🕑 Added 2018-09-20 12:47:05 +0000 UTC Let's start with some updatesI've managed to at least alleviate the tiredness issues by having my daylight lamp on a timer all days and supplementing with a multivitamin product.
So far I can say it's made a noticeable improvement (If I'd estimate 30% better from 0-100%)
So most likely it could be that some vitamin doesn't get absorbed well by my body or I don't get enough of it. Vitamin D deficiency is pretty common here since we do not get as much sunlight after fall. Anyhow my mood and focus have improved alot so I'm slowly transitioning to do more illustrations too.
