Coming up next ... smaller things

With the Knarr released it's time again to talk about what is coming next. For the next month I am planning a couple of smaller projects.
For the Basic Bits here on Patreon I want to add the 3D torchlight which you can use to dress up columns and walls, as in the Grenzwacht series. I also want to add another weapons rack option with guns and pistols for some fantasy setting. And with the pics I am showing you can guess that I will also tackle the small Viking rowing boat, the Faering.
I did a first test build to check out if the geometry works. And like with the Pirate Ship rowing boat I will provide a couple of inlays for the benches. I have designed two and might add a third one so you have a way of building a couple of different looking rowing boats. I also will make an alternate bottom texture for even more variety. This should round out the Viking Fleet Builder series nicely!
So this month will be a good time for me to catch my breath so to speak and get a couple of items of my to-do list :) And I will also work on finetuning the designs for the next Grenzwacht buildings so I know what I am doing when I start that thread again!

This is great! Really rounds off crafts for the northern waters. If you want to add one more tiny craft ubiquitous to the dark ages... make it a little 1-man Coracle. ;)
