Punishments are coming

I'm very eager to add the "punishment" aspect to the website for the next steps, an essential element upon which the upcoming "Academy" section will build.
And for that, I'd like to have your input. Do you have any ideas for punishments that would work well? I'd like to divide them into 3 categories: light, medium, and hard.
Here are some ideas for "light punishments," but I'm looking forward to your ideas for medium and hard punishments.
Light punishments:
- Standing in the corner on your knees for 10 minutes
- Pacifier and no talking for 30 minutes
- Nap time
- Early bedtime
- Write "I will not be a naughty baby anymore, I will do as Mommy/Daddy says" 20 times (depending on age)
Medium punishments:
- What are your ideas?
Hard punishments:

Actually, when Gwendolyn ask you for diapers checks and you don't respond, or when you don't wear a diapers with a D license, she start to be upset. I want her to give you some punishment when she goes to upset, like early bedtime, pacifier... and for the ones with special restrictions, 1 hour butplug or stuff like that. The academy will be long time challenges, like eating babyfood, wearing diapers, dressing as a baby, giving you more certifications. Punishments will be used when you skip days doing your lessons. Is it more clear?
What is "Academy"? It's hard to suggest ideas not knowing what for punishments will be
