October in Ragonia (2021) - Podcast edition!
🕑 Added 2021-10-30 01:27:37 +0000 UTCHey Patrons, HAPPY (almost) HALLOWEEN!!
As a treat this month I'm trying something different: a podcast newsletter! Take a listen to hear what I've been up to in this Arty Business of mine during October! If you don't have time to listen here's a quick overview:
1. FINISHING UP THE BOOK PROJECT
Aaaaaalmost done! It's been pushed out another month or two, but I've essentially finished the art. Hooray!
2. INKTOBER
I did four/five-ish drawings this year then had to focus on the book project!
Here they are:
Monster Self-Portrait (Still available for sale, message if interested!)
Haunted (Both are sold!)
Witch (Still available, message to claim!)
Lagoon (This one is sold!)
3. LUCY & YAK COLLAB
Lucy & Yak licensed one of my drawings for a shirt that will be released in the spring next year, and I got my sample for the shirt! So cute!
Posin' in the studio.
4. NDA CLIENT PROJECT
Got an exciting big project for November and early December through the magic of NETWORKING (or, participating in the art community and letting art directors know that I'm available for work!)
I can't talk about the project, but the message of this story is to work with other artists and give other artists jobs if you can!
That's all for October!
If you like this podcast format better than the long written form please let me know!! I'd love any feedback and would certainly make more content this way if you prefer it.
And if you have any requests or questions for the Good Deals & Investments Arty Business Article in November, please message me or drop them in the comments!
Have a very spooky and safe Halloween, friends! Thanks for being here!

Sounds like a busy month! So good that you're getting these great collaborations & illustration jobs with places that are so interesting and fun. Can't wait to see the results~~~
