Gothic Grace - February Lot

I was inspired to build this stately home on the Plateau Place lot, although you can place it on any 40x30 sized lot.
This home features a spacious main floor with furnished kitchen, second floor bedrooms and bath and an accessible attic with bonus rooms. The driveway leads to a detached carriage house, with an underground fallout shelter (just in case).
This build and it's landscaping was a labour of love. I left this one for you to furnish although I have included a CC list below for the build items and a few buy items (from the kitchen).

I've always wondered how to download lots into my SIMS 4 game. I might like them more if I knew how. The only way I knew how to download a lot is from the marketplace directly through the game. Is there a how-to on how to get this beauty into my game?
