Novembear Jam and Chapter 7

I hope you're all doing ok, or at least good enough to be able to move forward. That's my current status: surviving. I really hope that I will get some things going soon, but I am no longer expecting much. For the ones who followed me since last year, I have to say that things haven't changed that much. I'm still sad and angry and depressed. I thought going back to work here would somehow help me stabilize, but all it did was make old feelings resurface in an ugly way. But there is a big part of good news though: I am now more than sure and hyper-determined to move away as soon as my financial situation allows. It doesn't even matter where. I want a fresh start. I want to be somewhere where people don't just tolerate my presence, but rather actively seek it out and enjoy it. I have some ideas as to where, but it's going to be a good year or more until I get to that financial point. I'm hopeful about that. It keeps me going. It's ok and I'll be ok. It means so much to me that my story resonates with 24 of you, so much so that you are willing to support me monthly. Thanks for still being here for me.
I plan on writing a 50k-word novel in November for the Jam. It's a huge undertaking, but I want to give it a shot. It's going to be extremely difficult to balance my work, private life (do I even have one at this point?), and the novel. But I am determined to try. I wrote the outline already. I created the characters as well.
It's a drama and it will follow my style of writing of course. It's a very personal piece because it will contain events that happened to me in real life. Yeah...Next month will be one year since my mother passed away, so the energy I will have will be charged up with a lot of demons that I still struggle with. The story will be raw: a deep dive into some of my most difficult times. And how I overcame them. It's still fiction in the end. But how much of it is real and how much of it is make-believe? Eh. You can be the judge of that.
Chapter 7 - Breathless is going to be out either in November or December. I'm not sure about this because of the NovemBear jam. I hope we can get it out before we get into the other story, but there are only 9 days left until November...We'll see. Maybe it will work out.
This coming chapter will signal the beginning of true chaos in the story. You can expect the level to go up a notch. Here's a spoiler image for it.
