Romance for Amber!! Joey won't be her hero. The real hero will be a Door Dash guy who comes in each trip, befuddled by her beauty, and absolutely respectful of her. He'll be a recently unemployed white collar professional between jobs, but making it work for the time being. And when he hears Joey being an asshole to Amber, he'll say, "You don't really think you deserve to be spoken to like that, do you?" And THERE is your ending to this whole story arc. Amber gains some self respect and dates the Door Dash guy, who, as it turns out, is a nice man, with good manners, and a solid plan for his next steps in his career and only needs her emotional, but not financial support as he builds his success, all while being a caring and thoughtful boyfriend.
