I only ever got as far as season 5 of peep show myself black when it came out so I’m watching this for the first time with you 💪 and yes the writing definitely feels snappier and there’s more one liners and punchlines. Jez is definitely funnier for sure

! - v When you read the Cheque it says "Fifteen Thousand Pounds Only." It's a security thing, in case of the recipient editing it with a pen to get more money. So you write "pay---xxx---the---sum---of---yyy---pounds----only" and then you draw these lines through rest of the writing space to stop anyone filling in any more to get more money out of you. "Never foam alone" We need to get you that on a sparkly shirt. I feel another FedEx might turn up for you at some point

Peep Show hasn't changed but maybe you have, same writers the entire run 🤷‍♂️ It's kinda funny though how the general opinion is that seasons 1-4 are the golden era of Peep Show then it falls off and you're having the opposite view! Personally I think it's of the same quality all the way through, so glad you're into it!

Same writers throughout all series I believe. Mitchell and Webb also contributed to the writing if I'm not mistaken. It did seem to get a bit funnier over the years, although that could be partially to do with the character development and understanding them a bit more. The writing team certainly found their flow though :)
