Zulu you sweetheart! Since posting that I've been doing a MUCH better job of staying aware of my posture while I'm editing 🤣 I have been trying to stand and edit more too, and take breaks for stretching! God I'm getting old.... hahaha
I saw your story on intagram. Have you tried editing while laying on your back? Or considered getting a back brace? The dweebdom doesn't want to put you in any pain trying to edit and react to shows.
