taylor admitted.
The elf Taylor activated her power and changed herself into a beach ball sized crystal sphere with a flaming skull inside of it that started bouncing up and down, making barely any noise.
Taylor used her Duplication ability to copy the ability so she could stick it in a ring in case they needed it later. She waited until her power finished copying the new power then dismissed her bouncing duplicate. She focused on grabbing a magic ability and created another elf.
"Enchanting!" the elf squealed, practically bouncing in place.
Taylor checked the elf's new power then created a normal duplicate. "Give the elf a blade."
"One mithril knife coming up," the duplicate said cheerfully as she teleported a couple of aluminum cans to her hand from the garage and used her Molding power to start making a knife.
Taylor focused on magic and created another elf. "What did you get?"
"Illusionary Duplication, it basically lets you create a bunch of illusions of yourself that take less concentration than using Illusion-Casting to pull the same trick," the second elf replied as she created an illusionary duplicate of herself.
"That sounds like a good way to mess with people," Taylor mused as she slipped out of bed and floated over to the illusion. She poked the illusion of the naked elf on the forehead and used her Absorption power, consuming the duplicate and getting a temporary copy of the power. "That didn't sink in, we're going to have to try that again."
"I'm here all day," the elf replied with a shrug as she made half a dozen illusionary duplicates.
Taylor's duplicate finished forming the knife then used her Elemental Conversion power to change the aluminum into mithril. "We're going to have to learn how to forge actual blades at some point."
"That's the plan," the elf with Enchanting agreed as she watched the metal change colors looking forward to learning how to forge weapons. "Can I get a copy of your Enlargement ability?"
"Sure," the duplicate replied as she used her Power Creation ability to give the elven enchanter the ability to enlarge objects. "That should do it."
"Thanks," the elf replied as she got to work enchanting the knife so it could turn into a sword.
Taylor's duplicate smiled as she used her Duplication ability to start copying the Enchanting ability in case something happened to the elf before Taylor could permanently copy the ability.
Taylor smiled when she managed to get the illusion power to sink in on the fourth popped image. "And done."
"Cool," the elven illusionist replied then dismissed herself.
Taylor focused on magic and created another duplicate. "What did you…" she trailed off when the new elf started cackling.
The elf's cackling turned into giggling after a couple of seconds. "Magic Creation!"
"What…" Taylor trailed off as she used her Power Detection ability on the elf and realized the elf had a magical version of her Power Creation ability that would let her hand out magical abilities. "This is going to make creating magic users a lot easier."
"Not to mention it should give us a decent list of powers," the elf replied smugly.
"And here I thought I was going to win the award for the best power," the elven enchanter grumbled as she activated the knife's new enchantment, causing it to grow into a single edged sword with a metal hilt that looked like a bad movie prop. "We should probably add some art classes to the list."
"I'll put it on the list," Taylor replied as she grabbed the BDU pants off the floor where she'd dropped them and started pulling them on. "Grab some robes, I'm going to grab Dad's duplicate so we can boost the hell out of my Absorption ability, I want the Magic Creation ability as high as possible, same with Enchanting."
The duplicate Taylor focused on creating a magic using elf and created an elf duplicate. "We should probably try to get a couple more interesting powers before we grab Magic Creation."
"Hag Power?" the new elf questioned as she spun and did a little dance, causing a cloud of black fog to swirl around her and replace her with an ugly, old, and quite naked hag.
"What the hell?!" the duplicate complained as she looked away from the wart-covered old woman.
The hag sighed when she looked down and saw her sagging and wart covered breasts. "Yeah, we're going to have to tweak that. Back, back to hell I say!" she chanted, causing the transformation to reverse.
Taylor used her Duplication power to copy the transformation power, figuring it would come in useful if she could adjust it to something less horrifying. "We should be able to turn it into something more useful."
The elf with Enchanting looked at the elf with Magic Creation. "Speaking of useful powers, how many powers can you hand out?"
