Beta 0.04 is here!

Not sure we would've made it this far without that, not even trying to butter you all up. Secondly, there are some caveats. I was not able to finish everything laid out in my roadmap for 0.04, that being said over the next few weeks while bug fixing this version I plan to finish those events and update this beta until I feel it's what it's supposed to be. So what's not in it? Namely, Olivia's events are still unfinished and while the pantry raid is technically finished, it's still rough around the edges and ends abruptly. Also, while you can still access Tina's events, nearly a year later, her and Nemara's events are still open ended. As for changes, for those who have not had access to alpha version changelogs:
- New encounter system
- Lots of changes to party system and NPC recruiting
- The fundamentals for base building have been implemented
- Turn based battles have become more involved
- More pictures, obv
- New Characters
- Better UI
- New Story Direction
