But made correctly, this can be a complex and delicious drink with an incredible texture and just the right amount of sweetness. In this video I discuss my preferred ingredients for this classic and present 3 different versions, including one that doesn’t require an espresso machine.

Great recipes, as always. Definitely loving the whole series of “quick, pro, show” cocktail variants. As far as the new lighting goes, the warmer color/hue was fine but I don’t think the directional lighting is an effect worth continuing.