"Eight," the other elf replied with a shrug. "It's not even close to as powerful as Genie's Power Creation ability but that should change once she absorbs it. I can boost a person's combat skill, give them the ability to negate weak powers or aspects of stronger powers, improve their memory, increase a person's typing speed, and hand out the ability to put people to sleep or walk on walls."
Taylor stared at the elf. "Enhanced typing speed is a super power?"
"Apparently. I can also conjure what amounts to cosplay power armor that can give people a boost to their physical scores if they get lucky. I'm hoping the armor gets better once you absorb the power," the elf admitted. "I can also give people the ability to basically conjure a couple of really low quality items but that's probably a function of how weak my ability is."
"Can you make robes?" Taylor asked hopefully.
The elf gestured and gave Taylor's duplicate a copy of the Artifact Creation ability. "Sorry, I can only give people the ability to make about an ounce of material at a time so we're basically limited to lapel pins and pens with stupid phrases on them unless you emulate the ability and using it drains your health to make anything. I'd consider the ability almost worthless if you didn't have the ability to spam duplicates and boost the power by emulating it."
Taylor used her Duplication ability to copy the Magic Creation ability, wanting to make sure she could emulate a copy in case something went wrong as it was a really nice ability.
The duplicate concentrated and made a pot metal pin in the shape of a sexy female devil holding a sign that said, "Team Evil!"
"Is it weird that your power comes with a sexy devil pattern?" Taylor asked thoughtfully as she studied the pin while she waited for her Duplication power to finish copying the Magic Creation ability.
"Probably," the duplicate agreed as she handed Taylor the pin. "We should probably come up with a team name at some point."
"Wrecking Crew, Chaos Girls, Crazy Girls With Super Powers or Power Girls?" Taylor asked as her new power slid into an emulation slot.
"Those sound more like band names…" the duplicate trailed off as she realized they could start a band or a couple of bands.
"We can't sing," Taylor pointed out halfheartedly, knowing what her duplicate's response would be.
"Oliver and Uber's powers would cover the singing, we can probably get some type of power for an enhanced voice and the Alter Ego power would let us change into specific people," the duplicate suggested.
"That didn't exactly work out for Canary," Taylor pointed out.
"I'm pretty sure we can find something that boosts the quality of our voice without mastering anyone," the duplicate replied as she focused on the elf that could turn into a hag and used her Power Manipulation ability to change the power so that she'd turn into a younger half nymph version of her favorite Earth Aleph actress with red hair and emerald green eyes. "Go ahead and change into your altered form, I'm curious how many versions we can grab."
"Sure," the elf replied as she used her power, causing black mist to flow around her.
Taylor stared at the heart stoppingly beautiful young woman with crimson hair and a body that would make Aphrodite jealous or at least every actress that she'd ever seen play her.
The elf turned nymph glanced down at her generous breasts then looked over her shoulder at her ass. "I need a mirror."
"Does it count as incest if you're fucking yourself?" Taylor's duplicate asked as she walked around the nymph, admiring the view.
Taylor pulled her attention off the elf's assets and stared at her duplicate. "Seriously?"
"Like you weren't thinking about it," the duplicate replied with amusement.
Taylor turned back to look at the elf turned nymph and used her Power Detection ability to make sure the Alter Ego power was safe and that she didn't in fact have a master ability. 'Nope, we’re just perverts.' She reached out and touched the nymph's hand and used her Absorption power to copy the Alter Ego power, picking up the ability to turn herself into a smoking hot nymph and causing the nymph to turn back into an elf.
"Hey!" the elf complained.
"You'll get over it," the duplicate Taylor replied with amusement as she worked on twisting the elf's power to create the next member of their band.
"Sorry," Taylor offered as she created another duplicate. "See if you can get multiple alter egos to work."
The enchanting elf glanced at the burner phone sitting on the table that Taylor had linked to the Power_Fairy account when it beeped, indicating that they had a message. She walked over and pulled the message up on the boards since she was the closest. "Madison sent you a message asking about powers."
"How the hell did she connect the dots?" Taylor asked.
"Apparently there's a thread on PHO talking about people getting powers in Arcadia," the elf replied.
