Based on what I’ve been researching, it was the preview thumbnail that somehow caused the issue. Other users are saying similar about previews So I have to be a lot more conservative about that sort of thing from now on.

Technically, I can sell videos and photos in other ways, I have all sorts of different methodologies to do that. I put everything on the shop for simplicity and for automation.
