Thanks so much for reviewing this movie as I might not have ever bothered to watch it otherwise. But I absolutely loved it, totally agree with you that you feel dirty after watching it but I kind of loved the disgusting look and feel of the movie (I also love Nothing But Trouble for the same reason). But yeah this definitely deserves to be better known among film fans!

Love small soldiers! Got the big action figures at a garage sale when i was a kid. Very underrated film in my opinion. Indian in the cupboard was another childhood favorite. I don't look back on that one as fondly though