Taylor's duplicate finished tweaking the Alter Ego power, going with a younger purple haired nymph version of one of her other favorite actresses. "Go ahead and transform."
The elf transformed, changing into a purple haired smoking hot woman. "Nice."
"Are you actually considering giving her powers?" Taylor's newest duplicate asked as she touched the nymph's arm and used her Absorption ability, picking up another copy of the Alter Ego power.
"I don't know." Taylor considered the idea as she checked out the nymph.
The duplicate carefully checked the Alter Ego powers with her Power Detection for interactions or surprises then changed into the crimson haired form and jumped in the air, only managing to clear about three feet and causing her breasts to bounce.
The elven enchanter stared at the duplicate's bouncing breasts. "Are we sure her breasts don't have a master rating?"
"I checked," the duplicate replied as she flipped the only mental switch she had, changing back to her normal appearance. She flipped the mental switch for her other Alter Ego form and changed into a twin of the elf turned nymph. "It's a bit annoying because it locks your powers out but we should be able to fix that."
Taylor used her Power Creation ability to give the duplicate Flight. "Did that help?"
The duplicate smiled as she floated off the ground a couple of inches. "Yeah, give me a second to test something." She changed back to normal, causing her to drop to the floor as her flight ability cut out. She changed back into her purple haired nymph form and floated off the ground, proving that she still had the ability. "Looks like we can upgrade the Alter Egos, we'll have to talk to Panacea."
"That should make it easier to avoid using extra powers for the different identities," Taylor mused as she compared the purple haired 'twins'.
The duplicate stopped concentrating on the elf's power, a touch surprised that she didn't instantly change back into an elf or a hag. "You should change back, so I can figure out the next band member."
"What are you going to do about Madison and her request?" the enchanter asked.
"I don't know," Taylor admitted as the nymph changed back. "There's a part of me that wants to give her an alternate cat girl form and stick a leash on her or take a paddle to her ass for all the times that she screwed with me as the price for getting powers."
"We should probably talk to a therapist because that seems pretty reasonable to me, considering all of her stupid pranks," the duplicate complained, thinking about the crap she'd put her through.
Taylor sighed. "On the other hand, Madison was looking for a way to talk to the police. Maybe being a hero and spending time with actual role models would help her be a better person."
"Nothing says that you can't spank the hell out of her before you hand her over to the PRT for power testing," the duplicate pointed out as she finished tweaking the cat girl form. "Switch."
"Not sure it works that way…" Taylor trailed off as the elf changed into a gorgeous cat girl with long red hair, C-cup breasts, a dancer's form and a long fluffy tail that matched her hair. "Yeah, we're rotting in hell."
"That's what immortality is for," the duplicate argued as she walked around the cat girl, wanting a good look.
"We're not immortal," Taylor pointed out as she poked the cat girl's arm and used her Absorption power, picking up the cat girl Alter Ego.
"Give it time," the duplicate replied smugly.
"Get dressed, I'll make a clone to deal with Madison and we can get everything copied and squared away with Dad and his duplicate," Taylor ordered as she made another duplicate to go and deal with Madison.

"Contract of service? Sex toy? The powers better be damned impressive," Madison muttered as she typed her response to Power_Fairy's message, asking for more information. She was just about to hit enter when she vanished from her room and appeared in a ten by twenty foot concrete room next to an old fashioned standing mirror. She glanced around and shivered when she realized there weren't any doors. "What the hell?!"
"I figured I'd skip the long back and forth," Taylor replied as she put her phone in her pocket and dropped her invisibility, revealing an illusion of a green haired woman in an expensive black suit and silver mask. "And I assure you, the powers I can hand out are damned impressive."
"Power Fairy?" Madison asked hopefully.
"In the flesh," Taylor replied as she studied Madison's cat themed pajamas, not seeing a point in explaining the fact that she was a duplicate. "Before we get started, let's start with a bit of proof that I can do what I say I can." She gave Madison Levitation. "There should be a mental switch in your head, go ahead and flip it."
