I saw in more recent videos where you're talking about not doing these anymore. Please keep doing these - I'd pay the monthly sub just for these.
Tea. Perfect answer. Brought back the memory (trigger!) when we served loose tea in tea balls or french press carafes and they were a PIA to prep and keep clean. Customers loved it, staff loathed it.
