Week 5 is finally here!
🕑 Added 2025-03-21 18:02:50 +0000 UTCI know… it took a long time. I won’t make up excuses—yes, it really did take a while.
But as you’ll see, it was worth it.
I've already started testing new development workflows to reduce release times (some of which are already in place with this version). Let’s see how it goes.
There are so many new things that I don’t even know where to start—and I don’t want to spoil anything.
If you're expecting the characters to already be as developed as they were in Week 15 of the original version, you might be disappointed.
But if you’ve understood what I’m building here, I think (and hope) you’ll be satisfied.
Some storylines have been changed from the original version, others will now evolve faster.
I’ll probably prepare a document with all the details—writing too much in public posts is always a bit risky for me, as they could get flagged.
In this release, you'll find several major events that introduce scenarios and locations that either didn’t exist before, or weren’t properly explored. (Just to mention one: the concert night at the RoadHouse Pub... you’ll see for yourselves.)
I’ve worked hard to give players more freedom of choice—to decide what to do and who to spend time with.
From this point on, there’s a much clearer split between the protagonist’s work life and personal life.
At work events, some interactions will be unavoidable—but during his free time, you’ll almost always get to choose whether or not to talk to someone. That means you can continue or end certain storylines at your own pace, which should help reduce the grind and give each playthrough more flexibility.
So here we are: Week 5 is ready, and I’m looking forward to your feedback.
Very soon I’ll also release a document explaining the different storylines and the major changes. The game is set in a very complex universe, filled with characters—each with their own goals and dynamics.
I hope there are no major inconsistencies in the storylines (I’ve been double and triple checking them).
And while I tried my best to squash all bugs, I’m sure some missing images or variable typos will still slip through here and there—please be patient and trust the process.