"What else can I get?" Madison asked excitedly as she flipped the mental switch and floated off the ground.
"That depends, what are you willing to trade?" Taylor asked as she skimmed Madison's thoughts, wanting to make sure she didn't end up completely traumatizing the girl.
"I have money," Madison offered, thinking about the money she made off her webcam.
"Not enough to matter," Taylor replied. "We're talking about the ability to fly hundreds of miles an hour, ignore elephant guns or most explosives and the ability to pull off interesting… tricks, you're going to have to do better than a couple of thousand."
"Did the kids at Arcadia have to make contracts?" Madison asked, her desire to have powers warring with her sense of self preservation.
"No but I was basically getting my name out there and they're going to end up as public heroes, you've got the option of keeping a secret identity," Taylor replied. "Not to mention that you've been on Santa's naughty list for a while. You have a chance to be a better person, are you going to take it?"
'The power to survive Winslow? Damn right I'm going to take it,' Madison thought, knowing people were going to cause trouble now that Sophia wasn't around to protect her. "I'm not doing anything that can get me pregnant or risk my health outside of being a hero."
"Not a problem," Taylor assured her. "I can give you Immunity to Disease and Regeneration."
"Just to be clear, what happens if I refuse to sign?" Madison asked, trying to figure out what type of person she was dealing with.
"Then I'll teleport you back to your room and you get to live your life and enjoy the Levitation power for a couple of weeks before it vanishes, because I didn't put the effort into making it permanent," Taylor replied with a shrug.
"What can I get for a year and a day contract?" Madison asked, sort of looking forward to being the woman's sex toy.
"Enhanced Durability, Flight, Regeneration and a resistance to master effects. I'll even toss in a cat girl alternate form if you're willing to test one of the tinker powers I can hand out," Taylor offered.
"Cat girl?" Madison asked excitedly. "What's wrong with the tinker package?"
"Tinkers get random ideas now and then which can be a bit annoying when you're trying to focus on other things. We should be able to mitigate the downsides by tying the power to your alternate form," Taylor explained.
"I'll do it!" Madison blurted out excitedly.
"Excellent," Taylor replied as she gave Madison Regeneration and the ability to create one duplicate, getting the Self-Duplication ability to sink in on the second try. "You should have two mental switches, flip the second one."
Madison flipped the new mental switch and stared at the naked duplicate of herself that appeared out of thin air. "What the hell?!"
"I'm basically your evil twin," the duplicate replied cheerfully.
"Why are you naked?" Madison asked.
"Because that's how the power works, it's a bit annoying," Taylor complained as she studied the duplicate. 'At least she's not as distracting as the half nymph.' She used her Artifact Creation ability to create a wooden paddle and tossed it to Madison's duplicate.
"What is that for?" Madison asked warily.
"You're a sex toy and you've been a naughty girl, I've also given you Regeneration which means you'll be fine," Taylor replied as she teleported a table into the room. "Now, drop your pants, lean over the table and smile."
'Not like I don't deserve it,' Madison thought as she reached down, unbuttoned her pants and pushed them down.
"How many?" the duplicate Madison asked as Madison leaned over and placed her hands on the table.
"Keep going until my morale improves," Taylor replied, feeling a certain amount of satisfaction when the wooden paddle hit Madison's panty covered ass and caused the girl to yelp in surprise and pain, making her wonder if Madison had used a paddle before because the hit was nearly perfect.
"You're a bad girl," the duplicate said as she swatted Madison's ass, knowing she deserved it for not standing up for people.
"Tell her why she's a bad girl, every prank, every insult that you remember," Taylor ordered, fairly sure they were going to be there a while but wanting to see Madison punished for the shit she'd pulled, if only so that she could get over it.
"Making fun of a disabled girl to score points with Sophia at a photo shoot, what the fuck?" the duplicate asked, then hit Madison's ass as hard as she could, trusting her Regeneration to cover the damage to her ass.
'Cheaper than therapy,' Taylor mused as she watched Madison whimper, happy that her Sound Manipulation made sure no one would hear them.
