🕑 Added 2020-07-21 19:36:37 +0000 UTCI know I’ve been hiding. My mind feels like my paintings lately: not upright. but I did film twice this week and will be editing them. I do like my paintings this way though.

Oh Char, I feel you. When my mental health is bad I want to hide and then beat myself up for hiding, a viscous circle I wouldn't wish in anyone. I can sometimes break out of it by writing down my thoughts, it helps me see how irrational my thinking is.
